Room - When we arrived we were given a smaller room than expected, as it was different to the photo when booked. On asking on reception our room was changed without any problems which we really appreciated. The room was very clean, comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Unfortunately, there were no accommodations made for individuals with food allergies at breakfast. As someone with a severe dairy allergy, it was quite challenging. The serving tongs and spoons for the cheese and meats were placed on the same plate and used interchangeably, leading to potential cross-contamination."

Every thing was super convenient, breakfast was delicious, a perfect time to sit & relax & enjoy all this beautiful hotel had to offer, fresh produce every morning, highly recommend for a 2 day short stay, Bratislava was everything and more, a must try “the half blind pig quirky little (cocktail bar)right across from this hotel main door, be prepared for a twist, lots of nice buildings, statues & a visit to the castle a must, some really nice restaurants , we visited during late Dec 24, markets were in full swing, we felt brought this little gem of a spot to life

The only down side of the experience was our taxi from the airport which is only 15 mins way, we were charged €41, the hotel staff member advised this taxi should cost around €7 so be careful to use taxi app as you get the price & plate number

Location was fab down a quiet side passage 30 seconds from Michael's Gate and a three minute walk to the christmas market. The room was cozy and warm after a day in the cold and the heating was easily controllable. Staff on reception friendly and helpful. I would recommend and stay again. Loads of nice bars and restaurants in old town.

The lady at breakfast was a little sharp when we arrived at 0945. I knew we were cutting it fine but we literally grabbed a croissant and coffee. She turned all the lights out in the breakfast room dead on 10am. Wasn't particularly welcoming. Brekkie was ok, not remarkable, so on the 3rd morning we ate out.

The location of the Hotel was excellent, just within the old town walls and walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was small but warm, clean and comfortable - it was fine for a short city break. As far as hotels go, it was also quiet at night and we could sleep soundly. Breakfast was fine, plenty of cereal, fruit, eggs and bread, cakes; it was quiet repetitive but we didn’t mind.

A fridge in the room would have been great. There was tea and coffee making facilities but no milk, however, the staff were very accommodating and would give us enough milk for our coffee.

The staff were extremely friendly and all communicated in English very well, which was helpful as my Slovakian is non-existent. The room was not fancy but had everything we needed and was great value for the price. It was clean and comfy with a lift to help us up to the top of the building and firm but comfortable beds. The shower was excellent. Rooms were also refreshed daily with fresh drinking water, teabags, coffee and basic toiletries all provided. The breakfast was great, constantly refreshed, and there was lots of choice. The coffee was also good. Location is amazing right at the side of all the main attractions.

There was a small hiccup with our city tax payment, but staff resolved it very quickly. We hadn't realised it was in a pedestrian zone so the bags had to be carried a short way from where the taxi dropped us off but this wasn't a problem for us, it was very easy to find. Just something to be aware of.

Location is perfect, as you are staying right in the middle of Bratislava old city, a few steps to all main tourist spots. It is really convenient to wander through the cobblestone streets at night not worrying about time and transportation. Breakfast was very good and staff was super friendly, providing perfect recommendations of restaurants and city attractions.

As the hotel is located in an old city cobblestone narrow street, you have to carry your luggage from a bus stop up to the door. It is a short walk but might be inconvenient especially if you are carrying large bags.

This small, boutique hotel is literally in the Old Town but in a quiet side street. Staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the small internal garden. Breakfast quality and selection was very good. Bags were stored without any issue on our day of departure. Milk was provided at reception for use with kettle etc in room.

The extractor fan in our bathroom was not working for the duration of our 4 day stay. In a small bathroom, without any windows, this was less than ideal!!

Cozy hotel in the middle of the Old Town with a lovely garden. The location is absolutely perfect, but it has also some cons - cobblestone street is amazing, but probably not for travelers with suitcase(s). And not for sleeping guests of the hotel, of course, whose room faces the street. Stayed for almost one week and unfortunately, it was all the time extremely noisy from very early morning (thanks to garbage trucks) and until late night/early morning again (thanks to people gathering outside and their loud conversations).

The room was wonderful, set up with all the extras you would need. The girl at the reception had so many tips and recommendations, very well explained, and saved us so much time. Breakfast was very good, many options to choose from, and the breakfast lady was constantly refilling the items. We ordered some drinks at reception, and they were done to perfection. They allowed us to leave our luggage both before check in and after check out, so we could enjoy our stay to the fullest. Upon check out the Guy at reception was very happy to give us recommendations to our next location. The service at this hotel is just one of a kind.

The hotel is Super, just difficult to get to the hotel with luggage due to the cobbled road, however it is just 50 meters, and its a small price to pay for being in the center.

location on edge of old town very good has a garden for breakfast and sitting out (except that it rained when I was there)

this would be totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility questions. Although there is a lift, there is a steep step up to the entrance and more inside. It is also about 50m from the road where a taxi would drop you off. they have also decided, as part of a re-fit, that 'standard' rooms don't need tables. When I asked for one, they found one, which made everything quite cramped, but no table?? hotels in Bratislava are surprisingly expensive. I don't think they are worth it. Taxis from the main station operate a cartel, with official document, insisting that minimum fare (anywhere) is 20 euros. This is outrageous, & the city needs to stop this. Fare to old town from main station should be between 5 and no more than 10 euros.
