Comfy bed, AC, comfy sofa, apartment has everything needed for even a longer stay, bonus points for the dishwasher, nice interior and good AC. Bathroom is beautiful with a big showerhead and cabin. Very nice and I would definitely stay here again. Finding is easy by following the instructions you get in the mail, but maybe not so obvious because there isn’t a clear sign on the entrance door, but if you go into the passage where the dance club is you will find the keyboxes. Lovely place with a balcony. Location is also great and everything is reachable by foot! Great communication with the agents as well, super kind, professional and reliable. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Maybe a little shade with a big umbrella on the balcony in summer would be nice :)

Vary spacious and in a very convenient location ,close to the old city!

The amenities at the bathroom were not sufficient for two people. And even though the apartment was ready earlier than 15.00,they’ve asked us for an extra charge of 35€ to have it!

The check-in and check-out experience was easy and very detailed, no surprises or issues, and the host was always quick to respond. Comfortable furnishings and spacious bathroom. The coffee provided was a nice touch. Perfectly situated just outside the Old Town gate within view of the Presidential Palace - it was easy to get anywhere from here.

There was a fair bit of noise from the street below, but it was a Friday night so it is understandable. Running the aircon helped to drown out the noise.

Very close and easy to walk to the city centre. Clean bright modern 1-bedroom apt with 2 big closets, a lot of shelves, 2 big whole-body mirrors, all amenities, a coffee machine. 2 door-windows to the street. A portable AC for warm weathers. Nice big sofa and big TV connected to YouTube/Netflix. They give tea bags, coffee capsules, and even laundry powder.

Not easy to get to the apt if one did not pay attention to the instructions. The street can be a bit noisy at night. They kept 100€ deposite.

Location was just outside the old town, so easy access to public transport but a quick walk to tourist district. Washing machine and clothes rack were well used. Thai massage next door was outstanding.

We initially had issues with the air conditioning and fridge. We messaged the staff but got no response. It was very hot so we had to sleep with the window open which let in the noise from the dance club next door. The air conditioning came good so it was ok for the next two nights.

Great location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was also nice to have the ability to do laundry on our trip.

I never received the check-in instructions via email. Regardless, Vedran was incredibly helpful and was always available. I called and he was able to walk me through check in over the phone and was very apologetic that I didn’t receive the email. He handled a minor inconvenience with professionalism.

Ambiente Apartments are located in the city center of Bratislava just across the Presidential Palace and with a great connection to major public transport. The check-in is smooth as the staff provide instructions ahead of the stay. The apartments are compact and cozy and meet the requirements of a short stay for a couple. The apartment has a coffee machine and washing machine which are an added bonus to the facilities.

Excellent location, tonnes of storage, air con great, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, very decent size, felt safe and secure, in a quiet hallway, and appreciated them letting us use their office to store our bags when we arrived, ease of key pickup and return

Mostly everything was fine, the apartment was well equipped with Ikea style furniture with ample space for storage in large cpuboars.. The kitchen had all the basic utensils and oven, stove, fridge. The bathroom was also fine with hairdryer and washing machine. The location is very good, two blocks from the old town. Although the windows face a really busy street, the noise isolation is adequate, the noise was not disturbing at all.

Instead of the huge (much too big for the small living room) TV set, a microwave could be more useful. There was one thing I really did not like, that even though the accommodation was paid ahead, on the morning an additional 100 Euros were charged on my card without any warning and without my consent. True, when they charged, I got an email saying that it was only a holding, not a charge. But I feel that without my consent, this is absolutely unacceptable, as the funds might not have been available, or might have been needed to pay for other expenses during the trip, and this holding could have caused an inconvenience.

Beautiful little apartment close to the castle and the Old Town. Easy to access with clear instructions provided by the Ambiente Apartments team, who even checked in via WhatsApp to make sure everything was good. Nearby supermarket and takeaways too, and around a 20 minute stroll up to the castle for great views over the city and the Danube.

Nothing not to like!
