Modern and clean building and room, with the parking garage in the same building . Walking distance to Historical downtown and the supermarket in front.

Bed as itself could be more comfortable or massive, just as the rest of the equipment in the apartment. Is not bad at all, only as improvment on the higher level.Also shower set could be with fixed sliding bar as used in Hotels this level.

Very well equipped apartment with everything you could need. Secure parking and good breakfast. Very well thought out design. Large and deep bathtub

The only thing that bothered me is that there was no way to take a shower in the bathtub without having to hold the shower head with one hand. No hook on the wall. Also they put the glass protector on the opposite side of the faucet which means you have to shower with no curtain or glass protector next to you so the water goes everywhere. Add to that the poor water pressure, it is impossible for a person with long or thick hair to actually wash their hair, especially when you have to hold the shower head with one hand and try to wash your hair with the other.

Don't be put off by the impersonal reception area; everything else is perfect. We had a large apartment, equipped with everything you could need (we just missed an iron, or couldn't find it). It was very clean everywhere. The breakfast truly impressed us! They offered quality products, a well-thought-out selection, excellent pastries, and great coffee. The variety isn't overwhelming, but it had everything we needed for breakfast. The staff at both the reception and breakfast were very helpful.

Actually, one thing isn't quite ideal. In the two-bedroom apartment, one bedroom is very small, single, and has no window, only an overhead opening to the adjacent larger bedroom. It's not suitable for long-term sleeping. Ultimately, one of us slept on the pull-out sofa in the living area to be able to sleep with an open window.

Perfect location to explore the city. Bratislava is not a huge city anyhow, but this hotel is right next to the presidential residence, and a mere 10-min walk from the Old City and maybe 20 min from the Castle. It is an apartment hotel, so you have a full kitchen, and there is a small shop just 30 meters down the road that is open with basic stuff till 23:00 and also a Billa with everything you might need. The apartment was clean, had an AC bed already set up, huge cabinets for storing clothes or whatever you need. We just stayed one night, so we never would have any issue, but would we have arrived with four huge full suitcases, those cabinets would have swallowed everything easily. I like the modern style of the building and the parking was easy with the pre-booking of the spot. Detailed instructions arrived via email on what to do and there was absolutely no problem. Breakfast was plentiful and great selection. There are numerous places close by with a variety of dining options but of course the Old Town of the city offers a near-endless selection. Should I ever visit Bratislava in the future, this would be the place I would book.

There was only one item missing for perfection: an insect net on the windows... Or at least one window per room.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect—very close to the old town and lovely restaurants. The receptionist was very friendly, polite, and helpful with our parking queries. The apartment was modern, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices, which my children loved.

I forgot to inform them that I needed a parking space, so I initially parked in the wrong location and had to move the car. Their parking area was a little difficult to find, but the oversight was mine, and the receptionist was extremely helpful.

Everything was vrey clean. Staff was friendly and the room was confortable. The room we had would be excellent for longer stays as it had evreything - starting with a fully equiped kitchen and ending with having a washmachine in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok.

There was very low water pressure in the bathroom making showering a less pleasant experience. The only way to shower was holding the shower head in one hand and washing yourself with the other hand. The fact that the protection glass on the bathtub was on the other side of the faucet made showering even harder.

Comfortable room, spotlessly clean, and excellent service. Centrally located you can walk all around Bratislava. It's also very easy to reach the hotel from the train stations, and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel. They even prepared breakfast for us when we had to leave very early for the airport since we had requested it, of course. The breakfast was quite good.

They don't clean the room daily, but they change the towels every day.

Great location. Very large spacious rooms with so much storage. Comfortable beds and sofa. Great cooking facilities. Only a short walk to all the main attractions. Very helpful staff. Felt very safe and secure. Overall we had a great stay.

We started with two rolls of toilet paper but every morning the cleaner would take one roll. So every morning we'd have to ask for more which is annoying. A brush in the room would've been helpful to clean up. Also there was a window between the two bedrooms, you couldn't see through them but you could see the light which was annoying because one person couldn't keep their light on without disturbing the others.

This was a great price and location with lovely facilities. The best part was the staff! They were so so helpful and spent the time to help us figure out a plan (most things were closed on Christmas eve) and tried their hardest to help us track down a cell phone that was left on the bus! What a wonderful staff! Thank you!!

Nothing- it was a lovely experience. The apartment hotel had everything that we needed and was a short walk to the center of town. We were worried that everything would be closed for Christmas eve, but we were able to find at least restaurants and souvenir shops open in the city center.
