Most of the things are nice clean and feels new. We booked the studio room, whivh was very convenient. Motorcycle rental is simple and cheap here. The one we rented was almost new. Both the front desk and the cleaning staff is very friendly and nice. We felt very conformatable here.

The couch was extreemely smelly, smelled like pee and even appered to be stained in many places. Cloth couch is a bad idea in a hotel i think. We couldn't use it We have mixed feelings about the location, it is vlose to the beach, but if you wanna find something to eat or wander around in the city you need to drive 15 minutes to the city center on a motorcycle. Unlike other hotels they dont use WhatsApp so commucation was slow through this app.

What did we not like?! Our stay in Coast House Nha Trang was simply magical. We would move into the hotel in a heartbeat. Our room was modern, clean, with a big window of natural light. It was cleaned daily. There is a beautiful roof terrace and a kitchen, and a laundry service. But the best of all was the staff - especially young Tom, who we spent some time with chatting and getting to know. What a fantastic guy! There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores & other amenities nearby, and you're only a short walk from the beach. Everything was perfect! Thank you!

That was our best experience in the whole SE Asia so far! Hotel is either new or renovated. It is very cozy and has nice loft style design in rooms without mold. It has enough space for all our belongings in rooms. If room has no balcony you can dry your clothes after the beach on the 8th floor on the right side from elevator. Kitchen on the rooftop was the great experience and was very well furnished with all necessary things! A lot of light in the rooms. Good cleaning services. 2 small waters and fresh towels provided every day. Kettle in the room. Great location close to the beach, Oceanus, local market and food places. You can keep your bike inside the ground floor. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Once they had problems with hot water in the shower but they solved it quite quickly during the day. We wish hotel to have non smoking policy in the common areas since I have allergy for cigarette smoke and other guests smoking on the roof while we are eating was annoying Also some people had alcoholic parties on the roof occupying whole area and all tables and being very noisy. I think a lot of local bars around would work better for that options. So non alcoholic policy would be great too. Sound proofing was really poor like anywhere else in Vietnam and we well heard everyone around us, sometimes yelling at night which was very annoying

We spent two weeks here and really appreciated the shared kitchen and rooftop—perfect for getting some work done, making breakfast, or having a meal in. The beds are comfortable, and cleaning is available whenever needed. The location is ideal, with a laundromat, gym, and cafes just a few steps away. Prices for both rooms and bike rentals are very reasonable, and the family running the place is friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Some rooms didn’t have a separate shower and toilet setup so just make sure to check if this matters to you.

Very well-run boutique hotel with a comfortable lobby, elevator, motorbike rental, street parking, delightful rooftop terrace with ocean views and a well-equipped communal kitchen area. My apartment hotel was spacious, great hot water supply, daily cleaning. In a quieter beach area of Nha Trang.

Primary school across the street starts at 7 am, school loudspeakers can disrupt your early morning

The stay was good, staffs we're friendly, facilities we're new and we'll design. Location is convenient, steps away from the beach and with some good food options nearby.

I was asked to cancel my booking as the hotel could not call me for around 2.5 hrs due to my phone was out of battery. This is uncomfortable and not a good experience for customer, even its understood that now is the busy time at Nha Trang. It would be better if the customer service and the book process should be better managed.

Close to the beach and lots of cafes and main areas on the north side. The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. I loved the rooftop where I could sit on my laptop with a view of the ocean every day as I worked.

The internet was really bad on my floor which meant I couldn't work from my room or take calls.

Everything! Beautifully styled, excellent comfy beds. Staff were delightful, wish I could have spent more time chatting with them. The rooftop kitchen and terrace is to die for! Be sure to ask them which thermal spa to go to, what an unforgettable treat. It was too cloudy to bother with a snorkelling trip so this was heavenly. We felt like millionaires. We arrived early off the night train so took a walk up to the market, recommended
