It was a lovely little unit outfitted with all that you might need when holidaying. The location was also great. We loved that the air conditioning and fans were put on in readiness for our arrival, making it lovely and cool for us!!

The thing I didn't like was playing housekeeper for the price of the accommodation. Didn't mind washing our dishes (that's only fair) I do that everywhere we stay....however there was a $200 cleaning fee mentioned if the unit wasn't left how you found it. Did that mean having to sweep the floor too? In the end I swept the floor, we put out the rubbish etc - who is going to risk an extra $200 fee for not sweeping the floor.

This cabin has been here for a while and is not pretentious, but it does have all we needed for a short, comfortable, convenient stay. Mostly, we were happy to be getting real value for money. Other places with better location and newer rooms were twice the price.

The deck/verandah could do with some sprucing up, just to give it a nice look as you arrive and enter. The step up is a bit rickety. The flooring and railings would look nice with a new coat of varnish or paint.

Thank you to Robyn and the team for allowing us to check in early (9am) after a big long drive! The ability to shower was so much appreciated. Robyn also assisted getting change for the washing machines - again above expectations. We booked the day before check in and get what we believed to be the best room (suite 2) across from the pool playground and next to the laundry. We have already recommended to friends and family it was a great little stay for us.

Lighting was dark in the living room (personal preference) Dust /cobwebs in hidden places (under beds) Pool was locked (Both gates) at 5pm even though it was advertised open until 7:30pm (disappointed kids after gearing up in their bathers)

Having to have a place to stay before my flight with my family. Awesome place to stay.

A remark by old maintenance worker was unprofessional, after my wife broke a shower handle, it literally broke apart in her hands. Brittle and old plastic, upgrade old gear we won't have this problem in the first place.

Nat and the team were friendly, and the Deluxe Cabin was super clean, beds were comfy, aircon/heating + amenities all worked well, and the towels were good quality. Onsite parking was fabulous too. The grounds are well kept and pool area was beautiful.

The room was roomy, with the facilities I wanted. I suspect "Resort" mislead me and I expected more. It was a cabin in a caravan park, although a nice one. I don't think of a caravan part as a "resort". The only negatives are that the shower needs to get together with some bleach, and fridges should be checked to see if they need de-icing. This one did and I couldn't fit into it what I wanted to, because of the ice. However, the camp kitchen had some nice big refrigerators and I was able to freeze what I needed. Still, in my room would have been more convenient. The caravan park seems well looked after. I was using Telstra for the internet and it didn't work well there. This is not the caravan park's fault, but it is relevant.

Location would be good however we had no car so you couldn't get around without taxi and there isn't many around, we were ok as we booked tours each day. The staff were amazing! Bent over backwards to help.We arrived late check in and Sophy made sure we had something to eat for the morning.Also kept luggage when we checked out as we went out on tour and upon return gave fresh towels to use amenities before catching our plane. Very hospitable host couldn't recommend enough.

The little cottages are a bit dated however they are working through fixing bits and pieces. Comfortable enough to get by a few days!

We rented a small cabin. It was basic but clean and comfortable. the owner is wonderful, very kind and helpful. we asked to leave bags for a week while we went on a short trip and also for a late checkout. she was very accommodating. we also arrived late after office had closed and she organised a key pick up.

nothing in particular. the Bed is a double, so would be tight if you are a tall or large couple. we didn’t have a car so it was a bit out of the way to walk into town where pub is to eat. for most guests, this wouldn’t be an issue.

nicely located, great facilities, friendly staff.

hot water was a little on/off. worked if you got the tap in just the right spot. but it was hot, so cool showers were no big deal. I’m sure this is just a minor Mai tenancy issue. otherwise the cabin was kept clean, and well appointed. the parking is ideal, the pool is wonderful and the on-site BBQ’s are fantastic.

Great park just had some noisy kids when we were there

We had arrived by taxi and had a lot of luggage we had to get to our cabin. Would have been good if they offered a trolley or something to assist as we had no car.
