Perfect location in the centre of the town. Big rooms, clean. The breakfast was OK

In fact, it is not a 4-star hotel as far as the lobby area is concerned.. I believe it is more like a 3-star hotel. If you are looking for a 4-star hotel amenities, then I should suggest to look for something else

The room was larger than expected. Comfortable beds and very clean. The location was very close to everything with nice restaurants nearby and shopping. The front desk people were always very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman has checked us in after hours was very kind and made sure we were comfortable with our stay. We opted for the breakfast and honestly we really enjoyed it! It was a bit basic but we were happy to have healthy options each morning instead of just pastries and cafe in nearby restaurants. The breakfast included hot items like bacon, sausage, eggs, scrambled eggs, beans, vegetables etc. with croissants, sandwich bread, yogurts, cheeses, salamis, juices, coffee machine. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff were helpful and friendly, location is excellent and rooms are clean and well appointed.

Being located in the centre of the old town, it can be a bit noisy at night, but personally the central location more than made up for this. There are no dining/breakfast facilities, this is clear on booking but Bratislava old town doesn't have many cafes open before 8:30 so you need to factor this in.

From the first moment I asked a question via email to the moment we checked out, everything went well. The reception team goes above and beyond to help you. They were very supportive in replying our questions before we went to Bratislava. Check-in was quick and smooth. Our request to have a silent room was met accordingly. The instructions in the room about facilities are enough. What makes this place our top choice was the location. It is in the heart of Old Town. We also liked the small environment friendly touches. There is an onsite SPA that we missed due to lack of time but prices seemed ok. A tip for airport transfer for people who prefer public transportation: Exit the terminal, turn right, there is a bus stop. Tickets can be purchased on the old style ticket machienes. A 30 minute ticket will be enough. Bus Nr 61 drives to the last bus stop at train station. From there you can either walk or take bus 93 to the entrance of Old Town.

Nothing has bothered us.

One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. While there were some good options, the selection felt a bit limited, especially for guests with dietary restrictions or those staying multiple days. Adding more variety, would make a noticeable difference. Extending breakfast hours slightly could also help accommodate guests with different schedules.

Our apartment was large, light and airy, well equipped and comfortable, with the main room facing the main old-town pedestrian street. The apartment included a dining room and small kitchen, allowing self-catering if required.. The bathroom was reasonably large with plenty of hot water for the shower and bath. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the main sites such as the Castle, Cathedral, main square and Danube River. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby. The general environment is popular with tourists, so there is a lot of foot traffic and chatter/noise at times. Breakfast included cold selections, eggs, sausages plus some pastries and fruit. More than sufficient to start the day. Reception and breakfast staff were welcoming.

I had a wonderful stay at Skaritz Hotel and Residence! The best part is its unbeatable location—right in the heart of the Old Town. All major attractions, including the Bratislava Castle, are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bus stops nearby. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. A special highlight for me was the window in my room that opened out to the street—I absolutely loved sitting by it and watching the world go by. It added so much charm to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Bratislava from the most central and convenient location!

- Location of this hotel is just perfect. In the heart of the city centre. - Large room with very comfortable bed. Room and whole place very clean, great showers and clean towels, staff very welcoming and helpful.

- Aircon was not working and when asked in the reception, staff mentioned that it was quite cold and would not need aircon that night. We said that the room was quite hot, as it was a sunny day. He'd be happy to put us in another room but we decided to stay there. Just opening the windows was enough. - As it is in the heart of the city centre and there are loads of bars, restaurants and pubs nearby, it was a bit noisy. But got silenced after some time in the night. - Breakfast was quite poor. There were no more croissant available and very few options.

Right in the middle of the Old Town. Good size of the room. Comforatble bad. Minibar/ fridge. Coffee/ Tea making facilities with good choice of teas. No real coffee maker , though. Friendly staff. Personal touch during interaction.Safe area around, but ear plugs must be necessary during summer weekends..Warm dishes for breakfast if you fancy that. Comfortable bed.

Really basic breakfast, I was dissapointed, good for two star Ibis, not for 4 star hotel. Limitied choice of everything. No fresh cottage cheese no radish, no smoked fish,no olives, no fancy salads. Cocumber and tomato slices in one bowl. No alternatives for vegans . Only one kind of jam. Only packed honey... Addidtionaly no way to regulate temperature in room. The AC panel did not work and I saw no knob on the radiator..One of my towel has some small holes..

Not enough outlets (only 1 in bedroom and 1 in bathroom). My room was very hot, no way to adjust temperature. Staff dud assust but then to cool it down I had to open windows which made issue in next sentence even worse. Not an issue with the hotel itself but especially for rooms overlooking Michalska St, house from the street below is loud and almost all of the night Pedestrian area so have to walk a few blocks with luggage for access to any vehicle.
