I travel a lot, and I haven’t written such a long review in a long time. This is not a castle, this is a fairy tale! Starting from the reception desk to all the service staff. The hotel is new, the rooms are excellent, large. Cleanliness is at a high level. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The room has everything you need, and despite the fact that the hotel is not 5* (there is no room service yet, as far as I understand), the staff also served in the rooms. A hotel restaurant with very tasty cuisine, they always offer something interesting as a dish of the day, bravo to the chef! Breakfast depended on the number of people in the hotel, some days ala carte, others buffet. I advise you not to skip breakfast - everything is very tasty, they listened to your wishes, prosecco for breakfast will cheer you up before excursions. The spa area is simply beautiful, you just need to feel it, stained glass windows, a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a steam room, a barrel with cold water, a hammam. Everywhere is crystal clear. Near the hotel there is a beautiful park with peacocks. I forgot my watch at the hotel, they literally sent it to me right away by the post office in Spain! Thank you very much to everyone who creates such comfort in this castle! It was wonderful!

We were much enjoyed our stay at the Palace Art Hotel in Pezinok! It is a beautiful hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms that really make you feel as if you are staying at a historic castle with all modern conveniences. Our highlight was the Spa & wellness area which features a large whirlpool, a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna and an infrared room. While the Spa was very popular and many guests were using it throughout the day, it never felt too crowded and was a fantastic space to warm up (from the winter cold outside) and relax. Also the breakfast was lovely with many options!

Everything was great, nothing to complain about :)

It is the perfect hideaway! The beautiful premises, spacious, modern room was fully equipped and spotlessly clean. One of my favorite features was the stunning big windows, which allowed us to fully enjoy the picturesque park scenery from the comfort of indoors. Sipping local fizzy wine while enjoying the serene park view made our mornings feel extra special. The castle park itself, though small, is charming and ideal for short walks. Try Palace Taverna! Yummy stuff. And wine. Try their wine. It is must do! The spa was a true highlight, featuring a large jacuzzi, steam and Finnish saunas, and a peaceful relaxation area. And the massage? Oh yes, absolutely divine—if you have the chance, don’t miss it. Pure heaven!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The rooms were spotless, and I was impressed by how well-maintained everything was. Located in a quiet area, it was the perfect spot to unwind without any noise or disturbances. The room’s decor was stylish and thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy yet sopisticated atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. The wellness area was another highlight – beautifully set up, with great facilities that helped me truly relax.

The hotel itself is really wonderful. Spatious and modern rooms and in general, everything looks like new. With no doubt, our favorite part was the spa area. Although a bit small its just perfect to have a great time relaxing. Bonus point for the breakfast, it was delicious and the quality of ingredients amazing.

Although we loved the hotel, it feels like they dont want you there. Check-in is at 3:00pm and check out at 10:00am. Spa only open from 2:00pm, so if you want to enjoy in the early morning, not possible which is hard to understand why not. We drove until here exclusively to this hotel for a relaxing getaway and at the end we felt like there is a lot of pressure with the schedule. At the end, we asked if we could check out at 11:00am and they agreed, which we appreciated because we really wanted to relax rather to be in a rush. Hopefully they consider the comment so the customer experience improves.

This hotel was over the top for everything. The rooms, dining room, food, and staff was exceptional. The location was wonderful near the town which is charming, and within walking distance. Beautiful park for walking behind the hotel. They have their own wine cellar, and museum which a must to see. I have stayed at many beautiful hotels, but this one is hands down for being superior.

Everything was to perfection. The interior was done with such wonderful taste, with beautiful artwork and furnishings.

A perfect high-end experience with incredibly meticulous visual aesthetics and spacious rooms and bathrooms. It truly is an Art hotel where you can admire a vast collection of paintings, sculptures, and glass art. Despite the hotel being a part of a historic castle, I was pleasantly surprised by the actual accessibility for me as a handicapped solo traveller using a walker with wheels (accessible entrance, lift, bathroom, wellness, gift shop, etc.). The staff was also very kind and attentive. There are long opening hours for the wellness and spa, you can take a tour of the castle (with adjustments in my case), visit the castle garden or head to the city centre for some of the less pricey restaurants. I recommend syncing the dates of your stay with concerts held in the castle courtyard - a great experience as well, got an autograph and a photo with the singer afterwards. :) Thank you for the stay.

Great buffet and a la cart menu, a variety of choice. Rooms were spotless and spacious, cleaned daily (if a person doesn't say otherwise). Staff are welcoming and happy to help any time required.

An ac didn't work in the room that I got (due to maintenance) but I was not told about it before entering the room. After I complained about it, they gave me a free upgrade to another room.

very nice and quite big King room with french windows with a nice view over the park. good breakfast.

there is a tv (Samsung) in the room. They dont have original remove control. And when you insert your usb key it's not possible control it with that not original remote control. No netflix app or something similar either.

the location is really great, the room was very comfortable

This is a very expensive hotel for Slovak prices. So I was really shocked at breakfast by the unfriendliness of staff. Though I was told breakfast ran until 10, when I asked at 9:30 to get some more bacon in the buffet, the waitress simply said "No" . Perhaps that is OK in a cheap Ibis but not at this room rate. I was not asking for caviar and champagne. Next there was an argument on getting boiling water to make tea. The only water available was tepid which is not OK for tea. So only a blunt stand off with staff resulted in finally getting boiling water. Speechless really that such simple things cause such annoyance at the start of a new day. My conclusion: staff urgently needs to be trained.
