The staff were wonderful. The appt was clean and we managed there for a week. The activities, pool and the spa were a huge treat and we loved them. The mountains and all they had to offer were also wonderful. Had a fantastic week stay and would recommend to anyone that loves mountains and a lovely holiday!

Only a microwave and 2 hobs is tricky with a family. Not having to take or rent towels would be good, as would extra pillows. I was also disappointed the karting wasn’t included in the pass when it was pictured I the activities. You can do it, but costs more.

Central location right by the lovely pool. The apartment was very clean, functional and comfortable and was just right for our family of four. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed all of the various summer activities for a short 3 night stay which was just the right amount of time for us. Excellent value for money in a stunning area. The 15th August festivities were a real highlight too, with one big community meal, games, band and fireworks.

Rooms can get a bit warm in summer so we slept with windows open.

Great little 2 bed apartment with amazing views of the mountains. The fact it came with a summer pass for activities was a great bonus and we had a lovely time.

Reception was only open for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening, other than Saturdays. The apartment didn't come with towels and these were €7 per person. An appointment needed to be booked with staff at check out for them to come and inspect the apartment. With over 50+ stays in apartments and homes I have never experienced this before and it was a bit strange.

Great views! Well thought out 2 bed apartment that was excellent value for money. Pool & spa lovely. Walking trails plentiful and well explained and clearly marked. Lots of activities on hand - loved the mountain carting.

Lack of eating places / restaurants. We ended up self catering more than we would have liked although the apartment was well set up for this. Shop on sight really expensive - go prepared!

Excellent location. The place is either new or recently refurbished and everything is very clean and tidy. Communication with the staff is great also, and we really enjoyed the spa!

I cannot find anything that needs improving. Great !!

The pool was amazing, load of activities for small kids and teenagers from age two and up, there is one chair lift operating in the summer and it’s free too.

The rooms are quite small but ok, some apparent comes with a small balcony some not be aware, also the way up to the village is quite stiff, but it’s only 20-25 min otherwise it was perfect

Really nice apartments with kitchen and dishwasher, nice bathroom, balcony and view. Great comfy beds, and lots of space. Great activities for the whole family, most included in the price or for a small extra cost. Nice restaurant close by, and a little supermarket.

All the activities are closed from around 12-14 (this was in the summertime), and not all activities are open all days, especially saturdays there was not many activities open (eg the lifts were closed both Saturday and Sunday) No towels included. I think it is mostly French tourists, so all info is in French (we solved it with google lens, but would be nice to have the info in English 😊) You need to clean the apartment before you leave.

The apartment was well located, clean and comfortable.

The amazing mountain view, from the apartment and from the spa. The staff is very kind and helpful. Tasty bakery and baguette were provided in the mornings. The swimming pool is perfect for relaxing surrounded by an astonishing scenario. The location was perfect for any kind of activities, for both adults and kids. As we have a baby, the apartment was equipped with a cot, a high chair and a baby bathtub.

The drinking vending machine works only in the arrival days (in these days it is for free though). There are only 2 washing machines in the laundry room, which were constantly busy (maybe adding a few more would be great). Towels were not included in the apartment price.

very clean and well equipped apartment. top floor spa with jacuzzi and sauna with amazing views. in the summer, the activity passes were included with your stay: chair lifts, trampolining, tree top adventures, pony rides, archery, pedal karts, playground, bouncy castles. stayed two weeks, didn’t get bored. free laundry and Wi-Fi. good value morning bakery delivery

only criticism/warning, of the village not the residence, would be the local Sherpa shop is very expensive and has very little fresh fruit and veg. one big shop a week is required at the Carrefour at the bottom of the mountain.
