Was pleasantly surprised with the size of my single room which was bigger than expected as was the bathroom and shower. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a fan in the room which was appreciated. Good location just a 5 minute walk to centre of old town with lots of good coffee shops close by. Reception staff were friendly and happy to store my bag, great since I had an early flight in and late flight out.

Great location, nice staff, clean room and great value for money. Our bathroom was also enormous! Very clean hotel rooms and the mini fridge in room was helpful for us to cool our bottles during the summer heat. It's very close to a lot of the main bars and restaurants, which is helpful for young travelers going on nights out as we were.

As per the booking.com guidance for the hotel, we took out 100€ safety deposit in cash to give to the hotel. Turns out this is inaccurate- which is a shame as we had to pay a fee to get it from the ATM! A quick update to the terms is needed here. (And also perhaps aircon - but we knew it was aircon free when booking)

Very good location, in the center of Bratislava, and just a 10-minute walk from the Blue Church. They have an elevator, although there is a flight of stairs from the street to the hotel. Good value, considering it's close to the historic center. They provide a kettle and coffee and tea in the room. The room is a good size. The room has a fan, is well lit, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. Luggage can be stored at reception after check-out. They provide a tourist map of the city. Friendly receptionists. Good free WiFi.

Very few negative points: I missed a wardrobe. On the other hand, the lack of blinds means light enters from 6 a.m. The steps from the street to the hotel.

We booked a room for 5 people. The room was really lovely, well decorated, with enough space for luggage and clothes. We were on the first floor, some noise from the street but we slept very well. The breakfast was amazing. They have a continental choice, as well as croissants, sweets and pastries. You’ll find frankfurters, scrambled eggs, bacon and beans. Moreover, they provide Greek Yogurt, cereals, granola, pancakes, cheese and a lot more things. The breakfast room is small, but perfect to start a new day in Bratislava. Staff is very friendly, they give you all the needed info for a perfect stay.

As in all these accommodations, there’s a bad smell coming out of the shower drainage. It’s expected, but I hope they’ll do something to solve this issue.

Hotel was very nice and conveniently located to the east side of town near the blue church. For the Christmas markets it was about a five minute walk, but it was enjoyable to see the neighborhood and the surrounding buildings. Hotel is very well maintained and the surrounding area very safe feeling. Less than a five minute walk to the east it takes you to the main bus station if you are connecting by bus to the Vienna airport, which I did. Breakfast is a very good selection of local and regional foods. Nice fresh meats, vegetables, eggs, and many other items, including pastries.

Not a complaint, just a warning. The room I reserved was a “single” which was literally a bed, a small table and an en suite bathroom. It was perfect for just one person, but don’t recommend having a lot of luggage or any visitors. My room was right next to the stairwell, which also put me next to the elevator, which is very old and noisy when the doors open and close which it seemed to do all night long. Thankfully, I slept through most of this, but while I was awake, it sounded a little bit like people were moving filing cabinets. Might recommend asking for a room away from the stairwell/elevator.

Good location with the Blue Church just around the corner and less than a minute away. The Danube was an easy 5 minutes walk and other sights in the Old Town were about a 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The hotel offers to arrange a taxi pickup from the airport but I opted to use cheaper public transport which involved 2 buses and I still needed Google Maps to find the hotel from the nearest bus stop. My single room was quiet, clean and comfortable and good wifi was free. The buffet breakfast was the outstanding feature of this hotel. Overall, I found my stay to be great value for money.

Always smokers right outside the front door and the smoke drifted in towards Reception. Other than that small point, there was nothing to disappoint.

I loved everything about the hotel. The location could not be more convenient, the area is quiet but central, the bus station and the city centre were both a short walk away, the festival I was in town for was a tram ride away that took me almost door to door. The room was clean, the interior simple but charming, breakfast was indeed tasty and offered plenty of choice, the staff were all pleasant and helpful. I apologise for gushing so much but this has been the nicest stay of my life, hands down.

The only thing I would add is maybe add a little soap dish to the shower, one of those suction cup ones from IKEA maybe, to put the shower gel that the hotel provides onto it? I was thinking that could be handy.

The location was great, just near the city center, on beautiful quiet street. The room has all needs, including hair dryer. Room was nice, and clean, with big comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty, with many fresh oprions. Hotel has a nice garden on back balcony, and it has also an elevator.

One small detail - there is no air condition in room, but there was a big fan, so in case of hot night be aware. I didn't need it, and slept well without enabling it.

The location was really good. Very close to the blue church and the old town. Easy to find. A very well decorated and cosy room, perfect for a few days away.

The room was very warm with no air conditioning. And where my room was, there was a substantial amount of noise every time someone came up the stairs. Despite quiet hours many guests didn’t take any notice and were noisy throughout the night in the corridor this meant that multiple times through the night I was awoken.

The hotel is located perfectly for the city centre, it's close enough to walk to, but far enough away you get a nice quiet night sleep. Also the breakfast in the morning was good. The hotel staff were helpful, answering any question in a helpful way as well as having an area to store luggage after you've checked out (if you have a later flight for example). Finally, I like the fact they sold drinks down in reception, soft drinks, beers and some spirits.

The only issue I had in my room was having nowhere I could sit comfortably for a longer period of time. There was a chair in the room but after 10-15 minutes it was uncomfortable to sit on. Also my bed wasn't really an option as the way it was set up in a way it was difficult to sit on, but this is only a minor issue.
