We loved Bratislava and found this hotel was ideally situated for exploring the centre. The old town with its sites and restaurants begins at the door, as does the way to the castle. We took a walking tour that also began at the square in front of the hotel. Perfect. The hotel breakfast was also excellent and the staff helpful and friendly. Hotel parking was very convenient to have.

Parking in Bratislava is outrageously expensive everywhere. There's no alternative except to accept the fact and pay the hotel parking fee. We found our particular room a bit tired, with some worn surfaces, but overall recommend this hotel for your stay and would stay there again.

Modern, spacious, and clean rooms. Separate toilets and showers. Perfect location for a city trip to Bratislava. Large and delicious breakfast buffet in a lovely restaurant. Small, yet refined spa area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, and indoor pool (with a great view to the castle 😉). Private underground parking. Bathrobes, sauna towels, and late checkout until 12:00 PM are included in the price of Superior rooms.

Very expensive underground parking at €32/night. The air condition in the room didn't work all the two nights. We had a room on the first floor, directly above the hotel's own club; the party went on until about 5:00 a.m. During booking, you might want to request a room on a higher floor level.

I liked the location and the staff at the reception was very friendly, helpful and efficient.. I liked the bedsheets very much.

Cleaning staff entered my room in the morning before my checking out time and without knocking on the door first. The surface on the headboard was damaged and looked tired. The week before I stayed in the room on second floor and the radiator rail and aircon vent were visibly dirty, a seal on shower wall was missing and made the bathroom floor dangerously wet (pictures attached for your information) Lastly, warm dishes at the breakfast - bacon, sausages, scrumbled eggs were cold, shame. Nevertheless, I will still stay again, but without breakfast.

Location is fantastic. The room itself looked really nice and had a proper size, comfortable enough for the stay. I also visited the swimming pool; although it’s small, it’s a great bonus. There’s also a sauna. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was alright too.

The AC in my room wasn’t working and the window also had an issue, so the room did get warm. I was offered the option to change rooms, but since I was only staying for one night, I decided not to, as I managed to open the window. The hairdryer is outdated, almost like a first-generation hotel hairdryer, it was giving its last breath.

The location was great as it was close to Old Town and close to the central bus center for taking public transportation out to visit farther places like Devin Castle and Danubiana. I liked that there were outlets on the nightstands, and a mini-fridge. The room was also larger than I expected.

The hotel had low ceilings, long sterile hallways (almost cruise ship vibe) and we booked a Danube View Room, but our room was not on the side that faced the Danube, if you looked way to the right, you could see it though. Overall it fit what we needed, but wish I'd paid a little less for no river view. Having said that, I did not complain to the desk or ask them for a different room, so they may have accommodated it if I'd asked. It was just odd.

The location of the hotel is amazing, in the old town, right in front the river and right next to the castle. If you travel by bus from Vienna, in particular, it is very convenient that the bus stops are literally across the street. Everything is within a few minute distance, in general. The room is very comfortable and clean, the view is also amazing. The design of the facilities is very modern. Fitness & wellness area is as well really nice and well-equipped. Breakfast was ok, some few more options would further enhance the overall experience.

- I got an unexpected upgrade which was a nice surprise as solo travellers often miss out on perks. - The pool had an amazing view of the UFO and the castle. It was a good temperature too. - I forgot my brush so the complimentary comb was handy. - Staff were helpful in getting a taxi for the airport for me. It was €10, whereas when I tried to arrange it myself I was quoted €45!

The modern decor is kinda ugly. I even had to move the brightly coloured chair to try and hide some of the grey! It was nicer in evening light thank god!

The location was great; the room was very convenient; the reservation staff was really supportive, but the receptionist was not as good as them.

Breakfast is not good at all. It doesn't have enough Halal options, and we had to wait for 30 minutes to be able to start our breakfast as the restaurant was full with a waiting list of around 10 people (We decided not to have the breakfast next day and they ensured us a refund for that). Despite that, we paid 32 Euros/night for the parking place, and we had to pay an extra 5 Euros at the end due to late checkout, which wasn't mentioned by the staff when we asked for the late checkout.

We had a great stay location was prefect everything in walking distance. Breakfast was great lots of different foods and drinks. We went to Vienna on Sunday for the day when we came back there was cake and other little treats left for my birthday lovely little touch.😄 Spa and pool was lovely we had the pool and sauna to yourself . Most of the staff was great and friendly. Beds were comfortable and a had lovely view of the Castle very easy to get a taxi booked at reception. was great when we checked out we could leave our bags in Reception area . Over all we very Happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel.

There was only two things that we didn't like The disco on the Friday and Saturday night was very loud . If we had of know we would of got a different room maybe on a higher level . We only had one moment with a member of staff in the bar and coffee area I understand that not everyone speaks much English but my partner was just to explain something to her and she just told us to leave her alone she was too busy . She seemed a bit stressed and I understand people get stressed but the fact that she went over to other staff and started giving out to them about us was not nice and we felt unwelcome so we left the next day we came back we had a quick coffee and she seen us and just passed she definitely didn't want to deal with us so left and didn't go back in there.

Location of room good and I upgraded to the larger room with kitchen facilities - good view of the river Danube and amenities were good. Room - good sized room, quiet, beds were comfy but no maid service throughout three-day stay. Breakfast offered excellent choices and fresh variety of fruit, yoghurts and pastries with attentive staff clearing away. Staff were helpful and friendly. No issues. I booked this hotel to use the swimming pool, ideally pool could be heated as was a little chilly but nice after a day of walking.

Swimming pool - columns in pool look mouldy and dirty, and non-clothing in sauna, steam and solarium was a bit uncomfortable for women (even with sheets as not used by males). Maid service non existent and room not serviced for three days.
