Rocky and his staff did everything you could ask and then some to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. We had a large room with comfortable bed, although our garden view double was one of the last remaining rooms awaiting updating and was accordingly more sparsely equipped than the newer rooms. The hotel has a great large swimming pool, ideal if you want to swim laps as well as just cooling off. The breakfasts included in the room tariff were adequate , as were other meals , though there are also several alternative dining options within easy walk of the hotel. The hotel is also conveniently located for walking or motor cycle touring of the beautiful rice fields and waterfalls of the Setebatu district.

A few more storage options within the room would be nice, though as stated above, the hotel is undergoing renovations and I don't think this is an issue in the re-modelled rooms. Although I strongly believe the calls to prayer and associated aspects of the mosques are a part of local culture which should be embraced and add to the character of Muslim neighbourhoods, the level of amplification and duration of the chants of the nearby mosque did rather push the envelope. Perhaps atypical, our stay coincided with celebration of the end of Ramadan.

Nirvana Hotel Tetebatu is a great place to relax with a stunning view of the rice fields. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to help with a smile. The pool is absolute perfection - clean, beautifully maintained and with a view that takes your breath away. The staff met absolutely all our requirements. Unfortunately I fell ill during our stay and needed medical attention. Rocky took care of everything with incredible helpfulness and did whatever he could to help me and make me feel better. ❤️ Thank you so much for the great care and hospitality. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back!

A beautiful place to stay and relax, my room a was big, clean and a comfortable bed with a hot shower and good water pressure. The facilities are well maintained and the pool is gorgeous. Every single meal from the restaurant was delicious and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The manager Rocky is an absolute legend that went above and beyond to not only help arrange tours, transportation and laundry service but he was so much fun to chat with and really made me feel at home. I felt so safe and well taken care of and I would return in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for everything :)

Nothing it was all amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable and the restaurant had great food. The staff was all extremely helpful, notably Rocky and Daniel, who both went above and beyond to help us ensure our family was comfortable and well taken care of. During our stay, they helped organize a day trip with a local guide to see waterfalls, the monkey forest, and the local rice farming terraces. We also stopped at a weaving village and bamboo craft village where local families have been working for generations on beautiful textiles and bamboo crafts. I also have to call out Rocky for going above and beyond on our last day by riding his motorbike from the hotel to the airport to drop off my bag that I accidentally left sitting in the restaurant after our morning breakfast. This was done last minute and was beyond all expectations. Please visit this hotel for some of the best service you will find in Lombok!

I had the most amazing stay at Nirvana as a solo traveller, the staff are so helpful and welcoming, shout out to my new friend Rocky, couldn’t do enough for you and great to chat to! Ogi was the best tour guide, highly recommend his walking tour through Tetebatu - and if you need transport to or from Nirvana, Will is your guy, best taxi! 100% recommend and will be coming back, loved every minute. This property is by far amenities wise the best in Tetebatu, they have large rooms, the most amazing swimming pool looking out over the rice fields, tea, coffee, hair dryer and everything you need at an exceptional price! Not only is the hotel wonderful but the STAFF! What can I say, as a female solo traveller I am always a bit nervous staying new places but the staff Rocky & Daniel made me soon feel like part of the family, Rocky even helped me to take my drone to get fixed showing me some amazing landmarks on the way! Cant recommend this place enough, beautiful hotel & such friendly people running it! I will be back in January and can’t wait - thank you guys 😊

Nothing everything was great.

Both me and my partner Alex had a great stay at Nirvana Hotel. All the staff gave us a warm welcome and helped take our heavy luggage to our rooms. The staff were extremely kind throughout our stay, always happy to help. Our room was exceptionally clean and the staff insisted they cleaned our rooms daily and gave us clean towels daily. The staff were also always working hard to keep the grounds tidy. I’d like to give a big shoutout to Danil who went over and above to make sure our stay was wonderful. He always greeted us with a big smile. This was a wonderful stay for us to relax after climbing Rinjani. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool that looked over beautiful rice fields.

I think this is the best hotel in Tetebatu. We had an amazing stay here. The staff was so friendly and did everything so we could have a incredible stay. They helped us arrange taxi’s and tours too. The food in the restaurant is of good quality and very cheap. Swimming pool very clean. Location is great: everything (rice fields, waterfalls, etc.) in walking distance. We also did our laundry here for just 25k per kilo. Nice to know: walk up the stairs to the roof for an amazing view of the area during sunset. We highly recommend staying here :)

Great location! Nice big room, comfy bed and great shower with lots of hot water. The grounds and swimming pool were beautiful and very well kept by the hardworking staff. Very peaceful location overlooking the rice fields. Thank you so much to the staff who really went above and beyond, so friendly, welcoming and kind. We loved everything

The pool was huge and great! The airconditioning worked very well. Breakfast was good: choice of fried rice, amazing pancakes, omelet. A small buffet with watermelon, juice, coffee and tea. When we were stuck in the heavy rain they arranged a car that picked us up and they helped us buy new data for our phones.

The only downside was that we did not find the dinner food very good. There is a small good warung a short walk up the road though.
