The hotel is at 5 minutes walk to the old city center. It has a small elevator. We checked in at the 5th floor and our friends at the 4th. The room is pretty big and it was warm. The cleaning staff cleaned the room daily. Also you can serve breakfast if you want. We were very pleased.

The reception staff didn't have people skills or customer care! Although we paid the full price of the rooms, they didn't allow us to get checked in before the parking and city tax was payed. Also they were a little passive-agressive.

The breakfast selection was excellent considering the hotel is small. The reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast staff were smily. The room was a decent size for one person. It is really close to the Old Town and a 10 minute bus ride to the main bus station and a 15 minute walk to the most SNP bus station. The bar next door was handy for a quick drink before bed.

The room was very hot. The fan was helpful but not enough. I opened the balcony doors to have more air to circulate but then the bugs come in as they are attracted to the light in the evening. If you cannot sleep with a hot room then this is not the place for you. The lack of AC is not uncommon in parts of Europe.

Very nice place to stay to visit Bratislava,very close to the centre and easy to walk from to see the city.Room was very spacious,we stayed with 2children( age 8and 12) Our room had a little kitchenette which we didnt get to use ,only made some coffe but if you were staying for longer it is a nice option to have a fridge and a little place to cook something.Breakfast was very nice too.Lovely ,friendly and helpful staff at the reception.We chose to book a parking space for the car with them and it was a good idea as it is really close to the main atractions and trying to find a street parking could have been a problem.

Very easy to find and close to the Old Town. The room was a good size, enough storage, good lighting and lots of power sockets. The bed was comfortable, the suitability of the pillows would depend on your preference. The bathroom was fine, the towel radiator a bonus anf the complimentary toiletries a nice touch. The hairdryer & kettle were handy. Everything in good decorative order. We opted for breakfast which is served in the attached Petit Cafe. There was a fair choice on offer with little variations each day. Good value. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We’d booked a standard double but were given a triple, an upgrade I suppose but we didn’t need the extra bed. The shower style shown in the photos of the room we booked would have been our preference. The room was very hot (centrally controlled) - thankfully the windows could be opened. No cleaning until after 3 nights and then by request. Hadn’t seen this mentioned on Booking. Someone did empty the trash after the 2nd night.

1. Location: walking distance to the Old Town & Main Train/bus station, grocery store, and nice resto called Štefánka & boulangerie called Subo. Trams & buses few meters away from the hotel. The Presidential Palace is also near & actually got to witness an event where diplomats were fetched by cars & security personnel. 2. Staff: nice, kind & responsive. I have never met a hotel staff who gave me VERY DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS on how to reach the hotel: tram to take, landmarks such as restos, distance, etc. The first time I didn't use my google map & transport app to search for my hotel. Kudos to Madame Olga 🙌🫶🤗 and also to the other staff including the cleaning lady. 3. Room: clean & bright albeit small since it's only for one person.

1. Electric socket/plug in the room: very limited & it's far from the bed's headboard. I also need to unplug the lamp to use the socket for my other gadgets. 2. Elevator: old style & can only fit one person carrying a luggage.

An excellent property (definitely exceeded my expectations) located in a nice, historical neighborhood (lovely for walking and exploring) and very close to the center. My room was clean, very comfortable, and quiet and came with all the usual amenities. The breakfast was very nice, with many choices, and the little on-site restaurant was clean and comfortable. A special mention to all the front-desk staff there—they were all professional, friendly, and very welcoming. Two staff members (I didn't get their names) really stood out: one who seemed to never go home and another from Kazakhstan. Both are GREAT additions to the staff. The cleaning people were also friendly and welcoming, as were the behind-the-scenes staff I met on the terrace. Props to the accommodation for employing all these great people. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend staying here! I would most definitely stay here again.

Everything exceeded my expecations!

The location is great. I often stay here when I travel to Bratislava as it is really a walking distance from the centre of the town. The room I got this time was great - with a large and spacious balcony and the 270-degree view of Bratislava. The weather was really nice so I found myself sitting on the balcony even late at night and enjoying the view of many tourist attractions (castle, UFO, Apolo bridge, TV tower etc.) at night. Breakfast are very nice and tasty I believe everyone finds something to their liking at the buffet-style tables.

The lift. It is a bit narrow to my liking but nothing too serious.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pension Petit in Bratislava! The room was cozy, clean, and perfectly suited for a relaxing visit. The highlight was definitely the balcony – the view was stunning, offering a beautiful perspective of the city that made each morning a delight. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help, making my experience even better. The central location was a bonus, allowing me to explore Bratislava with ease. I highly recommend Pension Petit for anyone looking to experience this lovely city with comfort and charm!

Everything was great!

Great location in a sense it’s in the centre of the town and very near the Presidential palace.

The property right next to the hotel is under major construction meaning there was constant noise from all the machinery (drills and hammers etc.) plus lots of dust. I was not notify or warned about any of it when booking. Luckily the hotel has few rooms in another building round the corner so we managed to be moved there. The breakfast was chaotic. There was not enough clean dishes for all the guests, and long wait for the food to be refilled once it run out. The hotel doesn’t have an air con which states on their web site but the fan provided was not sufficient enough considering the size of the room.

The location is really good, close to the historical center, bratislava castle and shops. The personnel was helpful and friendly. After the check-out, we could leave our luggage until late and explore the city without any problem. Perhaps they would accept to let them as well before check-in, but it wasn't the case for us. The room was clean, and we had coffee We didn't have breakfast. Therefore, I can not say anything about it. I truly recommend this pension for your next stay if you choose to visit Bratislava.
