The bathroom it was ok, clean. The mattress was great. The breakfast it was also good, plenty of variety.

Problems with parking! Although they said is been written on booking that it costs around 19€/night, I couldn't find it. Anyway, I did not park there but on the street with was about 1€/hour, and by night nobody is giving fine from 22⁰⁰ until 08⁰⁰. Another big inconvenience for me was the pillow. It was too big and I couldn't rest well until I put it on the chair and slept without.

A 20 minute tram ride across town from the main train station, on a quiet side street. Friendly and helpful front desk. A nice little single room with a large bathroom. A short walk over to the main tourist district with shops, restaurants, and sights.

The room had 2 nice big windows that opened to a central courtyard, unfortunately, there were people sitting out there smoking and talking at all hours. There was some confusion between the front desk and the breakfast attendant as to when to pay which left me walking back and forth to reception multiple times. After all that, the scrambled eggs were terribly undercooked and there was not much else to choose from. I immediately regretted paying €13.00 for the convenience when there were great places to eat right outside the hotel.

Excellent location Right in the heart of the old town in Bratislava. Friendly staff comfortable rooms close to good restaurants and bars and good value for money.

Slightly concerned about the lack of knowledge of the staff in reception. Asked about using local buses to get to Devin Castle and receptionist knew less about the bus service and how to catch it than we did. Later in our stay asked another receptionist if she could arrange a taxi, after spending several minutes she eventually found a flyer for local taxi firm which turned out to be three times the cost of using bolt. Ended up booking our own taxi through Bolt. That said they were friendly and helpful with regard to the hotel itself.

Breakfast was awesome. Nice location. Clean comfy, good choice for business trips.

Rooms are small. But this is perfectly fine if you don't want to do some yoga or whatever weird stuff.

I was only here for one night, but the location was perfect. It's on a small street that's fairly quiet, and it was easy walking distance from just about anything central you could want to see. The room isn't fancy, but it was quite comfortable and I appreciated having a refrigerator to store some snacks in. I would stay here again.

The only thing that could've made it even better would've been a place to store luggage after check out, but I found a separate facility that worked for my needs. I wouldn't let this deter you from staying.

The location is fabulous for the Most SNP bus stop from Vienna. Literally across a street. Everything in town is easily walkable. The room is very clean and with crisp linens. The staff- especially Eva and Susana are the best. They go out of their way to make everything easy. They were so helpful. Fridge and Kettle in the room. My single room was small but had all I needed.

The single room I was given was on the first floor and faced the street. The view out the unbarred window was the tops of cars. Without bars anyone could just get in. I asked for a fan since it didn’t seem safe (or quiet) to have the windows open at night. The staff immediately got me a fan. I think they would have changed the room as well but by the time I noticed the lack of bars and noise potential (after a long trip) I made the choice not to change rooms.

Ideal location for me (very close to bus station, easy walking distance to historic centre and Bratislava Castle). The staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in and check-out. Breakfast was excellent: lots of options, home-made pastries, nicely cooked scrambled eggs, little touches like chives on the eggs, etc. My room was fine, and the shower was excellent (good water pressure, clean).

Honestly, it's difficult to find fault. As so often in hotels, the pillow wasn't comfortable!

Large, clean and comfortable room with good beds and good shower. Very, VERY close to the city centre but nevertheless in a quiet street. It is only a three minutes walk to the MOST bus station, which is very easy (we came from Vienna by bus). Very friendly and helpful staff. One night we had an interruption of the wifi for about an hour, but for the rest of the time, it worked very well. Breakfast buffet was very varied, with diffierent kinds of bread, with a lot of options for both sweet and hearty brealfasts. Good value for money. Highly recommended!

It is only a (very) minor thing, but the shower screen is quite short, so it is difficult to take a shower without half of the bathroom floor getting wet. There is no elevator in the building (which was absolutely no problem for us), so people with reduced mobiliity should notice that it might be difficult to reach the upper floors. It is clearly mentioned in the room description though that the upper floors can only be reached by stairs. But this is also the case for the breakfast room, which is in the basement..

It' perfect location, staff is very kind and helpful. Parking garage is nearby, however you have to book the parking lot in advance, since they have only 4 of them and it's easily already booked. The room and the bathroom are spacious enough and very clean. If we ever come to Bratislava again, we would be back.

The way to get a card for parking garage it's a little bit inconvenient because you have to check-in at the reception first and it's very difficult to find (even only temporarily) parking nearby.

Our room and the toilet were very clean and comfortable. Small soaps and shampoo bottles were provided, which were renewed daily. The room included a lot of furniture where we could place our luggage, clothes, etc. The A/C was OK and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was polite, helpful and spoke English well. The room was extremely central and it was very easy for us to reach the main square (5 min walk) and the other interesting sights. The room is also next to the river (1 min walk). Lots of restaurants are located close to the hotel and the neighborhood seemed safe. The hotel is also located very close to a major bus station (3 min walk), where buses leave for Vienna/Bratislava airport. The hotel also has a small garden, where you can relax.

Although affordable, the room could be cheaper.
