There was nothing not to like. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was the same, and the shower was great.The decor was lovely and the bedlinen was pristine. The ambiance in the breakfast room was just right, and the breakfast itself, a continental style, was tasty, fresh and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, we saw Fernando mostly during our week, such a lovely man.The one morning we took advantage of the sun terrace, the views of the ocean and the city, along with the ships passing in the distance was wonderful. Parking can be a bit tricky on times, but this is in most places in Sicily. The main shopping area and many restaurants and cafe bars are a ten minute walk away.

Nothing not to like.

FuoriSquadra was a treasure accommodation! The B&B is quiet, ideally located with an incredible view, large, modern rooms with 5 star amenities. Eva has an ample, typical Italian breakfast of an assortment of pastries, yogurt, coffee, tea and juices. The common area of the B&B is wonderfully laid out and furnished, with a huge deck looking out over the Straight of Messina. Charming, comfortable and relaxing. The decor is chic and upscale.

Nothing could have been better. Our room had some traffic noise due to it being near a main thoroughfare but no more noise than you’d expect in a city. There was no noise from other guests.

The bedroom, bathroom and air conditioning were all fabulous! The common balcony, with sofas and chairs was an unexpected surprise and a nice place to relax at any time of day or night.

Bit more variety at breakfast would be good. More healthy options, or fresh produce - fruit for example - would be good. The coffee was great though!

Location was pretty good. 15 - 20 minute walk to restaurants & places of interest. The room itself was really nice. Minimalist approach, but very tastefully done, and everything you need is there.

Breakfast was "ok", but could have been better. Some fruit and/or some cheese would have made all the difference.

Accomodation was amazing. I have to say better than in photos. We got more than expected. Definitley not expensive for what you get. Bed was incredibly comfy. Even though you are close to the street, windows are very good so you do not actually here anything. Cool terrace. Host communicated everything well, and waited for us to get the keys. Very kind lady. Recommendations for restaurant were good.

Breakfast was unfortunatley entierly sweet, but I have to say I did not complain or ask for a change while there..so hosts did not have the oportunity to adress it. Staff in the morning, extremely loud while speaking on the phone for a significant amount of time - ruined one morning. (Door to the hallway are not ashigh quality as windows.)

It was very nice, clean, quiet. We really enjoyed terrace which was common area.

I found the room to be quite warm, since window blinds were left open and conditioner is working only when we were in the room it took some time to cool down. For me personally also a minus was that I couldn't enjoy cold shower to cool down. Even at the coldest setting water was warm.

An excellent stay in Messina. Rooms were clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. The breakfast area was the same. Eva the property manager was fantastic. Self check in instructions were clear, and she was readily available when I misread instructions for the key card. In addition, when there was a misunderstanding regarding payment from booking.com, Eva was understanding and I was able to pay remotely. Breakfast was great, pasties, toast, cereal, yogurt and coffee. Overall I would highly recommend this B&B, and I would like to thank Eva again for her excellent customer service.

It’s around a 30 min walk to the train station / ferry, however it’s very easy to get a tram.

Breakfast was good, better selection than average experience during the trip. Quiet location. Very nice common terrace to chill. Clean room, nice looking furniture.

Door key was not working when we arrived, but we solved problem quickly with the help of the staff. A bit tight parking spots.

We really liked the location the view. It was so clean and fresh inside. The room was so clean and perfect decorated and equipped. We felt very comfortable at this accommodation it’s definitely a gem in messina. Just the breakfast was a little modest and one-sided.

No Iron.

We loved that since you enter to the place, it smells clean. The place was really nice because the decoration is nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the breakfast really good and the communication for the check-in and everything was perfect. I’ll definitely come back!
