Our stay at the Kensington Yeouido was excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the facilities were clean and well maintained. We were staying for 10+ days so they allowed us access to the laundry room which was a lifesaver. The rooms were cleaned everyday and there was reception staff always available. We had an issue with the electricity in our room during our stay however we were promptly given a new room to the same specifications as the last one. The location of the hotel is great - good transport links to major parts of Seoul and right next to the Han River. There are also many cafes and restaurants close by! We really enjoyed our stay for our first time visiting Seoul and would highly recommend!

The breakfast was quite expensive (about £16-£18pp per day) and closed at 9:30am on weekdays. We were not really offered any compensation for the inconvenience of having to re pack everything and change rooms.

Very comfortable room, spacious. Good location, easily access by bus and subway. Lots of restaurants and convenience store. Extremely helpful staffs.

Nothing much except housekeeping tends to miss out the towels each day so we need to called them up.

Quiet , reataurants nearby , train station walkable , courteous staff , breakfast pased way beyond my expectations !

Everything about the Kensington is fantastic. The area is really nice, there is a cute park nearby that is great for a walk. It is a 10 minute walk to the metro, and a few minutes walk to nearby bus stops, so it was very easy to get around the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room itself was very nice and clean I’d highly recommend the hotel to anybody visiting Seoul.

This was my second time staying here. First time with my family, second by myself. My wife insisted I write a positive review because of the reception she received from the staff were amazing. She said everyone from the counter to the cleaners were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are good value for money.

It's a little older than expected but for the money you pay, it's really good value. The water pressure on the shower for the kids' room was weak but the other room (when I stayed alone) was fine.

Close proximity to the Hyundai mall, IFC mall, metro station, airport bus, the river, buffet option at the hotel, and decor of the lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to the Han river for a run or a walk. Option for breakfast buffet at discount. It's also very clean.

The hotel needs some maintenance. The lobby is beautiful, and once upon a time, I think it was a nice hotel. But now, there are cracks in the bathroom, walls, ceiling, etc. For the same price, I could've gone to a more modern, nicer place. I had the building and street view, so not a lot of view, but was quieter I suppose than the other side, where there is a big road and lots of church traffic on Christmas day. There is no priority for the restaurant bookings when you stay at the hotel (eg. Buffet dinner - it's a popular place afterall). In addition, impossible to make a reservation at the hotel restaurants without a Korean phone number.

Clean room and comfortable beds. Very good quality breakfast (things like golden kiwis, avocado salad, pancakes with fresh bananas…), clean shower, sink, toilet. Would definitely come back. We enjoyed our stay there. Close to Han River Park, food and cafes close by.

Please clean the wall by the toilet. It has gunk on it, not comfortable. It might have just been overlooked by accident, overall very clean room.

Very nice & clean hotel with friendly staffs. We went to hotel straight from SRT to drop our luggages first, however we got to check in earlier. We got to relax a bit, got changed & started exploring. Early check in saved a lot of time for us, thank you & really appreciate it. Love breakfast buffet. If you book in breakfast like 24 hrs ahead, you got discounted rate 😊

Hotel with good localisation and close from metro station. Staff is kind. Very fancy hotel.

Bathroom is small. After check out, we asked for taxi at reception, for 6 people and luggages. Staff said we need 2 taxi, but finaly we did all fit in one. But the second taxi cannot be canceled so we had to pay for this second taxi and that was useless. Too bad staff evaluation was bad, it cost did cost us a taxi for nothing.
