Personally, I think it’s a really cozy place. Below, I’ll list all the advantages and disadvantages — just my personal opinion. 1. Unbeatable central location - right in the city center. You won’t find anything better. 2. The room was extremely clean, I’ve never seen such a spotless hotel room. 3. The shower was perfect, great water pressure, no leaks anywhere. Overall, all the appliances in the room worked perfectly. 4. Breakfast was okay, it’s possible to find something to eat, but I wouldn’t call it exceptional. The coffee, however, was terrible.

But I can note some disadvantages (just for me, maybe not a problem for others): 1. We got two single beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed. They kept sliding apart, which was quite uncomfortable. I have no idea if they even have real double beds. 2. Strange check-out time - 10 a.m. Unfortunately, I only found this out after booking. Otherwise, I probably wouldn’t have chosen this hotel. 3. Our stay was partly spoiled by the heating and air conditioning system. It didn’t work properly, and I couldn’t sleep at all on the warmest night.

1. Excellent location, conveniently situated for easy access to old town in Bratislava. 2. Friendly and helpful staff – they kindly arranged a desk in my room upon request. 3. Good breakfast with a reasonable selection. 4. Pleasant garden area, a nice place to relax.

Major issues: 1. I stayed for 7 nights, and the Wi-Fi speed was extremely slow throughout the stay, averaging only 1–3 Mbps based on network speed tests. 2. A wedding party was held in the garden over the weekend, with loud music playing until 22:00. Additionally, some guests continued to talk and make noise well past 22:00.
 Minor issues: 1. There were no easily accessible electrical sockets in the room. Most sockets were either behind the TV or located near the bedside lamp. 2. Housekeeping service was often late in the day and not very thorough in cleaning.

The location was perfect for our stay last week, with the city at your doorstep to explore on foot. The receptionist was so kind and friendly, she even recommended quality places to eat to try real Slovak cuisine for a reasonable price such as Flagship, Divný Janko and U Taliana. Unfortunately, I did not get her name and she was not there on our last day, but we tried all of her recommendations and they were all outstanding! Thank you so much to the kind lady at reception with the long dark hair and glasses :) My parents' superior room even had views of the castle, which is beautiful to look at day and night.

Honestly there isn't anything to dislike. Our TV in the room said "scrambling" and the channels did not work, but we weren't there to watch TV :)

This was a very pleasant stay. The main thing that stood out was the very generous hospitality of the staff -- particularly the front desk staff who went our of their way to make sure we got into the hotel without delay even though we arrived after front desk closing hours and then were nice enough to accommodate a last minute request regarding breakfast -- thanks very much also to the kitchen staff. Overall, a model for how to treat guests and how even small niceties can really improve the overall guest experience. Location and room were also great but the hotel staff was especially superior.

Very nice hotel, with a small garden where you can have breakfast or a drink. Very clean whit a good sent everiwehre. Spacious, comfortable and fresh room, very comfortable bed. We found a jug of fresh water upon arrival. The man at the reception was very kind and friendly and made us put our bikes safely inside the garden. Very friendly staff who immediately made us feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and the quality of the furnishings was nice. Breakfast was a simple buffet, nothing special but with a lovely space to enjoy it in. Location is also perfect for getting around Bratislava.

The soaps in the rooms reminded me of cheap hotels, it would have been a lot nicer to have a freestanding soap as opposed to a generic hand/body soap. The breakfast package for our early departure was a nice touch, but the communication on when to receive it (and if we could choose what went in) could have been better. But these were only minor details!

Really great location (in the heart of the old town but on a quiet street), nice dark room. Excellent breakfast, including vegan and gluten free options. We were able to check out a little later, which was very helpful so that we can head directly to the train from the room, especially traveling with a dog. Nice garden, although as it was raining and wet much of our stay, we weren't able to use it.

We had a third-floor attic room, which was still a bit hot even with the AC and supplemental fan turned on. Additionally, the shower head was not ideal-it wasn't fixed in the wall so kept moving during the shower. It is also worth noting that you still have to walk a few minutes after you are dropped off by a Bolt or cab, since you are in the old town in a pedestrian center. So if the weather is bad or you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage, this could be a problem.

Convenient and quiet location and easy walk to the attractions and reataurants. Must note that this is located in a very narrow street accessable by foot only. There is a classy underground Speakeasy Cocktail Bar located across the lane way, where we had a drink after dinner. Hotel staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. I found the bed very comfortable and the ensuite bathroom spacious. The room and rest of the hotel was neat and clean. Buffet breakfast was included in our room rate and consisted of eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, cold meats, cheeses, yogurt and pastries.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Room - When we arrived we were given a smaller room than expected, as it was different to the photo when booked. On asking on reception our room was changed without any problems which we really appreciated. The room was very clean, comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Unfortunately, there were no accommodations made for individuals with food allergies at breakfast. As someone with a severe dairy allergy, it was quite challenging. The serving tongs and spoons for the cheese and meats were placed on the same plate and used interchangeably, leading to potential cross-contamination."

Every thing was super convenient, breakfast was delicious, a perfect time to sit & relax & enjoy all this beautiful hotel had to offer, fresh produce every morning, highly recommend for a 2 day short stay, Bratislava was everything and more, a must try “the half blind pig quirky little (cocktail bar)right across from this hotel main door, be prepared for a twist, lots of nice buildings, statues & a visit to the castle a must, some really nice restaurants , we visited during late Dec 24, markets were in full swing, we felt brought this little gem of a spot to life

The only down side of the experience was our taxi from the airport which is only 15 mins way, we were charged €41, the hotel staff member advised this taxi should cost around €7 so be careful to use taxi app as you get the price & plate number
