One of the few hotels in Asia that was really good. The most important thing was the polite and hospitable communication of the hostess of the house. If I had any questions, they tried to solve them as soon as possible. It seems that I was in a home environment, and not in a hotel. I would also like to note the presence of accessories in the room that create a homely atmosphere - pots with greenery, lamps and a few accessories reminiscent of home. There was always hot water and internet. On the day of departure, when I had to stay 2-3 hours later than the official departure time, I was not charged an additional fee. The room was clean and tidy. The girl who runs the hotel always tried to appear in front of me in business clothes, in a jacket, and not in home clothes. This creates a particularly favorable impression that the owners of the hotel are very responsible people. Thank you very much. I will recommend your hotel to other travelers and if I am still in Nha Trang, I will definitely visit you again)

NEVER in my 10 years of travelling round Vietnam have I had a microwave AND a fridge/freezer (which had been turned on before I arrived with bottles of water/tea etc). Amazing. Rooms paying over 1m VND don't have this. Also a kettle, cups, bowls, and plates in the cupboard, a proper wardrobe with lots of hangers and 2 drawers. A large wet room with rain shower with shampoo and shower gel. The air-conditioning was quiet. A sidelight on the bedside table. TV of course. 5 minutes walk to the beach with lots of eating and drinking venues on nearby main streets. Down an alley so quiet. Absolutely tops..if I could score 20 I would. And so reasonably priced too! Oh, and room to park your motorbike inside the hotel area.

The property is very easy to find being located at the end of an ally & which is just off a side street .. On arrival at the House , I was greeted warmly & with a smile by the lovely Hostess Cham .. This is a family home & I was made to feel welcome & the place has a wonderful , positive energy & I immediately felt relaxed & at ease .. The room was spotlessly clean , tastefully decorated & has new , modern furniture , a comfy bed with fresh smelling linen & the bathroom is nice with plenty of hot water & toiletries are also supplied .. there is an amazing fridge / freezer , smart TV , microwave , bedside table & chair & a large sized wardrobe .. And great plus is big windows that open wide letting in lots of fresh air .. Although I didn't have time to eat there , opposite , there is a restaurant ... There are lots of amenities on the side street which then leads to only a ten minute walk to the beach .. All in all , this is an great place to stay , with a charming family & at a very good price .. But most of all is the amazing owner who is so courteous , pleasant & goes out of her to make sure you feel welcome & comfortable & have everything you need ... Highly Recommended

There is nothing that could be improved on as everything is as you would like it , to feel relaxed & have that good feeling like you where at your own home ..

I liked most everything, firstly the host was lovely, friendly & helpful, very attentive. The location was great, but what I expected, up a short alleyway so very quiet & privet, but a short distance from all amenities, & the wonderful beach for those that are beach lovers, there was a small supermarket store & good eateries near by, even for vegetarians, a couple of minuets away, I loved that the place was relaxed & had an abundance of plants throughout the residences, one of the best stays I’ve had in Vietnam.

There really wasn’t anything ‘I didn’t like’

We travelled as a group of 4. We arrived early in the morning, because we went by a nightbus. We wanted to check in at 7am and it cost us half a night extra. What is totally fair. That was really comfortable. The owner was super friendly. Laundry service is cheap and very fast. She even offered two of my friends a bigger room for free. The beach is only 300m away. Lot's of restaurants around and a win mart is also not far. The best is the price/performance-ratio. 100% recommended!

Nothing to complain about.

Nice place! We really liked it! After staying one night in a more centric area, we decided to change to a more quiet place, and this was perfect! Really clean, comfortable, the bed is nice, air conditioner, a table in the room, good wifi, you can park the motorcycle inside. highly recommended!

The property is a very good value for the price. I liked the refrigerator and the hot water worked good.

It was a bit noisy when I stayed there, because there was a construction opposite. The house is in a narrow alley so sometimes I feel a bit inconvenient driving in and out.
