Everything is being pushed to be app based which I think is overly gimmicky. (Flushing the toilet is still manual - Thank you). Build (& design) quality is not quite there. The worst is the power outlet by the bed near the window, IT IS not suitable for normal Indonesian plugs. The plugs wobble like crazy. Down right dangerous! Your Mb or electronic will be damaged. Be warned. Bobocabin please replace them asap before someone gets electrocuted. The power outlet on the wall are much better. Cabin no.2 had a rat/ mice running around. Get pest control please. Lack of shelving in the room and bathroom. Bathroom door should be sliding since the cabin is tight.

The location is perfect, directly overlooking Rinjani Mountain! My cabin, number 11, is honestly the best as it faces Rinjani, offering stunning sunrise views. I appreciate the modern amenities, including phone check-ins, QR code door access, and everything managed through a mobile app. Our stay was comfortable and memorable. I also enjoyed the surrounding area. While the food was okay, the staff were amazing!

Overall, there's nothing major to dislike. The breakfast was a bit cold, but I understand it was during Ramadhan. Other than that, I have no significant complaints. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Great location! Just a few minutes drive away to nearest convenience stores/restaurants as well as all the hills and mountains in Sembalun. Also got the scenic viewn of Mount Rinjani right from our cabin window.

Stayed there during bad weather. Basically got locked up in the cabin due to the heavy rain and the room got quite smelly cause of the poor drying of the wet towels. So bringing some air freshener would help.

I choose this accommodation because it looks different and unique. Then when the D-Day is com, It's literally AMAZING, Beyond my expectation because not only cute, the cabin is super modern, wonderful landscape that have ideal distance from the other cabin for the concern of privacy, and most important we have exclusive direct view to the Majestic Rinjani Mountain. But something that I need to highlight is the facility, this hotel is so different other than I ever experience. With the glamping concept, but you know what?! All integrated with IoT, but it's in the middle of nature but smart and hi-tech (they even have their own Bobobox App!). All control from your phone: lock the door, lamp control (changing color feels like aurora), speaker Bluetooth connection, and my most fav: the window! No need curtain, you can blur and unblur it. Tips from me: at night turn off all your room light then unblur the window for infinity view experience, if you're lucky like me you can stargazing from inside the cabin😉 The staff also very helpful, they have airport transfer facility and waterfall tour that can be book at least day-1. Later I found out that they also provide Rinjani Hiking package that we can book in advance or even after stay, very interesting! About the food, we have breakfast included. They also have cute lil minimarket that provide some snack and cute games that we can rent. The best part is: self BBQ services with all equipment provided and bonfire session (marshmallow and hot chocolate) to complete our camping experience! Later I found that this Bobocabin have another location in Bali and Sumba, definitely put it in my whislist for my next romantic holiday💚✨

I visit this place in the dry season, so somehow the weather feel a lil dusty. But not a big issue, it's just the nature that always surprises us-sky full of star. But much better than the rainy season✨️

During my stay, I found it challenging to find the transportation to the property. This made it a bit more complicated to navigate the area and reach the cabin. Despite this, I want to highlight that my overall stay at Bobocabin Gunung Rinjani was positive, it has very beautiful surroundings. Thank you for the memorable experience.

For a compact cabin it really has almost everything to make you feel comfortable, also with its in-app service. Due keep in mind that its intention is for glamping.

Minor, but for the guests who don’t have the Bobobox installed yet, you will be required to install and register an account in order to be able to check in to the room and this can be a hassle during the check in process. But the wifi there is good and reliable

Loved my stay here! Woke up to an amazing view of Mt. Rinjani from Cabin 2 where I stayed. A great place if you want to have BBQ as well, even though I didn’t, I saw my neighbours doing it and it looked like so much fun! Would be a 10/10 if the bathroom had better ventilation or had an exhaust fan. Overall would recommend this place to stay in Sembalun!

We love that it's similar to glamping- out in nature. It's a very intimate setting and great for couples.

There were insects - mosquitoes, and bugs inside the cabin but you just need to inform the staff and they will address the situation. We ordered food and didn't realise it was a huge portion for two people. Best for the menu to be more detailed.

Very cool concept and amazing, amazing view of Mt Rinjani. Cozy little cabin with quite a high tech controls (from your phone app) and it was pretty comfy as well.

As it’s in an outdoor setting, the cabin door should be airtight to prevent insects from flying in. With a lot of BBQ pits outside, it would be great if the cabin is airtight to avoid smoke seeping in.

Smart accommodation in Sembalun. Everything in digital and cashless (I bought some snacks and firewood) Friendly staff! She help/explain everthing & booked motorcycle (scooter) for us. Very appreciate it. Thank you Olivia (I’m sorry if wrong spelling your name)

After I read the reviews about the breakfast. My friends and I had breakfast outside. Problem solved 😆
