Residence is located app. 400 - 500 m from main ski lift, accessible by foot or car. Plus note is that warm ski locker are provided at the ski lift, so you don't have to carry ski and ski boots with you. Residence is ok, really clean and user-friendly (clean water heater - no calc inside, new hood stove filters, no dust, nice smell). Apartments are quite big, high ceiling, lots of wardrobes and pretty high radiator for clothes drying. We booked a studio with one bed in the main area and bunk beds for kids and it was enough spacious for all of us. Big balcony facing south-east, nice view. There's also a pool, but it's not connected with the residence, you need to cross parking lot by foot. Option to eat in a nearby hotel. Two small groceries nearby, can go by foot. Fresh bread and a lot of useful everday neccesities.

Not having pool connected with the residence. Playing room for kids in the residence is darkish and a little bit cold. Not a lot of common area for hanging out.

Great Location. Big and clean Room. Balcony with beautiful View. Well equipped Kitchen. Free Pool+Free Sauna just awesome . staff. Hospitality every thing. If you come with heavy luggage so don't worry there is an elevator. We met Tamara she is very great lady. We recommend 100%. And we will definitely come again .

The size and layout of the studio was perfect for a family of 4. It was also very clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The location was great, a 5 min walk to the cable car. We also liked the warm storage for our skiing equipment by the cable car.

The swimming pool is very small and shallow and it gets very crowded.

Superbly equipped and well-equipped rooms. Very very very clean. Incredibly kind and helpful staff, who at any moment helped us with all our questions. Special thanks to Tamara. The location is very convenient. In 5 minutes there is a ski lift, shops and restaurants. View of the most beautiful mountains, a large meadow, a gazebo in the meadow, parking. We really liked the spa. Modern laconic interior, excellent relaxation after a sports day! I recommend!

Decent place all in all. The bunk bed was good for kids. Kitchen was ok, you need to make sure you have your own basic stuff like salt, pepper, sugar and coffee with you. Free access to the indoor pool next door. Very friendly and helpful girl in reception.

Pillows would need replacement asap, hard as stones :)

Location and premises are perfect. Highly recommended for families. Apartment has all necessary equipment, which is much appreciated.

WiFi was not working and swimming pool is in another building, which is uncomfortable.

Residence Valpiccola has excellent location, especially for those who are interested in via ferrata and climbing activities. The facility offers cousy apartments with great views. The staff is friendly and ready to help.

The property is set in a great location, and just walking distance to everything. The rooms were very clean and the views were spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. I cannot fault anything and I’d definitely return.
