The hotel has a great location. The staff is excellent. I had some issues but they addressed them immediately. My room had a beautiful Oceanview. The price was a great deal. I just felt sorry for the staff because issues popped up and they'd do their best to take care of them, however they don't own the property so there's only so much they can do. It's up to ownership to address those issues that just need some money put into the hotel.

A few things but for the price I'll just say I enjoyed my stay along with the professional staff

This is absolutely place to stay, I am highly recommended everyone who wants to be next to Hon Chong beach. Rooms are big and clean and my bed was so comfortable that I could stay whole day there. Walls are maybe thin because sometimes I heard my neighbours, but nothing that you can't sleep or something. Hotel is just next to beach, and you have wonderful view from your terrace. I had small issue with my balcony door, and stuff fixed in a minute. Staff is very affordable and beyond the words. Pool on the roof looks really nice, I read some bad reviews about it, but when I check it was really nice. Breakfast is Buffet all you can eat, and it's Vietnamese food. You have many options for breakfast. I will come back for sure.

Everything! The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. They did laundry for us quickly as we had an early morning start. We had a 90minute Vietnamese massage each and the av spa. The price was fair and both of us loved our massages! Very professional and they both ensured we had a great treatment. The room itself was amazing value! We had a lovely view of the mountains and the beach. The bed was comfortable and had everything that you need. The rooftop pool is a lovely touch, we enjoyed some time up their watching the craziness below. 100% recommend ☺️

Cleaners knock on your door even though you put don’t disturb on your door. Not allowed to see fireworks for happy new year on the roof. Fridge did not work. Cold shower. Swimming pool also too cold

The room was nice with balcony, friendly staff and security guy.

Poor English of the staff and not being able to pay with credit card when I arrived. Same breakfast every morning, like literally same dishes even if it was a buffet.

Location was great as it was close to the beach. Staff was very helpful and did everything to make your stay a pleasant experience. Their taxi service to Cam Ranh International Airport helped me to catch my flight in time!

My room did NOT have a window. Regardless, I was close to a balcony close to the stairwell.

The staff was great. The location was perfectly central. The room and bed was super comfortable.

It was the second time within 5 months that we stayed at the Putin Nha Trang Hotel. Both the 8th and 19th floor both shower heads were broken.

Everything was spot on with this hotel, friendly staff, beautiful spacious room with a nice bathroom. Decent size balcony with the most spectacular view of the beach. My partner even caught the sun rise one morning which was stunning! Nice big mirrors, clean dressing gown and flip flops.

A very small few points to make, there is a few tiny tiny ants running around over the tables so be aware to not leave anything sticky around. Balcony could have done chairs to sit outside on and maybe provide extra toilet roll.

Its an ideal location for someone who wants to spend a lot of hours on the beach. The public lane that leads to the hotel could do with a ‘tidy’ up. It lets the hotel down. The room is well equipped. A few fittings are what you would expect from a more expensive hotel. The TV is a better quality than you can be sure of in Vietnam - a higher refresh rate so pictures don’t blur. Also there are some ‘non-Vietnamese’ channels - many ‘budget’ hotels and guest houses in Vietnam advertise a ‘flat screen TV’ but don’t mention that they don’t have any ‘foreign language’ programmes. The only disappointing features were 1) the room fridge never really got properly cool ; 2) the bathroom sink tap only produced a small trickle of water

The hotel is located near the beach. It was a good sea view from my room. Staff was very helpful: they helped me to make a registration document (it took half an hour, but the receptionist finished it and gave me the document that I needed).
