The hotel team is very friendly . Rooms were clean, and the clining service was regular. I would especially like to thank guest manager Tram she was very helpful and supportive during our stay to make our time in Nha Trang more fun.

Internet at the hotel is a problem it on and of every 5 min Even when asked IT person to check, he tried to convince me that it is alright, while it not.

Room was ok, with partial view of the sea, comfortable bed and the fruit basket was a nice touch. The pool was nice and had a nice view. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a lot of good options.

No upgrade received, not even mentioned when we arrived at the reception. The location is a bit far from the center and from restaurants (it depends what you want). The beach is not next to the hotel and they provide free transportation but this is not very clear on how it works (especially when you want to return). The jacuzzi was the most disappointing part - it is not actually a jacuzzi, just a very hot bath, no bubbles.

The whole stay from start to finish was exceptional . The staff were fabulous especially Ann and Peter who went out of their way to make me feel at home . Ann kindly chatted to me every time I was in reception . A real asset to the team . Peter organised a comfortable transfer for me to the airport . The pool and bar area were just beautiful . The service excellent ! I loved sitting in the Sunflower restaurant having breakfast with that magnificent view . Breakfast was a huge selection of everything you could have wanted . I ate twice in the restaurant for dinner and it was very good . The room was perfect , spacious and well appointed ! I will be back !

Ann from the booking department and the whole team - they’re just incredible. From day one you feel genuinely welcome. Ann is always available, solves any issue instantly, and does it with such warmth that you realize - these are people who truly love what they do. The guys checked me in early without any extra charges, and let me stay late on checkout - just because they could help out. That’s worth its weight in gold! About the massage - that’s a whole other story. I’m kind of an expert on this stuff - traveled half the world, but NO ONE has ever worked on me like this! The therapist is a complete virtuoso, every movement perfectly calculated. After the session I felt like I was reborn.

The hotel is greatly located on the north part of the city where is relatively quiet. However, you can easily get restaurants around the hotel and it is easy to get to the city center by taxi. The facilities in the hotel are good including the restaurant, swimming pool, spa, etc. The stuffs and services are pretty good as well. Especially, Sarah from the reception is extremely helpful and thoughtful. She helped us and gave us advices for seeing the city and exploring the surroundings.

Super friendly staff, everyday thorough cleaning, comfy big room with a good view,good big comfy bed and pillows, oh I will miss it... Good amenities and welcome fruit bowl with nice fruits. Super cool pool area with bar, kind staff there as well. Extremely good massage service (it costs extra but you get a discount). Breakfast is excellent, lots of fruits, juices and fresh omelette.

There is only one small coffee machine in the breakfast hall, maybe it would be better to have two at least, as you always need to queue and wait. Location is a bit far from the centre, but maybe it can be considered as a plus as well, as street is less noisy, more peaceful area with still a lot of restaurants and shops and coffees nearby. The pool could be open till 22:00, now it closes earlier (at 19:00). The room had a bit of tobacoo smell, as a non smoker it always hit me when I entered, probably it was used as a smoker floor, but it was not a dealbreaker just slightly annoying. The elevator played the same music, a bit of vairety might be good 🤣 but that's also not a dealbreaker, I just noticed after a couple of days.

We stayed in more than 10 hotels on the coast. I am sure that Boton is the best in terms of price/quality ratio. Sheraton and Intercontinental in the center are too noisy. The location here is perfect, many shops and restaurants around, quiet and pleasant. Great staff and just the experience here is perfect.

Note that all the hotels in the city use public beaches. There was a buggy service to the place with the hotel chaise lounges, but they always were fully occupied so we never used it.

We stayed at Boton Blue as a last minute change to our travel plans. We picked the hotel based on its location north of the city centre (away from the city hustle) and the infinity pool looked awesome plus other reviews were good! We were not disappointed... the pool is spectacular overlooking the bay. The buffet breakfast is up there with the best of them. The thing to note is the customer service - it is outstanding. We have not experienced great customer service at other venues throughout Vietnam so this was so refreshing and welcoming. Our room was fab - clean, spacious, big comfy bed, big waterfall showerhead and a balcony with partial sea view. We booked 1 night and stayed 2 nights. The ocean outfront is kind of ok for swimming, keeping in mind, the Vietnam coast is dominated by fishermen. We had room service one night which was delicious. There are awesome places to eat outside too. Thanks to the management and staff for a great stay (in a rather hectic place) ❤️

This is a nice hotel, quite modern, and the staff is very nice and friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, it was big and with big wall windows overlooking the sea which was very nice. The breakfast is really good with planty of choises for everyone. It even has fresh fruits. The pool is very nice, but it is not a huge one. The rooftop bar is a nice place to have a drink. Overall it is a good value for money and a nice place to stay.

The windows/doors of the room are not very good in isolation and you can hear the outside noise. That can be nice at the beginning, to hear the waves, but at some point if you need it to be quite you can't stop the noise. Sometimes you can hear the muzic from the rooftop bar, even if we were at the 19th floor and the bar is at 26.
