Very family / kid friendly, staff was nice and spoke good English. The aquapark was just cross the street. Parking near by.

The twin bed as double bed is not the easiest with small kids; as you end up sleepind in the hole. Sound proofing was next to zero, the sound of someone taking a shower in the neighboring room woke us and kept us awake from 11:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Interior was a little outdate and bathroom had already scratches and holes. And the carpet had seen its best days. There was no possibility of buying room service / ala Carter after the buffet opened. But there are restaurants with walking distance.

Outside building needs a bit of updating Multi sport court with basketball and tennis and football and ko karts is very run down. No breakfast in room rate. Receptionist who checked me in was very friendliest but didn’t give enough information, especially that if I used the wellness spa with my wrist band I’d be charged.

the hotel offered a lot and that it is child friendly. so you can go with the family and spent some nice time even in winter time. the prices are very good as well

what is not to like... i liked everything and was happy with the family :) the staff were also very helpful and wanted us to be happy

First time at this hotel with 2 kids 6, 9 and we love it. Great programs for kids. Very nice and clean hotel with very helpful staff Aquapark was also very nice. We will come back for sure. Thank you for a great time!!.

Location was great, free parking nearby, unlimited entry to water park and 1 hour free activity at lake. Food was very tasty and rooms were also nice and clean.

Only problem we had was shower. There was old shower head that had most of holes blocked so rest of them had extremely high pressure which actually hurt, so it would be great if they could upgrade that.

Amazing hotel for relaxing holidays with family. Great breakfast and dinner, animators are the best I have ever seen, and there is even a cozy cinema inside!

It was not possible to extend our stay due to system setup :/

Friendly staff, nicely renovated hotel. Tasty wide choice breakfast and lunch. Very good atmosphere.

Absurdly high price of espresso and other coffee drinks.

Extremely helpful staff, great breakfast with huge variety of vegetables and fruits, animation and small present for kids, free of charge use od Awuapark after check out (they even gave us towels)

It was very clean, a perfect facility for kids, nice buffet for breakfast and dinner, nice staff, big rooms.all in all we enjoyed a lot

There was nothing to dislike

The location and all the facilities were one of the best we have ever been with kids. The aquapark plus the lake with additional pool, the inner playground and the program for kids were amazing.

The rooms were too simple and poor in compare to the rest of the hotel facilities. Plus the noise from outside was horrible. It was not possible to open the window and with kids you don’t want to bave AC on the whole night. I literally slept not more than 1 hour.
