Absolutely perfect! Location couldn’t have been any more central to the Old Town, with everything we needed and more available within the apartment. The apartments are located directly at one of the most photographed areas, Michael’s Gate, which is amazing, as a step out of the door leads you straight to the main eating out/ dining area of town. Despite this, the location is really quiet at all times, with no unwanted noise. Great air conditioning, fresh towels/linen/serviced apartment. Shower and bathroom exceptional, and having a washing machine was a fantastic bonus. Whole apartment block was super clean, with a lift also. Cable TV was a welcome addition to the room. Reception staff were all amazing, friendly and professional - they couldn’t have been any more helpful.

I loved the central location, right in the Old Town near St. Michael's Gate and the cleanliness of the apartment. It was spotless! The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The lift was a bonus and the bed was amazing! The bathroom was a bit snug, but the shower was great......spacious enough and with great water pressure. Although we were in the centre of the old town, we couldn't hear anything. We couldn't find the kitchenette, anywhere, which was funny, and when I asked the receptionist, she told me it was behind the glass doors near the bathroom! It was so easy to miss......I actually even looked in the wardrobe! :) It was an excellent weekend, I would highly recommend these apartments for couples.

The bathroom was a little snug. The whole place wasn't big, but it was new and spotless. Only suitable for a couple, not a family, unless they have larger apartments.

We loved Miro and the reception team. He was so helpful as were all his colleagues. His advice on which train station to go to for our day trip to Vienna was really appreciated. The location at St Michael's Gate was perfect to walk out into the Old Town area and was also only 15 minutes walk away from the Castle. It was a 10 minute walk down to the River Danube and riverside walk. The apartments were very clean and functional. Would definitely stay there again for the next trip to Bratislava.

The breakfast at the restaurant was average and we found better places to eat out in the Old Town. To be fair the partnership with the restaurant next door was a new venture so I guess it is a work in progress.

Best Location within Old Town for short stay! VIP apartment is located at Michael’s Gate. For transport to the apartment by UBER or BOLT it is important to state the address as “Hurbanovo namestie 6” which is the nearest drop off point to the apartment. Look for Regina Supermarket & walk 80m towards Michael’s Gate & you will reach VIP apartment! The walk is downhill & very easy will roller luggages. The apartment 35 we booked was very spacious & clean with cutlery, microwave, hot plate cooking facilities & washer (no dryer). Walk to Old Town Hall or St Martin cathedral is very easy downhill stroll. We walked to Eurovea shopping area. There is quite a climb to Bratislava Castle which is located at a higher elevation & we recommend to take a UBER up & to walk down & back to apartment. We will not hesitate to recommend the apartment for a short stay at Bratislava!

The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities, including a well-fitted kitchen and a washing machine. The soundproof windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep, despite the bustling surroundings. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Their recommendations for attractions enriched our stay even further. In summary, VIP Apartments offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Bratislava and look forward to returning on our next trip!

This is a great apartment. The location is so convenient to Old Town. The room was large and had plenty of space, also a small kitchenette area so you can cook. The bed was comfortable and bathroom had a great shower. The breakfast was a little limited in offering but the staff were so nice and friendly that it didn’t matter. The only slight negative is that the door for the bathroom is a sliding frosted glass with a hole for handle. So if you are not super comfortable with who you are traveling with then they’re going to be listening to each time you use the toilet. But this is not that big. The place is great and I would stay here again.

Excellent location. Super friendly staff. It's quiet inside, has an elevator, and the room had everything you need for a few days' stay, including a small stove, microwave, some plates and utensils and even a laundry machine. Decent cable TV, heating and an inbuilt hairdryer. The rooms are all well kept, no visible wear and tear, looks like the whole interior was refreshed no more than 5 years ago.

Well, the rooms are on the small side,with the exception of the largest suites of course. The floors are ice cold but I suppose that's normal without floor heating. No included breakfast, but they don't have the facility for that anyway.

We were welcomed with a lovely chat by Boris (i think i have that right) who kindly had our room ready early, nothing was too much trouble, checking throughout our stay that we were comfortable and offering recommendations on where good food and beer. Room had everything for a perfect stay right in the heart of the old town area near Michael's gate: we cooked, groceries close by, we went to breakfast downstairs and explored some beautiful little alleyways and the castle. All easily access walk away.

I travel a lot, but this accommodation was above my expectation. At the reception desk I was greeted by the friendly host and given the key with clear explanation how to find my room in the old building, superbly renovated to a very high standard. Cleanliness in the cosy apartment was such, I never experienced before. Very comfortable and in the quiet location, right next to the landmark of the historical Michaels gate , right in the heart of the Old Town. Highly recommended , definitely will go back in the future ,when in Bratislava .

I can't fault anything about the stay in this property .
