Loved staying here! The view out onto the valley and surrounding mountains was really nice to wake up to. The breakfast area is also really nice. The staff was super attentive and accommodating and nice - Nico even got up at 2am to drive us to our trailhead, volunteered on his own to do so. If we come back to Sembalun, we will stay here!

Couple watch-outs (that we were fine with but you should be aware of) - the room does get quite hot during the day, but if you are out and about, it shouldn't matter, and the hot water is limited, so it's hard to get more than 1 hot shower in at a time (if you space it out, it's fine).

Rooms were, spacious clean with large sliding glass paneled doors allowing a view of the fields The village it is situated in is very much of the beaten track and was lovely to walk through the village and experience a more local aspect of indonesia compared to other more touristy areas. The local people were all very friendly and offered greetings. Was a wonderful experience

Room got very hot during the day but there is air-conditioning to help and opening the doors allows a breeze. The driver we pre organised via booking chat didn't get booked, but the team at the hotel were very quick to help and make sure one arrived

The hotel was easy to find just by the main road and had all the basic necessities. The rooms were cool even without fan and ac and they had hot water for shower. The hotel was facing rice fields and is just a short distance from the flower fields. Comfortable and relaxing stay

Our stay at Bukit Tiga Lima Hotel was an absolute delight! The staff's exceptional friendliness and hospitality went beyond our expectations, ensuring our comfort and a delightful experience. The rooms were both beautiful and comfortable, and the sunrise views from our room were truly magnificent! Highly recommend this hotel, and immense gratitude to the wonderful staff for making our stay extra special.

We stayed at a charming boutique hotel near a mountain, and it was amazing. The view was breathtaking, and the hotel was easy to reach from the main road. They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the scenery, and I highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing getaway with great views.

The hotel unfortunately doesn't have a ramp; instead, it's accessible only by stairs. This can be challenging, especially for travelers with large and heavy luggage.

This is exactly what you want when you are in Sembalun. The rooms are beautiful, with an incredible view. Whilst the rooms are located on the road, (it can be quite noisy) we were here for the hikes- so were early to rise every morning. The staff are incredibly friendly and the food on the property was delicious! Try the soup ;)

They keep the property lights on throughout the night, which is very bright outside of the room. Great shower, but hot water runs out quickly.

Staff was very friendly en helped with booking a nighttour to Pergasingan Hill, renting a scooter (80k/day) and a driver to Kuta (800k). We where the only guests but the guys made dinner for us.

Half of the time there was no water pressure in the room. It changed every minute. Very strange. There was not so much warm water in the shower. Second person had a cold shower. One more light in the middle of the room would be great. Was a bit dark. All restaurants in walking distance where closed.

the place was very clean. staff was super friendly and helpful. they had an option for renting a Moterbike which is the best way to get around. the view was amazing and the breakfast options were good as well.

the mosque is very loud in the morning and it’s near the hotel so if your a light sleeper it might bother you. also the hot water didn’t last for long showers.

Very nice location if you want to visit the area, the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The place is a bit remote at the same time, so make sure you plan for transportation as well.

Everything was perfect! Great breakfast, nice and very clean room, great location an incredibly helpful hotel staff (we had a problem with the car, they helped us immediately) Thanks for the great stay, we'll come back
