This room has everything going for it. Spacious. Clean. Comfortable. Perfect location. Everything. Wow! We also appreciate there being a real reception with a real person we could speak to (unlike most apartments on this booking website). Be sure to try Soup Culture just to the left side if you are leaving the gate of the apartment.

Two critiques: (1) the room could really use a toaster, and (2) the woman working in the reception (on the morning of 22 May) should not give travel advice if she doesn't know the correct answers. She sent us to the wrong train station (we were traveling to Wien), which caused us to miss our train and thus caused a big delay and interruption in our plans for that day. Note that the train to Wien leaves from Bratislava-Petrzalka (NOT the main station).

The 1 bed apartment was very comfortable and location was great, within walking distance to everything in old town including restaurants.

The living room floor was sticky and not properly cleaned. Blond girl at reception lacks customer service ( I would rate her 0 on customer service skills), we reached at 2.15pm for a 3 pm check-in and inspite of getting a message that ‘ we are looking forward to see you’ were told right on our face that we can only check in at 3pm. When we asked if we can leave our luggage she pointed to the back saying we can keep our luggage in the store room without getting up from her chair.

It’s a beautiful property. Right in the center of Old town. Huge space. Has an elevator and a reception on site. Allowed us early check in (for extra) which was a boon. Lots to do.

Not really a con but the it’s on a pedestrian street and you need to walk about 5-7 min on cobbles roads to reach it. With heavy luggage, that can be a problem for some.

The apartments are situated right in the heart of the old town, within walking distance to everything. They are modern, comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was great and very quiet and having streaming services on the tv is amazing. Great shower with two heads.

We had a great stay just a few minor changes to make it a 10/10: - One of our towels was falling to bits lots of loose threads and the ends thinning away, definitely needs the bin. -The shower door couldn’t fully close so quite a lot of water would get on the floor which was a bit annoying. -Adding an induction hob would be amazing in the kitchen area so you could cook.

Very clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. For how close it is to bars and attractions can barely hear a noise unless the window is open, but even then the courtyard is private so it's only other guests coming and going. The WiFi is excellent too which is a great bonus! The location is perfect, 10 minutes walk max to all of old town. You need a key fob for the courtyard after hours and the lift/ staircase access is also fob operated meaning it feels very secure! would be a good choice for nervous or solo travelers who want peace of mind.

A/C didn't work but not a major inconvenience.

The location was excellent and it was very clean.

To climb up to the third floor with bags was difficult. Since it is in the center of town, it was very noisy at night. We could hear all the drunk people shouting on that street as if they are in our apartment. The stairs to go up to the attic bedroom was cute but narrow and scary and was not easy to go up and down that little stairs. There was no coffe or coffee machine in the room. There was a full functioning kitchen with even tea kettle but no coffee machine. I could have bought coffee pods if I had one. The coffee around the hotel were very expensive and I need a few of them in the morning so It was quite inconvenient.

The location of this property in the heart of the city is a fantastic plus, and having stayed here before, I didn't hesitate to book again. The check-in process was very quick since our information was already on file. We were also able to check in early at 12 PM upon arrival, instead of the scheduled 3 PM, as the room was available. Overall, the rooms are very clean and sufficiently spacious. If I travel to Bratislava again, I would definitely choose this property.

However, they do not automatically provide services such as replenishing toilet paper, emptying full bins, or changing dirty towels without a prior request. These need to be requested one day in advance. When we requested more liquid soap as ours had run out, we were told they didn't have any and that we needed to manage on our own. Additionally, our request for room cleaning was also not accommodated (apparently, a minimum 5-night stay is required for this). If these aspects are improved, this could be a truly excellent property.

The apartment complex is right on the main pedestrianised road in the centre of the old town, so the location could not have been any more perfect. The apartment was perfect, great kitchen, bedroom, it was immaculately clean It is decorated in a beautifully simple design, you feel relaxed and comfortable, we would definitely stay there again when going back to Bratislava

Only 2 small things, as the kids were sleeping in the main room, the curtains didn't quite reach fully, so let light in in the morning, The other thing was that check in was at 3pm, which is fine of course, and sometimes the rooms are ready early, we'd left our luggage at the front desk, so we said we'd come back about 2.45, we asked about our room, she said no it's not ready until 3pm. She didn't check with anyone to see if it was ready or not, was just adamant that we would definitely be allowed in that room until the clock struck 3. It seemed a bit petty, but that was fine, we were just taken a back a bit. We didn't see that member of staff again, so all good.

The location is perfect, you cannot get a better one in Bratislava. The apartments are located in the pedestrian street close to main attractions and numerous small shops. It is about 5 minutes on foot from Most bus station and some 15 away from the hill top of Bratislava castle. The apartment was quite cozy and clean. Overall, I would choose it again for my stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had a long wait before my bus to Vienna airport and it was raining, so they let me sit in the lobby and let me borrow their umbrella. :)

The carpet in the apartment is dated and a new one would definitely liven up the space.

I had a fantastic stay at this Palace Studio in Bratislava! The space was bigger than expected, lots of room, very comfortable, and the bed was absolutely spectacular. Honestly, I lost track of time just relaxing there! The location couldn’t be better, it’s right in the heart of the Old Town, just steps away from St. Michael’s Gate. You can walk to everything: restaurants, shops, cafes, and all the beautiful historic spots. Everything was perfect during my stay, and I especially appreciated the convenient bag storage, such a thoughtful detail that made my travel day so much easier. Highly recommended, I’d definitely stay here again!
