Location is good. The bed was very comfortable and not hard. Mattress new and with no stains. Sheets good quality and clean. Towels also clean. Water pressure very good. No problem with elevators. Photos are accurate.

The hotel is a bit worn but everything functions well. Cleaning staff make a lot of noise in the hallway in the morning talking to each other. I am not sure that senior suite is really 32 sq m. it felt smaller.

Senia is an excellent choice offering luxury rooms at a good price. I enjoyed the Senior Suite with a balcony and ocean view. The room is spacious and offers strong air conditioning and Cable TV with HBO. I like that it is next to the beach and many good restaurants. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful.Thanks to Mr Trinh Hoang, My Linh, and Diem Ngoc. The daily maid service is wonderful. Thanks to Mrs Dong and her staff Mrs Lien, Hoa, Yen, True, Anh, and Lien. I highly recommend this hotel to foreigners visiting Nha Trang for its excellent location and amenities.

Great location — the hotel is in the northern part of Nha Trang, which is much quieter than the city center, and the sea water is cleaner. Breakfast is quite good, mostly Vietnamese food, but you can ask for an omelet or fried eggs — they’ll make it without any problem. Cleaning and bed linen change are done daily.

People smoke right in the hallways near the elevator, and the smell gets into the room — I think this is unacceptable. Some guests were also smoking inside their rooms, and the smell came through the ventilation into mine.

We had a great time at Senia. The upper floors have stunning sea views. The breakfast buffet is as good as it gets. So delicious with a big variety of local cuisine plus some western options. The location and facilities are great. The roof pool is exquisite with wonderful views. It was overall a great stay for us, not allowing the lack of cleanliness and friendliness to spoil all the positives Senia offered to us.

Senia would be worthy of a 10/10 if only 1.) They could train their cleaning staff to do a proper job, including using a high quality vacuum cleaner. 2. Teach their staff to serve with a smile. Cleanliness and staff friendliness should be an easy thing for the management to fix.

Simple, nice and clean hotel. The location is very close to the centre but less loud which was very good. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot and chilling by the rooftop pool (it's good for kids though, not for adults). The staff was very sweet and did their best despite not being the best English speakers :)

I was only struggling with communication but Google translate helped a lot. The bed was too soft for my back which was hurting a lot :(

The view is stunning, offering a sight of the entire sea and the dawn. Plus, the breakfast buffet is incredibly yummy

I wanted to let you know about a few things in my room. The soundproofing isn't very good, and I noticed the bed sheets have some stains. Also, the air conditioner doesn't seem to be cooling the room enough, and the lid on the trash can is broken.

Great view over ocean and city, helpful staff, rooftop pool was nice and room spacious and clean. Reliable internet and nice bathroom. Nice quiet location close to the beach, coffee shops etc. Away from the hustle and touristy central area but only 10 minutes away by bike or 15 by taxi.

Terrible fridge, didn't really make things cool. Aircon was either on and really cold, or completely off. Poorly equiped gym and sauna not in operation the whole time I stayed.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Location is quite convenient. There’s a small beach just across the street and it’s a short walk to restaurants and shops.

The pool area was outdated and shabby. So was the “gym”. The staff at the reception were quite distant. All in all, you get what you pay for.

Very nice hotel with close proximity to the beach, nice clean room, spacious and fresh. New building thou not in centre of Nha Trang taxi is cheap, can find everything nearby. Very beautiful view

Didn't like the breakfast and personnel. Cleaning lady would rudely knock on the door in the morning or worse press the bell again and again. Reception also wasn't really smiley, but that's okay I guess? They did help after all

Good, sea view with balcony. The staff helped us to book for airport transfer. Biggggg bed, toilet with bidet. My parents also love it. We booked 3 adults for my parents and her sister, the hotel provided1 extta bed for extra adult. Good job. U can hear people swimming in the ocean as early as 430am…
