We had a fantastic stay, the hotel is a new establishment designed in a tranquil and peaceful vibe with the absolutely wonderful staff that was very helpful at any given opportunity, especially Maria at the reception. The property is located in a very handy location in the centre of Bratislava yet among the surrounding greenery, once again the atmosphere feels very chilled and peaceful. The spa is great, the pool and sauna nice and clean, so were the rooms-super clean. The breakfast offered everything what one can think of having including the full English breakfast with a bit of continental twist though when it came to sausages etc., all local produce. All in all, we had a fantastic time in the hotel and would highly recommend it.

We loved it! Small, cozy and beautiful little hotel not far from the center. Couple of nice restaurants around too and Billa close by. Hotel also sells wines. The gym and sauna and pool were great, our room and bed were super comfy - we had a very good sleep. It was nice and quiet! Breakfast was also great and the staff was nice enough!

The pool/sauna area is very small (but it is also for free which is not always the case), so i don't see how more people would fit in but luckily there were only 2 other people when we were there so no problems there. My spouse got burning eyes around the pool, maybe too much chemicals in the pool?

From the moment you walk through the door you leave Bratislava behind and enter a retreat of relaxation. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we was catered for and enjoyed every minute of our stay!

There was nothing to not like, from the room, the bed, the facilities including pool and sauna was an amazing and clean experience from start to finish. The minibar was a little overly expensive but that is as to be expected where ever you go in the world, not just in Slovakia.

The hotel was in a quiet location at the edge of the city center. The breakfast was good and staff were attentive. I did not try the pool and sauna but I appreciated the option. The AC in the room worked well and that very quietly. Overall the atmosphere was pleasant with a great scent in the hallway.

The bathroom only had a bathtub but no shower cabin. Drinking water wasn’t offered for free - it always seems unnecessary to pay for a bottle of water in the room.

It is a quiet and comfortable hotel located close to the city business district and the shopping mall. The facilities are quite good.

The insulation is not sufficient, I could hear people talking and walking on my floor and one floor above. I had an important work-related video call in my room and it was rather awkward as someone stood in front of my door and kept chatting. I think sound insulation is something that needs working on here

attentive and friendly staff, small but nice spa and gym area, our room had a huge private terrace, nice extra pillows, great ambient lighting in the room, ironing board available, quiet location with inner courtyard, air con worked really well.

half of the shower screen was missing so the floor got flooded each time. At 7am the staff started cleaning rooms next door and as room is next to facilities closet it was a bit loud.

This was such a wonderfully unexpected treat. Fabulous breakfast, spotlessly clean, a pillow ‘menu’ which was brilliant, loads of spare bedding in case of chills ( which there were not) , robes, slippers, fine glassware. And a very well stocked minibar if that is your thing. The wellness suite was beautiful and the staff gently and quietly efficient and helpful.

It’s a little walk to the old town but very handy for the station and public transport is excellent, so this is not a negative.

The staff were really nice and friendly! The ladies from the reception seem to do everything, but still manage to smile and be really nice. The location is nice and you can easily get to the centre. It seemed clean. We didn’t visit the pool and spa area.

The rooms are quite small, as soon as you enter there is the bed, they are also not very sound proof as we could hear a dog and the shower from the room next to us. The breakfast was ok, but not very luxurious.

I liked the location and facilities. But the door closed so loudly that starting at 7 AM, I could not sleep usually. So, if you can fix it, please do. Also, my torn hotel bathrobe also declined my general impression. Breakfast was nice, and I also enjoyed the sauna and pool.
