This is one of the best accommodations we have been in a while. First of all, the location is the best possible in Bratislava, it is in walking distance from main tourist attractions, restaurants, pubs, clubs, markets and souvenir shops. The staff is very friendly, english speaking, they gave us answers to everything we asked for. The apartments and the building itself are in perfect condition, comfort, freshly renovated, bath, bed, AC, windows, everything in great shape. I saw few comment about the towels size, because of that we took our own towels but it was waste of space in our bags because the towels are with perfect dimensions for all of your needs. It is definitely worth for the money, I highly recommend !

The location of the venue is right in the middle of Bratislava Old Town. It was really clean in the room and everything is still very new.

The check-in and check-out hours are ridicilous. Waking up to leave the room before 10 am is just not alright. The inside yeard is tiny and surrounded by buildings. Every noise is loud and at 8 am people were talking loud and almost shouting. Ask and warn people at check-in or put some signs around to keep quiet when late or early morning. Not even a small bottle of water in the room.... You come probably tired with your suitcases and next thing you know is that you need to go out to buy water.

Spacious Very Clean Modern Design Location Full kitchen set up was provided (Cutlery, cups, mugs, plates, sponge, microwave,etc…)

*Not all rooms are like the pictures (our room was a basic with a carpet floor) *We booked for an apartment with a city view or inner courtyard view. We got none. Our apartment was on the roof with two windows facing the upwards looking at the sky. *Due to our room being on the roof. The elevator can only reach the floor below it. So you have to carry your bags up/down the stairs which is a hassle. *House keeping is available for a fee. Not sure if the toilet paper is free because we bought our own just in case.

Beautiful very spacious apt, the bathroom was as big as some hotel rooms. This is a georgous apartment in one of the best locations in the city. Just step outsude and you are in the middke of the old town. Despite that its extremely quiet . A really nice apartment.

We asked the very friendly guybwhen checking in could we book a taxi and he said yes. When leaving it was a different very unfriendly guy who didnt offer any help and said we could not. Indeed when we came to check out and approached reception he asked " what do you want". This was such a georgous apartment and one of the best located I have ever stsyed in it was a bit disapointint to meet someone who was so unhelpful..

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and huge! Easy check in - friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds and very clean. Situated in the heart of Bratislava - you can't get more central. Easy access to all the main sites and loads of bars and restaurants. We would happily stay here again.

Although there is a small kitchen it wasn't very well equipped, but it was fine for only a few nights. It would have been good to have a tea towel for drying things or some dishwasher tablets as there was a dishwasher but we couldn't use it. Some alternative lighting options in the main room would have been good as we didn't want the main overhead lights on in the evening. Better signage as we struggled to find our room on arrival!

There is nothing not to like! I would not stay anywhere else.! I have already stayed there twice. It is great location of course if you can walk as it is in pedestrian zone .Many cafes and restaurants. Do not forget to visit Honey shop it is my favourite shop for buying presents ,of course Starbooks is very near for people like me used to Starbooks coffee.

1/Checking out at 10 am! I travelled the world and Slovakia is probably only one country where u have to check out so early but they still do not give you apartment earlier when you arrive. 2/Smoking on the balconies it is quite annoying for non smokers and specially if someone smokes

Lovely apartment, spacious and well designed. Even though you are in a courtyard of other apartments it didn't feel noisy at all. Also fab aircon!

The apartment markets itself as having a kitchen - which it does. But we only had a tiny frying pan to use on the hob. We went down to the reception to ask for a saucepan (anything to cook some pasta in!) and they just said no... so we ended up searching Bratislava for and spending money on a saucepan. Not sure what the point is having cooking facilities if they don't provide the kitchenware to use it. Of course, maybe the previous guests took the saucepan that was meant to be there, but the receptionist's response was very unhelpful & disappointing.

The departments are new and comfortable with an excellent location. It is very good value for money and we will be back! Basically we were all very satisfied. We already knew that parking was an issue, but good parking house is available at €30/day nearby. Needs to be considered when arriving by car.

Things were missing from previous guests. 2 Wine Glasses, one knife and the soap dispenser in the shower were gone. In addition we were only given two sets of towels even though we were more guests. The cleaning outside our windows started at 07:30. Anyway these are only small things to improve.

I was on the top floor and even though it’s right in the middle of old town, it was so quiet! Vey clean, minus one stain on the carpet from a previous guest, but it didn’t bother me. very central location, I was able to walk to all the main sites (ufo tower, castle, main squares, top restaurants). It was easy to catch trams with stations within 5 mins walking distance from hotel. the kitchenette was perfect for what I needed and the apartment had so much space! the couch was super comfy as well. staff was super friendly and held my baggage for me after checkout.

The only pillow I was given was super flat, but it was big enough to fold in half. I also didn’t ask for another, but I’m sure I could’ve, the staff was great! This part didn’t bother me at all, but something to keep in mind if you have luggage, is the rooms on the top floor do have stairs. The elevator takes you most of the way up and then there’s one staircase to the upper rooms. I had a suitcase but didn’t have issues.

The location is amazing; right in the heart of the old town. The apartments are very modern, clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The man who did our check-in was very abrupt and cold - it made for an awkward start of our stay. The stairs inside the apartment that lead to the 2nd bed are not ideal for small children - they can fall off/through them very easily - we found it easier to just block them off with furniture. The addition of a microwave and coffee machine, would be useful in the kitchen. The nearest parking we could find was around 10 minutes' walk away - that's to be expected when staying in an old town though.
