One of the few times I have experienced wood flooring that doesn't squeak and crack. It was really easy to put the baby back to sleep at night. I don't know if it was a decision by the staff or a coincidence, but our room was relatively isolated from others, which made it easy on our conscience when said baby would wake up crying at 3 AM :) The shower was spacy, the bed was huge, the breakfast was very rich with options, with a lot of freshly cooked stuff like ham&eggs, pancakes, cheesecake etc. Everything else was on par with, if not above what you would expect from a hotel in that price range

That I had to leave and go back to work :D

Stuff at the reception and stuff in general except cleanung ladies. They think that we are there becouse of them and not that they are becouse of us! They can be more friendly to guests! Breakfast is good but not worth the price od stay.

The hotel is nice and well maintained - very close to the centers- 10 minutes walk. The breakfast is very good and diverse, the room is spacious and clean.

We had a short stay in December and it was really cold in the room even if we set up the clima adaptor on a high temperature. I remember waking up and putting another layer on me ( but maybe i am a little bit chill) - we didn’t had any slippers and bath robes). The parking at the hotel is 25 euros / night - and is the only solution since the hotel is not on a main street ( it seems to be situated in a shopping center yard 😁 - the front of the hotel can be accessed only by foot)

The breakfast had a large selection of breakfast foods. The bar service was very good with very nice food choices. The underground parking had convenient and well signed parking places to access the hotel. Our dog was welcomed.

We were able to get a city map from the reception but it would have been great if there was information on how to use the tram service. We did manage, but only with help from tram passengers who on our last trip informed us that persons over 60 travel free.

A great location for Old Town area. We had a city view room but the view was missing. Room 521. It was a nice quiet room nonetheless. Cleaning staff were excellent; bed made and bins emptied daily and towels changed if required. Nice blackout curtains. The reception staff were pleasant. Breakfast is advertised on TV as €15 each but is actually €19. Shower bath and King bed were great. Toiletries also supplied and a powerful hairdryer. A small shop in lobby where you can purchase snacks, drinks etc.

Lobby scent, v manly and strong. Aircon wasn't working after 3rd day. Digital clock under TV that spoiled the darkness at night. Room got very warm at night (April).

Our room was nice and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well-equipped. Location was great, there was a supermarket just opposite the building and we liked that it was slightly away from the central noise but walkable to all the old town attractions.

The person who checked us in was quite aloof and perfunctory, so it wasn't a warm welcome or pleasant first impression. During our stay, the staff were also rarely seen at the front desk to be of much assistance.

This property was excellent. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main square and everything you need. The reception staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. The young lady on duty Sunday evening couldn’t have been more helpful. The Breakfast was spot on.

The hotels location is half a block from the casino and tucked away on a short street. There is plenty of places to put a directional sign. Took us 30 minutes to find it. Local’s couldn’t find it. You should do something about it .

Great location for anyone looking to visit the usual tourist destinations around the city centre, they're all within walking distance. Our twin rooms were spacy, clean and comfortable. All the staff we communicated with were professional and helpful. Good choice of breakfast options, all the trays/plates are refilled in a timely fashion.The bathroom is incredibly well equipped, compared to some other 4 star hotels we've stayed in.

Some minor nitpicks...very strong chemical smell from the carpeting in the hallways, minor issues with the shower.

The hotel is great, perfect location, everything is close and you can explore Bratislava very easy. Transpirtation is excellent, everything perfect connected. On the reception you can receive every information you need. The personal at the desk kind and helpful, Cristina thank you for everything. The rooms were perfect clean and beds very comfortable. The breakfast amaizing. We apsolutely recommend this hotel !

Loved the location of the hotel as it was very central and convenient for stepping out close to old town. the hotel itself is stunning and meets all modern facilities.

Originally had booked a room with a city view- confirmed this on arrival with check-in. Got to the room and the view directly out the window was of the rooms across the way-if i stood right at window and looked to the right i saw a bit of the city. The staff did help to change this after calling down to reception.
