The place is beautiful. Nearly everything is amazing the price we paid was for low season I think and I do think this was probably a fair price due to some of the negatives so wouldn't have been so happy if paid full price. The maintenance of the cafe and bungalow is beautiful. They have a coffee roasters in-house so have very good coffee although it's expensive. It's 2 mins walk to the waterfalls. Staff are all so sweet and nice with food English. Dinner was good and fair price. They have water refil available and WiFi is good but only works in reception. Some negatives though. The showers hot water has a mind of it's own. It's either boiling hot or very cold so not ideal. The bungalow thing is a treehouse style so pretty small. my gf kept hitting her head. If it was hot it would be very hot inside. Luckily it was cool when we were there. Also the mosque goes off all night and it sounds like it is next door to you so bring ear plugs. They didn't earn us about this when we booked.

This was our first stop on our honeymoon on the island. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. The room is comfortable and the hot water works great in the shower. We really enjoyed the day hike that they recommended with a local women’s tour guide organization and had a great experience on our volcano overnight trip with their suggested agency too. The location is fabulous.airport transfer is easy to arrange through the hotel

The rooms are not very soundproof so earplugs are highly recommended if you’re a light sleeper because whatever your room neighbors do you will hear

Wow. Insane value for money. Could not believe a place like this was as cheap as it was. Also do the snorkelling trip!! You go on a day trip to the lesser known east Lombok gili islands (not the gili islands everyone else talks about) where the snorkelling is breathtaking and completely untouched! Honestly the scenes here make finding nemo look tame. Taylor the manager at rinjani lighthouse said people don’t often do this trip and I was speechless it was by far the best organised activity I have ever done and completely private to me and my partner at a silly cheap cost - go on this if you want a once in a life time snorkelling experience.

It is a wonderful, very authentic place, where they take a lot of care. The rooms are gorgeous, you can hear the nature, but you have such a nice princess like bed. They coffe is best, with barista included. Also do one of their tours around the village of the bayan tribe, or through the rainforest to the waterfall, organized by the organisation women adventures, who are supporting women to be a guide.

The semi open concept is very interesting and nice, very close to nature. The rooms are built and decorated in traditional stlyle and we loved it. It was spotless clean and all necessary amenities are provided for a comfortable stay The restaurant is awesome, very good food and awesome atmosphere. Coffee is great also and the staff is amazing, very kind and welcoming. Totally recommend this accommodation for a wonderful stay in north Lombok. Unlike other accomodations ee had in Indonesia, this one is exactly what you see in the pictures and description, and even more! Waterfalls are close by and definitely worth trekking to see both of them.

Nothing to mention, it was awesome

The best part of the property was the staff. They were always available, eager to help, and did anything they could to make your stay better. Nawa was especially helpful and pleasant. The food was good, many coffee options, with a comfortable common area.

Some of the bungalows were repurposed from local houses, and the beams are quite low - if you're over 5' 10" tall, you're well advised to inquire whether you'll be hitting your head in the room.

We loved the friendly and accommodating staff! They made us feel at home and made everything possible. The room was very cozy and had a great mosquito net and comfortable bed. The garden space was very beautiful and well kept. The food at the restaurant was also delicious and the menu offered a wide variety of foods, also for vegetarians. Great place to start the hike to the two nearby waterfalls!

Due to the construction of the guest house the rooms can be a bit dark on the inside and also not noise-proof. So please note that there isn't much privacy in the rooms.

No notes. Perfect. - Staff were courteous, hospitable, and helpful - Amenities were clean, especially the toilet - Some mosquitoes during the day, but none at night due to the cold - In a peaceful location, with Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls nearby - Perfect view of Mt Rinjani 🤩 Nice bonus, the property has a fire pit that the staff happily assisted us in setting up 🔥 the campfire was the highlight of our stay.

A tad remote, would be good to have a car/scooter to get here and get around. Free parking is provided, so it’s a no brainer.

Gorgeous gardens and lovely location. The staff were really friendly and helpful and it is incredible value for money. Activities were easily arranged from the hotel - we highly recommend the rinjani women adventure tour to see the waterfalls and more!

This is not a criticism, but be aware that this hotel is in a Muslim area and it is important to respect local custom by covering up. There is no alcohol for sale on the premises. Since this hotel is within the local village, be aware that if you visit during Ramadan there will be prayers during the night. However the hotel staff kindly gave us earplugs so it wasn’t a problem to sleep.

We loved everything about this place, the hut, the room, the food, the staff and atmosphere. Our children specially enjoyed the toys and games in the lobby. We recommend booking the panorama tour through the staff with the Rinjani Women Adventures company.

No WiFi in the room but you could connect well in the restaurant.
