The location is great. Very close to the centre and the Coles shopping centre. There is a bar and restaurant on site with great meals and drinks, excellent for a solo traveller. I also liked that there was a secure car park as we’d hired a vehicle and it was safe at all times. The rooms are basic but for the price it was great. Exactly what I needed/wanted. The staff were amazing there, really helpful and kind.

The 07.15 leaf blower in the pub area. I only heard it as I was right in one of the rooms located next to the reception room though.

There is a new management team in there who have plenty of experience and know how, customer focused while obtaining the best possible outcomes for both guest and business. Bravo!! Also, new and exciting menu that doesn't do what all the other outlets in town are doing, even a little bit fancy - a creative chef! Reception was always manned, past visits it has not been

Breakky.. Its fine, don't get me wrong, Chef probably has it on his to do list. Fresh fruit and Coco nut Yogurt would be a treat! It does the job.

The office staff and the General Manager were excellent in sorting out a particular problem. I really appreciate the service they offered. The cleaners were very friendly.

Unfortunately, the staff in the bar and restaurant weren't as gracious as the General Manager and office staff. Smiles would be a pleasant look.

Central location, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception + clean little pool where you can relax at the end of the day

The breakfast: very basic and after 2-3 guests before you,nothing left: no more coffee, milk,toast, to such an extend that you have to beg to get some more food

Good location, walking distance to shops, park and lake. Slightly dated but clean and comfortable. Liked having a coffee van in the carpark for a morning cappuccino. Pick-up service available from carpark to go to Gourmet Camp Oven Experience

Would be nice to have a few more tea/coffee supplies in the room

I had the complimentary continental breakfast but on seeing the cooked breakfasts coming out of the kitchen, I rather wished I'd paid for and had that instead! The complimentary bus trip to the airport is fantastic, and our driver for the 5 minute trip was very nice and quite jolly.

The smell of urine in the bathroom/ toilet was unpleasant. However, last time I stayed this was not a problem.

Secure parking, breakfast continental included. Lovely gardens n pool area.

Very slippery shower recess floor. BBQ in different area as pool shut early morning & at sunset. Breakfast to start earlier as ppl like to get moving.

Alexandra in reception was absolutely amazing, we had a problem with our door swiper so were upgraded. The room and facilities beautiful. The food at the hotel amazing. Safe, secure parking 👌

The only thing that we found was the price of the drinks at the bar, absolutely astronomical.

The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. My bag was lost by the airlines and the reception staff were very helpful in retrieving the bag. At no cost they drove me to the airport twice.
