Great location, nice picturesque garden and view. The bedroom was clean, albeit very dark. The bathroom looked nice but the drain didn’t work. Wet floor the entire time we stayed. Breakfast was good.

The view was facing the restaurants, we had a dark bungalow, and had to sit outside to enjoy the view I believe I paid for. I told the staff we wanted the room with the view but he didn’t oblige - such a shame because we were then only guests that night and we would have loved the mountain view (the reason I chose this place over other options). But otherwise it was okay. Only one plug socket which means you can’t use the fan if you need to charge your devices. The bathroom drain needs to be fixed, not a great experience standing in water each time you need to use the toilet.

View is breathtaking. Staff is friendly and very helpfull. The rooms/huts are decent size and relatively clean - we've not seen any bugs or mosquitos inside. Beds are incredible we slept like babies. Although we didn't do the Rinjani trekking, we went with one of the guys from the hotel to the waterfalls, which was great. Thanks for a great day Rudy!

We had some issues with the hot water and as we are big eaters (aka slightly overweight tall Europeans), the portions for breakfast and dinner were quite small. Area is quiet and a bit outside the "village". We would recommend the warung "Bukit View" for a nice lunch, which is +- 10-15 minutes walking.

Nice little resort, really quiet and with a beautiful view. It offers great value for money! Location is perfect, just next to the start of the trek. They accepted to wake up early to serve breakfast at 5am, which clearly made them wake up earlier than they might have otherwise

Compared to the level of the average hotel on Gilis, Kuta or Bali, this place ranks much lower. But for the money it is great value

Very peaceful and beautiful nature is surrounding the bungalows. The rooms are clean. I wanted to go to the Waterfalls and staff kept on asking me to accompany me because it can be dangerous. I appreciate their concern. Anyhow I think they were fine to do by yourself, yes there were a couple monkeys on the way but other than that ot was very obvious on where you had to go.

The bamboo huts have little holes, so animals can still come through, and I had animal poo on my bed. The staff immediately changed the covers for me.

The accomodation was one of a kind! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had multiple informative and inspiring chats with staff and manager. It's located right beside the nature reserve and in walking distance to two waterfalls. My partner did a two day/one night Mt. Rinjani trek, organized by the accomodation and was more than happy with the guiding, the food, the equipment and the overall experience. But also when you're not going on a trek it's a wonderful and peaceful stay here. Thank you so much guys! I would love to be back one day.

The WiFi was unstable from time to time - but this is the kind of place where you don't need internet.

Excellent location and views. Very close to the waterfall hike. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable for the price you pay.

The food takes awhile to make. Be prepared to wait

An exceptional place to stay. Most authentic experience we’ve had during our stay in Indonesia. Our cabin was small but had everything we needed for our short stay before our volcano trek. The beds were super comfy and the cabin was spotless. Lovely shower too, didn’t expect that! But most of all the hosts were so lovely and made us feel so welcome. We chatted over dinner and learned a lot. It was a real personalised experience. We noticed a real sense of community and that made us feel like home.

The hot water in the shower needs improvement because it stops after 5 minutes of use and gets very cold and you have to wait a long time for the water to get hot again. Need to improve the toilet and the flush because it takes a long time to recharge.

The villa bamboo was located at the top of the Senaru main road but in walking distance to the “center”. The view from the villa is just amazing and it is a very special and calm place! The rooms are very pretty and very clean and the bed was the most comfortable we were having in the whole trip! Just great :) Most importantly the staff was really, really friendly and when we had a problem with our scooter they even took it to get fixed for us! They didn’t charge anything for that and handled it within half an hour for us! Thank you so much for that!! Breakfast was also really good :) Everything at the bamboo villa was perfect and we would definitely come back and stay again!
