Very centrally located. Comfortable and clean. Staff is very charming, and speaks English well.

Number of staff at the reception desk should be increased. There was only one attendant almost all the time (in both building D and F), resulting in long wait times even for simple requests. Instructions in how to reach room service needs to be clarified.

Location. Staff was very friendly and supportive with the requests I had during my stay. They were extremely nice and helpful.

Only thing that went wrong was with the check out front desk man, who was obnoxious. Gave me the wrong final $$. Refused to print the expenses. I had to sum the values myself in my calculator to show he was wrong. Instead of printing the expenses as I asked, he simply listed out loud. Very different than the other staff, who were extremely kind. Except for this guy, all the rest was AWESOME.

Staff at reception was very nice, room service too; shower is fantastic, pool area is quite good, nice city view to enjoy sunsets, etc.

Lighting in the room could be an issue, specially because of the windows system, for a very sunny city can get very dark!! Music control at breakfast area, not properly organized, depends on waiter's mood and a youtube selection!!! Suggesting to organized it better, have a system, etc, expected for this type of hotel!

Comfortable bed. I liked that there was a separate room to bedroom. Wonderful breakfast and helpful staff.

The hotel is very well located, the staff are excellent and speak English well. The rooms are large with comfortable beds.

Great breakfast buffet selection, good option for business travel.

Pool, gym and sauna could be much improved, though there is an objective space limitation in its current location.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff at the front desk, well located for my needs, and very clean, with an excellent shower and lots of details in the room that made my stay especially comfortable. Room service is fast and the food is quite good!

Great service, spacious rooms, breakfast was delicious, and offer a very comfortable bed!

The only mistake that they made was to forget to charge me for the right amount for the additional guest when they first charged my card. When I went to check out, their explanation of the additional cost was not as clear. Had to ask for the breakdown of the costs a couple of times. But besides this minor detail, I had a great stay, definitely recommend
