The appartment was very nice with all the amenities in needed. Easy access and very clean.Exactly what we wanted and such great value for money

The owners were so helpful and accommodating. They really couldn’t do enough for us and nothing was to much trouble. If coming back this is first on our list.

Clean, friendly owners, good facilities

It’s about a 30 minute walk from the town centre. Not a major issue but we found impossible to get a cab or taxi from the centre to the apartments the night we were there. This isn’t the properties fault though.

The staff at the hotel were really thoughtful and friendly. Despite the extremely warm weather the room stayed relatively cool. The air in the room was fresh and there were no triggering odors (suitable for persons who get migraine easily). Good parking and was easy to come and go with own car. Also it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the center so you might not even need to use the car. Food in the restaurant was really good. Staff speaks English. I can warmly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again in the future.

There was only one key for the room. It caused some planning because I was working and my family was sightseeing. Also there is some stairs so this hotel might not be suitable for a person with wheelchair (This didn't affect us though)

The roomwas quite good and big.

I booked the room for two, and the owner charged me with almost 100€ extra just to not telling her that my wife will be staying with me.

The staff was very nice and welcomed us warmly. We arrived late in the evening and at the same time we were checking in they allowed us to order the meal for the diner. After a day driving, that meal and the good mood around were just wonderful.The room was also great, with a nice balcony and very spacious bathroom. 5-stars!

The apartment came fully equipped and it was spotless

Right next to a gas station, out of the way, with nothing else around. Not so close to Heidenheim.

Staff very friendly and willing to help you in case of needs

The apartment smells a little bit of smoke, that for non smokers is not the best.

Situated above a German pub, we enjoyed the room service for dinner. Nice 1 room flat with beds for 4 people. Good location nearby the highway. Free parking in the backyard.

Take in consideration that one side of the flat is above the road.

Excellent hospitality.We had to arrive out of the reception hours but the receptionist was very helpful.The appartment was very clean and fully equipped. My children loved it !!Truly recommended!!
