The male host was very accommodating and cheerful. Fantastic location tucked away. Spacious big room. Big beds. Had a little seating area and table which was nice. Air con worked well. Very close to beach (100m) and boardwalk.

No hot water - just luke warm - during our stay. Luckily it was still hot weather so a colder shower was welcome. The bed sheet kept coming off and the mattress had hair on it. The description was different to what we got.

Our stay at Shoho Hotel in Nha Trang was absolutely delightful. The cozy room was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring, offering comfort and a warm atmosphere. The hotel's central location made it easy to access the best spots in the city, from beaches to restaurants and shops, all just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Considering the quality of the room and service, the value for money was outstanding. We highly recommend Shoho Hotel for a wonderful and affordable stay in Nha Trang!

I booked the family room because it was the only room available and am glad I did. My friends booked a standard room and did not have a window. Usually that is not that big of a problem, but even though the hotel claims to be non smoking, there was a horrible cigarette smell in both of our rooms. Luckily I had a window that I could open to try and clear the air and some essential oil. Apart from that, my room was large and bright and nicely decorated. I had two beds and one was super squeaky, so it woke me every time I turned in my sleep. The second bed was much better. Location is good, in a small quiet alley, and super close to the beach. Staff did only speak very little English, but we managed :) They arranged a taxi to and from the airport for me. There is an elevator and a water refill station in the lobby. I got fresh towels and small water bottles daily from housekeeping and appreciated the little fridge to store some food. Overall, still a very good hotel for the price.

Horrible cigarette smell on our floor and the rooms. The listing says you can pay with credit card, but that was not an option when I was there. I made them aware of this, but be prepared. They did accept USD dollars, though.

What we really appreciated was Hoang’s hospitality and reliability. He is a great manager who is always open to any conversation and can find a solution in case of an issue. He’s so attentive to details and friendly positive vibes guy. Every time my girlfriend or me asked for help he helped us! The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, it’s close to the beach, cafes and some pool/billiard clubs (if you are into playing that might be an advantage to you). What’s more the area is quiet so you can peacefully chill and relax. While choosing the type of a room I’d definitely recommend you to choose some rooms like 201 cause they are really spacious. Meanwhile the advantage of small rooms is a tiny kitchen worktop where you could cook some meal or at least cut some fruits. But the disadvantage of that is ants which can come because of smell of food and more humid environment. I’d say that small rooms are great for those who don’t need any desk to work remotely but come just to chill on the beach or anywhere else and spend less time in the hotel room (imho) Another great thing is that we had 2 bottles of water and 2 packs of coffee each day when a cleaner came to the room, we did like it. P.S. if you find out that the weather isn’t going to be sunny and it’s pretty fresh outside you can always ask Hoang to switch a water boiler to have hot water while taking a shower because regularly the water is kept in big black reservoirs on the rooftop which means it’s heated by the sun.

This is value for money, the price is decent, the service is great! Actually I can’t find any bright disadvantages of this hotel.

A great budget room close to the Beaches. The family run Hotel is at an alley on the less touristy parts of nha Trang. The room is Clean & big, with good WiFi and daily house keeping is offer, The also have a water dispenser in ground floors. Food, cafe and Supermarket are nearby, this is my 2nd stay here, and will come back again.

Spacious rooms, nice interior, kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to a manager Hoang and his cute dog La. They made our stay smooth and comfy! 😁 The beach is 2 minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants and groceries around.

We stayed in 3 different rooms and one of them lacked kitchen :( Wish there was a possibility to pay by card.

Very polite and nice staff, had no problems checking in ( they're not speaking very good English, but you can always use translator), rooms are nice for the price, really good mattress, daily cleaning and close to nice coffees, street shops and beach ⛱️ would recommend to everyone who is looking for accommodation in Nha Trang 🙂

For light sleepers might be noisy sometimes, but nothing too disturbing 🙂

The family that runs the hotel is amazing. The room was beautiful. These people were just so kind.

The roosters and dogs barking all night and day. But the family and beautiful room was worth it. I would suggest getting curtains that could make the room darker.

The room was like in the photo. Everything was great. We stayed with cats, we liked everything very much, not noisy, clean, hot water, shops, cafes, parking for bikes, fast internet nearby. I recommend this hotel as pet friendly.

The receptionist (Mr. Pen) at the hotel was very very helpful in taking care of our needs from exchanging currency to getting bookings done for scuba diving in Nha Trang on a short notice. Our group loved our stay in Nha Trang at Shoho very much! Thank you!

One thing I felt out of place was that there were no locks in the bathrooms. I'm not sure if it's common in this region/hotels but our group wasn't used to it.
