The bathroom it was ok, clean. The mattress was great. The breakfast it was also good, plenty of variety.

Problems with parking! Although they said is been written on booking that it costs around 19€/night, I couldn't find it. Anyway, I did not park there but on the street with was about 1€/hour, and by night nobody is giving fine from 22⁰⁰ until 08⁰⁰. Another big inconvenience for me was the pillow. It was too big and I couldn't rest well until I put it on the chair and slept without.

We had a great stay at Bluebell Hotel. The location was perfect — everything was close by and easy to access, which made our trip very convenient. The hotel was clean and well-kept overall, which we really appreciated. One small issue was that there was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. It seemed like it had run out and we didn't ask for it to be refilled, so that’s partly on us. The breakfast was good, though we noticed they use quite a lot of oil in some dishes. That might just be the local style, though, and the food was still tasty. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

The location is exceptional! Fantastic value!!Walking distance to everything but also quiet. We had a room for 3 of us, 1 double and 1 single. It was spacious and light and the curtains in the evening kept the light and noise out. The air con was greatly appreciated after a very warm day sightseeing. Check in is open till late and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. You can pick up a free paper map which really helped us navigate our way around. Very easy to get an uber to/from

Not a problem for us but there is no lift, but the hotel is only 2 stories high.

A 20 minute tram ride across town from the main train station, on a quiet side street. Friendly and helpful front desk. A nice little single room with a large bathroom. A short walk over to the main tourist district with shops, restaurants, and sights.

The room had 2 nice big windows that opened to a central courtyard, unfortunately, there were people sitting out there smoking and talking at all hours. There was some confusion between the front desk and the breakfast attendant as to when to pay which left me walking back and forth to reception multiple times. After all that, the scrambled eggs were terribly undercooked and there was not much else to choose from. I immediately regretted paying €13.00 for the convenience when there were great places to eat right outside the hotel.

Excellent location Right in the heart of the old town in Bratislava. Friendly staff comfortable rooms close to good restaurants and bars and good value for money.

Slightly concerned about the lack of knowledge of the staff in reception. Asked about using local buses to get to Devin Castle and receptionist knew less about the bus service and how to catch it than we did. Later in our stay asked another receptionist if she could arrange a taxi, after spending several minutes she eventually found a flyer for local taxi firm which turned out to be three times the cost of using bolt. Ended up booking our own taxi through Bolt. That said they were friendly and helpful with regard to the hotel itself.

I was only here for one night, but the location was perfect. It's on a small street that's fairly quiet, and it was easy walking distance from just about anything central you could want to see. The room isn't fancy, but it was quite comfortable and I appreciated having a refrigerator to store some snacks in. I would stay here again.

The only thing that could've made it even better would've been a place to store luggage after check out, but I found a separate facility that worked for my needs. I wouldn't let this deter you from staying.

Breakfast was awesome. Nice location. Clean comfy, good choice for business trips.

Rooms are small. But this is perfectly fine if you don't want to do some yoga or whatever weird stuff.

Ideal location for me (very close to bus station, easy walking distance to historic centre and Bratislava Castle). The staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in and check-out. Breakfast was excellent: lots of options, home-made pastries, nicely cooked scrambled eggs, little touches like chives on the eggs, etc. My room was fine, and the shower was excellent (good water pressure, clean).

Honestly, it's difficult to find fault. As so often in hotels, the pillow wasn't comfortable!

The location is fabulous for the Most SNP bus stop from Vienna. Literally across a street. Everything in town is easily walkable. The room is very clean and with crisp linens. The staff- especially Eva and Susana are the best. They go out of their way to make everything easy. They were so helpful. Fridge and Kettle in the room. My single room was small but had all I needed.

The single room I was given was on the first floor and faced the street. The view out the unbarred window was the tops of cars. Without bars anyone could just get in. I asked for a fan since it didn’t seem safe (or quiet) to have the windows open at night. The staff immediately got me a fan. I think they would have changed the room as well but by the time I noticed the lack of bars and noise potential (after a long trip) I made the choice not to change rooms.

It' perfect location, staff is very kind and helpful. Parking garage is nearby, however you have to book the parking lot in advance, since they have only 4 of them and it's easily already booked. The room and the bathroom are spacious enough and very clean. If we ever come to Bratislava again, we would be back.

The way to get a card for parking garage it's a little bit inconvenient because you have to check-in at the reception first and it's very difficult to find (even only temporarily) parking nearby.
