Personal is great, location is wonderful, about 4 min walk to the beach. The hotel has its umbrellas on the beach, available for guests from 8am to 4 pm. The location itself is great, less crowded. The personnel was supporting and helping. The rooms are clean. Stores/restaurants are nearby. We received a plate of fruits to our room for a long stay, it was a very nice gesture. Have been in the spa, it is unbelievably great, the service is TOP! When we were departing the personnel organized us a car with wonderful conditions and a very nice driver for a good price. Need some improvements in English skills and breakfasts should be adopted, not a variety of food.

Big modern rooms and nice to have 2 bedrooms. Location close to the beach (note its the 2nd building/road and not directly on the corner to main beach road) and a short taxi to the main attractions. The beach is great for swimming and very safe. Nha Trang also has some excellent restaurants. Nice swimming pool with views of hills. We left plug adapter and charge cable in room and staff notified us when checking out.

Breakfast for Westerners was.ok, but not as good as other hotels we've stayed in Vietnam. Hotel was very busy, we arrived and left at same time as coach parties - so no help with luggage, etc, Reception area was either very chaotic or empty ! Staff lacking personal interaction we've enjoyed in other hotels, also lacking some enthusiasm and attention to detail with cleaning communal areas, etc). No shower screen in main bathroom and drain for other shower room was partially blocked causing flooding of floors. The hotel doesn't have a private beach area as advertised. There are sun loungers, but you have to pay around £5, no big deal though).

Fantastic stay, the staff at front desk were excellent, especially the young man that assisted us finding the right Island excursion. Breakfast was very good, pool adequate, room was a good size. The beach across the road is better than the main beach in town.

Location was great! Very close to sea front. Mr Hung (front desk manager) was exceptionally helpful as were all his staff. He helped us immensely and was very friendly. He helped make a good holiday into a great holiday. What a lovely man! I cannot praise him enough and one of the best I have met in the 65 coh tries I have visited.

Nothing was bad. The hotel was very busy as it was lunar new year!

Executive suite on level 22 is very spacious, comfortable and offers great view of the sea and city with great spa in the room. Buffet breakfast offers lot of choices from main meal styles like rice, curries, noodles, stirred fries, dumplings, congees, salad and fruit and cake station, love their home made tofu dessert with pearls. Staffs are very welcoming every where we meet, accommodate our special needs. Location is great, a little bit out of main centre which we preferred, still plenty of services surrounding the hotel.

The non-heated pool is a bit cold in late December.

Family room offers separated parents and kids bedrooms and bathrooms which is super, great view to the sea and city from level 29. Staffs are all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offers lots of choices of rice, noodles, congee, salads, wonton, springrolls, fruits with 5+ and desserts with 10+ options. Beds and pillows are all super comfortable and rooms offer some different sittings with work tables and also tea table which are very nice and enjoyable.

When I booked the hotel and the wonderful suite at 26th floor, 80 square meters big and with jacuzzi...well I was afraid it was a scam considering the cheap price. But no, it was simply amazing. From the staff (particular mention to miss Duyen at reception) to the small details. Super good

I almost liked everything. Only thing I could say it's that the staff might speak English little bit more but apart from this everything was perfect

Without a doubt one of my favourite hotels I stayed during my stay in Vietnam. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by Trong (assistant general manager) and provided with a complimentary basket of fruit. Trong is highly motivated and was extremely focused on providing excellent hospitality. He went 'above and beyond' to ensure I had a great trip and overall experience. The hotel is located in a popular area along the Nha Trang coastline and the facilities and service of the staff is definitely '5 star'. I would like to thank Trong and his staff for their professionalism and their commitment to providing the best hospitable experience for their patrons - a true sample for excellent hospitality! I'll definitely be back soon to visit :)

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing, courteous and very helpful. Our son was sick and they helped with bringing breakfast to him and offering assistance. The location is convenient to many restaurants, beach, other services.

Hon Chong as a whole is very crowded. The hotel is amazing but as soon as you step outside - it’s a city full of tourists.

The front desk staff was incredible. They were proactive, empowered to solve problems, and consistently recommended solutions that were to our benefit. The proximity to the beach is amazing, as are the views, beautiful building, great breakfast. But the staff outshine all of those strengths by far.

There is anything to dislike about because they addressed any issues we had to our satisfaction.
