The bed was phenomenal. Not too soft, we had an excellent rest each night. The executive club was also very nice, a cozy place with easy access and a descent variety of food and drinks. Good WiFi and very spacious bathroom. Our free upgrade was much appreciated.

We were surprised that the maids did not change the linen every day. It is a 5* hotel after all. Breakfast was descent but the variety was not good. We stayed 4 nights and nothing changed in breakfast options. Frankly, we got bored of it quickly. Moreover, hygiene issues are being raised when we saw the vanity kit having cotton pads and q-tips unpackaged. Last but not least, with such competition and continuous improvement in hotels nowadays, the decoration of the rooms feels a little dated. All furniture are scratched, hit or just out of fashion. This is not a serious problem obviously, but when you charge 200+€ per night, the value for money is really questionable.

I have stayed multiple times at this hotel. The location is excellent, the staff very polite and the rooms are very clean. Also, I can recommend the restaurant in the hotel, it is an excellent choice not just for breakfast, but also for lunch and dinner.

There are a few things that could make this hotel better: - The phones in the rooms are not working properly. If you want to order room service, you have to call the hotel from you mobile. It's been like this for months now. - No coffee machines in the Classic rooms. For a five-star hotel this is a must. - The mattresses are from the times when the hotel was built and they are not so comfortable any more. - The last room I was in had warm water in the shower, but no hot water. The previous room had hot water, but the water pressure was extremely low, even though the room was on the first floor. - The room furnishings are starting to show their age. Wallpaper peeling off, the furniture scratched, etc. The rooms need refurbishing.

The service was impeccable, with a spacious bedroom and bathroom, and the bedroom was well soundproofed. Hotel spas and pools can often be disappointingly dirty, but this one was impressively clean -something I haven’t seen in a long time. The fitness room, although small, was comfortable, spotless, and offered a variety of exercise options.

At times, the lobby felt quite chilly, which made it less comfortable for enjoying a quick snack or drink. I also had some doubts about how thoroughly the bedroom and bathroom floors had been cleaned, as they didn’t feel completely fresh upon arrival. The restroom in the lobby could benefit from a bit more attention to cleanliness as well. As for the restaurant, the food quality was inconsistent-occasionally excellent, but at other times rather average.

I stayed for two nights and was very pleased with my choice. The room was large and luxurious, featuring a king-size bed that was incredibly comfortable, a spacious bathroom with both a walk-in shower and separate bathtub, and reliable free Wi-Fi. The hotel is centrally located—perfect for exploring Bratislava on foot, with a shopping mall and several tourist attractions nearby.

The only minor downside was that the marathon was taking place right outside during my stay, which caused a bit of disruption. Despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent in centre of city And its inside the nice shopping mall, Nice food, many restaurants inside the mall. The staff hotel very welcome and they trying to help you as possible.

The A/C is in the summer time is not cool well as the Temperature is 24 C And outside weather is 21C Most of Europe hotels have same problem with A/C in the summer time. For Arabic people the W/C doesn’t have water hoses as the case in all Arabic area hotels they have it . The location of the hotel is perfect for a trip to the mall or Parndorf, but even for a walk to the city centre. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. Every member of the staff spoke English quite well. The club lounge is quite an experience as well.

In our opinion the breakfast selection is not a wide enough variety for a five star hotel. We wanted to see more vegetables and freshly cut fruits, and also we think that there should be a more inclusive breakfast for every preference (vegetarian, vegan, diabetic).

Every dedicated pet parent knows how difficult is to travel across countries with pets. I was with a dog and with a cat, arrived past mid-night and the greeting was exceptional. Forever thankful for the support, attitude and warm welcoming. The amenities for the dog left in the room were such a nice touch that I highly appreciated even my exhausting 10-hours driving from Germany. It is always the people who make the difference and at Sheraton Bratislava know that. Then it comes the brand and the offered product. Thank you!!!

The breakfast was very good, good coffee and fresh bakery. The Eurovea shopping center behind the hotel, where you can easy buy things for yourself. The club lounge very good with lot of beverages

The coffee machine in the room hard to use, because when put the capsule in the machine not begin the flow from the capsule, when it started very slow and few coffee. But in the club lounge you can get free coffee, what is a very big good point.
