The staff in general was great and attentive. Great service and positive vibes all around.

Nothing particular was bad. The only thing if I have to really say could be an improvement is the location. Not much around just couple of big shopping malls. Really a business district

The location is in the business district (right next to Deloitte) so you will need to get a taxi or tube to go to the more interesting parts of Seoul. Eating out is fine if you don't mind eating in the underground shopping mall - there is virtually nothing at the ground level outside the hotel. I've stayed in more impactful 5 star hotels, but it was nice. The bar on the 37th floor with the nice views is very expensive and there is an irritating rule that you have to spend over £50 to 'be allowed' to sit in one of the uninspiring booths by the windows

It's good location with great proximity to the river. Easy access to shopping mall with good collection of food and drink. The gym facilities are impeccable. Great breakfast collection. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

As the breakfast is buffet style, some guests have bigger eyes than their stomach resulting in such waste of food. During our stay, there are some guests always coming to life almost mid-night making a lot of party like noise for hours disrupting other guests resting time, which are not in Harmony with a very discreet environment.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Every staff member we encountered was polite, extremely helpful, and we definitely felt like treasured guests. Loved the Nespresso pods for in-room coffee, comfortable beds, and luxurious bathroom. I'm still talking about our stay here!!

Shampoo and body wash is locked in the shower stall, so there is none nearby if you decide to use the bath.

It took a while to get a response to the issues that were reported to the property by my wife. For example, the room didn’t have heat and water. Those are not small issues. The staff sent a small heater up to the room, and told her the water would be fixed (this was at 9 pm). She went to inquire again at 3 am when she was still cold and without water. They finally moved them, but after talking to their manager did a couple of times. I’m surprised that this is a “five star experience”. I’d hope the staff would be better at responding to issues that occur on site.

Very conveniently located, integrated with a large IFC mall for shopping, restaurant and general convenience. Great facilities. Modern hotel with all comforts. Good restaurants.

Fairly expensive, but not untypical for a 5-star hotel in such central and convenient location.

Lots of amenities inclusing the gym, room service, and minibar in room. Staff in some places were friendly. The location was convenient to the subway and the underground tunnel was easy to navigate to the closest station. Free parking was convenient. There were many food options nearby.

I didn't like that the cost is so high but the checkin is 1600 and the checkout is 1100. That takes off 2 additional hours of time compared to other hotels. I went to the bar on the ninth floor and service was incredibly slow. I also went to the restaurant on the 37th floor, staff said the tables near the window were reserved but i ate and left, no one was there and i got there right when the restaurant opened. Just felt a bit pretentious and overpriced. I also tried to reserve a spa appointment, all booked up. I understand these things happen but took away from the experience and the whole vibe made me want to stay somewhere else.

The staff were very friendly, the location for shopping 10/10 and the breakfast was excellent. The bar staff in the whiskey bar 27 Bar & Grill are top notch and the view at night - sensational!

Typical standard of a 5 star hotel. What amazed me was its well equipped gym & indoor pool. Room is also larger than similar rooms at other luxury hotels in Seoul.

Location in CBD is ideal for business travellers but probably less convenient for leisure travellers especially as the airport bus is no longer running. The room was decent but looks a bit old.
