I liked that everything I needed was there. Free laundry was a big plus. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was very kind. There’s a small courtyard where you can relax or have a snack. There’s also a bar. The hotel itself is in a great location, everything is nearby. The rooms are also quite nice. You can also make new acquaintances there; you’ll meet many open and interesting people.

What I didn’t particularly like was the internet quality on the top floor. It would also be nice to have some shelves near the beds in those rooms, like in some of the others. And the overall impression is slightly spoiled by some of the guests — people take utensils from the kitchen, so others end up without them. Someone might take your food. They don’t clean up after themselves. Also, it would be great if the knives were sharpened.

It's a really cool hostel. Room is clean enough, and (the most important thing for me) toilets and showers are clean too. And they are separated, so you won't find any queue. The best part of the hostel are the common areas. It has a big and beautiful garden, you can grab a beer and have it there, it's usually full of ppl chilling like you. Or maybe you can eat there, it's warm and good. The place has a bar, a really cool zone for smokers in the inside, big kitchen, etc. It's close from city centre It has a really good price. Maybe not that good cause almost 1/3 of price goes to touristic tax, but the hostel charge is not big, it's just government fault.

Check out at 10 am? Not really cool, in many places is at 11

Friendly staff, comfy beds, big room, free towels, hairdryers and luggage storage. Upon check in we were given a card to scan to find information on free walking tours and transport. We did two of the walking tours and really enjoyed them. The hostel is located near to the centre of Old Town, The Blue Church and Freedom Square. The shopping centre across the road was great for buying toiletries and water.

A little noisy but only for very short periods. This is was down to the guests themselves talking loudly or making noise on the stairwell when coming back to their rooms late. The free earbuds really helped with this though and we were able to sleep well throughout our stay.

Great location, very clean rooms, lovely staff, and great facilities. There is a lidl and tesco a few minutes’ walk away which is convenient. We stayed in a twin room and it was very clean and had a lot of plug sockets that held our chargers in. There is a cute outdoor patio with ivy & also free washing machine and dryer (you have to provide the products but there is no other cost on top of that). There is a nice hostel vibe, with people socialising in the underground bar.

The shower pressure was pretty weak but that isn’t a major issue. The lift also has a bad sensor and was closing in on us before it finally went back.

I stayed in a 6 person dorm with private bathroom. Everything was clean and neat. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful. I utilized the luggage storage because I arrived early and had coffee in the kitchen. The location is good, not far from old town and the room has enough space. Although I didn't use it but there's free laundry!

One of the evenings staff members was quite unfriendly and made me wait longer than necessary for a 30 second thing, twice. The bed is very light so if the person on the top bunk shifts, the whole bed moves. So you wake up lots of time during the night.

We stayed in a private double room which was extremely comfortable. The bathroom facilities were always clean and never too busy. There were three showers and one toilet for each floor. The hostel had an outdoor communal garden which was lovely to sit out in the sun. The hostel had everything you might need, from ear plugs and lamps to cans of beer. The staff were really helpful giving us a card with QR codes for free tours and WhatsApp groups for events around Bratislava. The hostel is within 10 minute walking distance from the Old Town. There’s a nice Irish pub in the old town called Uisce Beatha that does good guinness.

What I liked the most is the quality of customer service; the staff are very welcoming, kind, and accommodating to all our needs. The hostel is a perfect place to stay for overnight as it is affordable, and it includes a lot of amenities and facilities (which are accurate based on their description) that are usually not present in other hostels. The location is good, you can get into the Old Town by around 15 mins of walking, or less than thay if you prefer to take a tram; there's a station that is situated just across the street from the hostel.

The walls are not soundproof so you can hear conversations along the hallway, regardless, the staff provides a pair of earplugs. Fortunately, it was very quiet during the night we stayed in this hostel.

Great location and easily walkable to the old town and the train station. Good bus and tram links on the main road outside. There is a large Tesco supermarket in the shopping mall less than 5 minutes walk away too. The kitchen facilities were great and had microwave, hob, kettle, fridge, coffee machine (tea and coffee available free) and utensils etc. well kept and generally clean, dormitories were comfortable and spacious, friendly and helpful staff at the desk too. They also have a common room and laundry facilities. I would happily stay again if visit Bratislava again in the future.

Unfortunately in the kitchen there is no oven, but for me this wasn’t a problem as I could use the hob/stove for cooking and everything else was great

It's a well organised establishment. Clean linen, well come drink of your choice from their bar, spacious kitchen, laundry roo and a luggage storage. Well worth the money spent on two nights. They deserve more good rating.

I stayed in a 6-bed dorm, which felt a little cramped. No of bathrooms in floor 5 was just one. Inadequate really!

The hostel is located relatively close to the city center, in a good walking distance. The staff is really kind and helpful, all of the common facilities can be used free of charge. The couryard area was very lively in the evening hours, a great atmosphere to enjoy a drink with a friend from the bar. The twin room had a really good bathroom and was a relatively convinient room overall. Great price/value.

The beighbours can be a bit noisy with talking and closing doors, but nothing a good pair of earplugs can not solve :)
