Hotel Byblos is a beautiful property with a nice pool, spa, staff and elegant rooms. The service is amazing and we felt welcomed and accommodated. We had an early arrival so they allowed us to change and store our luggage while we took their free shuttle to the Byblos beach club. We enjoyed a day there by the sandy beach and water in lounge chairs we rented from them. The service at Byblos Beach Club was also wonderful and we had an excellent lunch there.

We liked everything about it but be prepared as with nice properties come higher prices. A cocktail was 31€. There are a lot of steps but they bring your luggage and pick it back up at check out time. We definitely will return to Byblos!

Everything was first-class. I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at some top tier resorts & hotels, this quite possibly could be one of the best if not the best. They literally pay attention to every detail.

Ambience, the history, the non corporate feel. The concierge especially were more than helpful. The air con in the room was magnificent, the best I've known. The towels were fluffy, the best I've known.

Being charged the full €52 for breakfast when at least twice I merely had toast and coffee! I wasn't asked what breakfast I was choosing, just charged the full price at checkout. I saw two tariffs on the menu! I didn't complain! The food in the Alan Ducasse restaurant was only average I felt. Disappointed with that.

Walkability to restaurants and shopping and complimentary shuttle

We toured 3 hotel rooms and they all smelled (including the one we stayed in) like a mixture of chlorine and mold

location was key for us, walking distance to all shops and restaurants in town and a very short drive using the hotel shuttle to visit the beaches. Breakfast was very good with great selection of offers to cater everyone's needs.

I think the coffee filter could be better. But we made it up by having espresso and cappuccino which were very good.

Exceptional location, professional staff, extremely comfortable and clean duplex suite, delicious food and room service is super quick! definitely going back soon!

the staff is amazing and property is absolutely beautiful. our room was lovely and had a deck overlooking the hills. it’s a short walk straight into all the action. would recommend and will stay again.

In the heart of St Tropez only of few mins from everything. Staff were the very best, nothing was too much trouble and undertaken with consideration and skill. It is one of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in
