What a beautiful hotel with stunning beach views. The vouchers for the chairs and umbrella at the beach were such a bonus as we used these everyday. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. There was also plenty of breakfast options which were all delicious! It is also situated at a quieter beach and away from the main town, we preferred being at the quieter part of town and could easily get a taxi to the busy area when we wanted to be in the hub of it all.

The balcony was small but not really necessary as the floor to ceiling windows allow you to enjoy the view but stay indoors.

Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Khan gave us some good suggestions around the area for food. The front desk manager was very accommodating to our needs and helpful with our questions.

There are a few missing tiles in the pool which ended up cutting our friend’s toes. The shampoo dispenser head could use a fix. Both are minor issues.

We had the best time at NAVADA Beach Hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great with many options to choose from. The room service meals were very affordable and delicious. They also gave us adjacent rooms with a door in between so we really enjoyed it as a family. This hotel is right on the beach with great views day and night. We will be back next year

Nothing we didn't like.

We love our stay at Navada! We got a free upgrade, which was a very pleasant surprise after a long train ride. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable! The views from our room were spectacular and we love the rooftop pool as well. Access to the beach is easy since it is just across the road and you can use sun lounges for free for 2 hours at a time. Navada isn’t in the centre of Nha Trang but we didn’t mind the location as it is quieter and there are some great restaurants in the area anyways. We would love to come back here again.

The breakfasts, while offering quite a few options, were average and have a lot of room for improvements. When we were at the pool, a couple of staff snuck into the bathroom there to smoke and since there is no air ventilator in the bathroom, the smell lingered for quite a long time and you can also smell it from the sun beds next to the pool. We had our bed sheets changed but it didn’t seem like they swept or vacuumed the floor.

Can't fault this hotel. I liked absolutely everything. In fact, I liked it so much that I extended my stay. The room that I was given, located on the top floor, has the most amazing view. The beach is just across the road. Pool was great too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was lovely.

I liked everything but it would have been great to have had more vegetarian options for breakfast. But, there were a lot of delicious fruits available to be fair. So, all in all, can't complain!

Incredible and lovely staff, who went out of their way to ensure that we had a good time. Every member of the team was very friendly and helpful. We were also very happy to receive a room upgrade for our honeymoon, and enjoyed the beautiful sea view. Location right by the beach which is perfect for swimming, relaxing and snorkelling.

Some street noise from motorbikes - although with the beachfront location by the road this is to be expected!

This hotel, while located on the beach, is in many aspects a great business hotel. Yes, it has a pool, a restaurant a bar and great views of the bay and beach, but lacks the warmth of a family oriented place. That doesn't mean it is bad, in no way. It is a very professionally run hotel with excellent rooms and services. The breakfast, a buffet with a huge choice of Western and Asian dishes, was excellent. The restaurant is huge and personnel is courteous. The location of the hotel is about 10 minutes by taxi or Grab from the city centre. Near the hotel there are some high rise buildings that are mainly occupied by Russian people. They mix very little with other people in the neighborhood. The transport to and from the airport as arranged by the hotel was excellent. It is about a 50 minute trip one way.

It would have been nice if there was some more entertainment nearby. Not a big problem as a lively atmosphere was available within a 10 minute taxi ride.

The hotel was perfectly situated. our rooms had outstanding views of the beach and beyond with full height glass windows and a balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows and covers of a very high standard. The facilities in our rooms were excellent. The rooftop pool was excellent and a lovely place to cool off in the afternoon after a day of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of high quality foods. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

View of the room was amazing, beds were comfortable and room was clean. Staff at the reception was always very supportive and kind. It is a good location, the beach in front of the hotel is quite nice. Good value-for-money especially considering a short stay...

The street is super noisy, so you'll probably wake around 5-6 am with the noise outside of the traffic. Other guests smoking in the emergency/access stairs and the smell would linger in entire hallway and rooms close to the stairs (called reception to notify). Breakfast is ok (not many options of fruits, and western food).

Great location just across the road from the beach. The hotel looked almost new, all the facilities were in good condition. The stuff was exceedingly friendly and competent. The rooms was spacious, pretty clean and well-equipped, with an astonishing panoramic view of the lagoon. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of Asian and European meals, everything was fresh and timely replenished:) The pool on the rooftop allows to enjoy sunbathing or swimming with a great view.

The gym was disappointing, one cannot even call it a “gym” actually. They used one of the guest rooms to place a treadmill and a rack with dumbbells there.
