Facility was clean top to bottom. Bed was comfortable. A/C was fairly quiet for such a hot day. Joe who checked us in was helpful and cheerful. He assigned us a quiet room on the second floor. After 9 hours on the road that was appreciated. The facility is close to the freeway. There is a gas station next door. Major chain dining options are a short and simple drive away. There was even a nice car wash just to the north on the service drive. Breakfast was good with the common standards like eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurts and pastries.

Minor item but the furniture in our room showed a lot of wear.

The beds were CLEAN, no bedbugs nor reused sheets. The breakfast was fabulous. The fruit compote choices to top my waffle was a special treat. One seldom gets toppings like that!! The staff was friendly, helpful and polite.

The floor had not been cleaned close to the bed and walls, as there was lint and a clear wrapper that we picked up. The edge of the bathroom door was sticky. It could have been from the moisture, but I think most was from the use of hands closing the door. We had to request fresh towels one day of our 3-night stay. For some reason, they missed our room.

The late check out that really helped me out.

There was a dirty wash cloth still draped over the shower rod ... from past guests! Everything else was in order and clean. In all fairness, the cloth and curtain match in the color...brilliant white and hard to see... easily able to overlook it.. and we all have our days... still a clean and comfy room.

Nice clean room and a convenient place

Good room....but the air conditioning system did not work properly. Room 308. We had to adjust it 3 times every night, and the auto didn't work. Also, the refrigerator sounded like someone snoring all night.

A sold out sign posted at desk and no one around when we arrived. Had to wait for someone but check in was smooth Breakfast was until 9 which was early for a weekend. Items were being put away before then so ended up with cold cereal. If running until 9 it should accommodate guests until done.

Right off freeway and easy off/on. Decent breakfast to get you on the road. Fairly quiet.

Needs a little TLC. Blackout curtains nice but one side needed fixing on end so didn’t completely close. We were in handicap room and had a tub with handheld shower head which might a challenge for mobile challenged.

Breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, and the usual other pastries. The room was clean. AC worked well. Fridge and microwave in room. Spacious room and bathroom. First hotel with decent pool water temp and a functioning hot tub!

Nothing major, some small dingy looking things on the floor area in bathroom. Perhaps some kind of water damage? But only visually, everything worked just fine. It still looked clean.

We completely enjoyed our stay! Very friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms, breakfast was fabulous with so many options, pet friendly and the pool area was amazing. We were happy with our entire stay with this hotel. We will most definitely stay here when we return to the area. Thank you so much!!

The breakfast was hot and delicious. So many choices to pick from. The associate at the breakfast counter was courteous and made sure counters were clean.

Nice and comfy. Good location

Double charged on credit card. Staff completely uncooperative in clearimg up the issue. Took forever to clear off the card. Caused a great inconvenience for us.
