Breakfast was amazing especially the fruit spread. Location was perfect. When you enter the hotel, it is so vibrant, colourful and full of life - an instant feel good. Front desk, staff etc. are all very courteous and warm. Will definitely stay here again.

Room cleaning staff left unclean cups maybe thru oversight. It doesn't cost too much to leave two bottles of water everyday in the hotel room considering it is amongst the top few hotels in Sao Paulo.

Location was perfect, breakfast was wholesome especially the fresh fruit platters, staff were warm and courteous. As soon as you enter the hotel, the party is on because it is a lounge :)

Only two bottles of water in the room on the 1st day for a week long stay at the property - no replenishment. Am sure Pullman can do better than that.

Location was great, however the people of the hotel made the entire experience exceptional! From front desk staff to the cleaners, the security guard outside and the concierge services, as well as the restaurant staff! Thank you for all the willingness to share insights of the city to first time visitors including restaurant recommendations, sightseeing, shopping and things to look out for!

It is a business hotel. The ambiance of the room was rather sterile and clean, with no atmosphere at all. Otherwise, it was pretty functional.

Love the Pullman. The staff are so friendly. The breakfast is amazing and the staff there - particularly Bruno do an excellent job in making sure your coffee is full and your food is served quickly. The gym is great too.

Great hotel. Great room. Fantastic staff. Lovely breakfast.

Loud music in public areas. Just incredibly loud. Each night we intended to have a drink at the bar. Each night we decided not to. Music in the elevators was incredibly loud. Music at breakfast ws incredibly loud. Intrusively loud music everywhere. In all other respects I loved the hotel.

The location was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Awesome breakfast and we had the opportunity to watch one of the painting competitions.

Lunch at the restaurant was not good. We had the filet mignon, that didn’t taste like it and was really tough to eat, and the grilled chicken, that was very dried. Dinner at the same restaurant was good!

this is a chic building. I liked everything from the moment I entered. staff is great. special shout-outs to Henrique, Isabella, and another staff member. Henrique was awesome at the front desk. provided recommendations to eat and areas to visit. Isabella and another staff member (I think Marina) helped fix my Wi-Fi connection issues Friday. Shower and rest of bathroom was great. overall service was great including the bar and the cafe. accessible by Uber to popular areas to visit.

I didn’t dislike anything.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They seamlessly facilitated our late check out and spoke fluent English which was very helpful. The bed cozy as well, I could have slept 10 more hours there. I definitely recommend the Pullman.

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast options seemed a little limited but everything was good

The gym equipment wasn’t great

Staff is friendly and helpful. The area is perfect for dining and going out as well.

the superior room need a check- some doors and facilities do look old. And please put coffee in the rooms! :(
