The hotel was amazing. 10min walk from the bus station, then only 10-15min into the start of the town. Our family room was amazing, the sofa bed wasn’t made up as description but the beds were big enough our 2 girls could share it. They were clean amazing decor, great views with big windows. Great powerful shower with bathroom products to use. Staff were friendly, courteous. Fridge in room is a lovely idea refilled everyday. Breakfast was a great choice of continental with some hot options too.

Could have been some milk in the room for the tea. A kettle and tea bags provided but only coffee cream for the coffee. Popped to the bar and they gave us a glass of milk which we kept in the fridge. There could be some of the little UHT pots as they’re long life.

Stylish, modern hotel, comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, excellent breakfast, polite staff, parking available, and just a 10-minute walk to the old town.

It's impossible to adjust the air conditioner; it doesn't cool enough, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

This hotel exceeded every possible expectation. Among all my experiences, it stands out as one of the most interesting and best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was extraordinary – communicative and attentive, providing all the necessary information right from the beginning. The room was exceptional, spotless, and well-organized, and even the bathroom had a refined touch. Another highlight was the €8 bonus offered for a wine tasting, and above all, a VERY IMPORTANT detail: a complimentary mini-bar with refill – simply outstanding. An unforgettable experience, especially at the brewery, where they craft their own beer and serve food that is truly exceptional. When in Bratislava, do not hesitate to choose this hotel. Thank you!

The hotel ambience was wonderful with industrial like decor and fittings. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There is a mini fridge stocked with water, Pepsi and beer which was refilled daily free of charge. This was a nice touch to the hospitality. Breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, including some local delicacies. The hotel is a stone throw away from the old town (approx 1.5km walk). Perfect for exploring but out of the way of mass tourism. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Bathrobes were exclusive to premium rooms only, however upon request they did provide one for us. Parking at €25 a day is a little steep.

I had a great stay! The room was super nice and had everything I needed. The hotel is in a great location, close to the bus stop and the old town. It’s a beautiful place, and I honestly wish I had stayed longer. The free minibar in the room (with water and beer) was such a nice touch, and it gets refilled every day, which was really convenient. The staff were all really friendly. I arrived at 2 a.m. and Tatiana checked me in, she spoke Spanish, which was an awesome surprise as a Spanish speaker! Reception is open 24/7, which is super handy. Breakfast was really good with tons of options. And having Kofola on draft at the bar? That just says everything about how cool this place is. I’d definitely come back to Bratislava just to stay at this hotel again. Had an amazing experience.

Wow this place really know how to do breakfast! One of the best breakfast selections we've had anywhere. A huge range catering to all tastes. The room was really nice too, fitted out in a sort of 'steampunk'/industrial look, but not over the top. Quality furnishings and fittings used gave this a premium feel. It was also quiet and comfy. The free mini-bar drinks were an added bonus! With the ease of access to bus services and public transport this is really easy to recommend!

Hard to fault really, but the bar downstairs closes a bit early! We were just settling in on a fine summer evening when they closed up. The reason is good... it is so the noise level doesnt impact guests, but when we ARE the guests it is a bit of a shame.

Great hotel, only 10 minute walk from the train station- (we caught the no: 61 bus from the airport to this station for only €1.10 each !!). The hotel was approx a 15 minutes walk to the old town which is beautiful. Staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. Rooms were really nice with some lovely touches such as complimentary free toiletries and a daily stocked FREE Mini bar (stocked with 2 bottles of beer, pepsi and water); use of a robe and slippers; coffee machine; and a safe- and the beds were really comfy. Breakfast was one of the best that we have experienced in hotels, with plenty of hot and cold food choices. There are also free biscuits available in the reception and on each floor of the hotel- which were delicious 😋. The hotel has a wine bar with over 400 wines available and it's own micro brewery (Fabrika- the beer pub). We've had a lovely time in Bratislava and would highly recommend the LOFT hotel.

The hotel is much more than just accommodation. It is an wonderful exiperience. Location: 11 min walk to OldTown/historic center (a big advantage), but in a quiet area. Very good and friendly communication even before arrival. Reception desk staff always patient and willing to help. Room: impecabile (very very clean), wonderful design, good room service, free minibar (with daily restock). Confortable bed. Very clean bathroom. Everything worked perfectly (shower, lavatory). Also, nice design, contributing to overall good experience. Breakfast: between 6:30 and 10:30, a combination of continental and english breakfast, good quality and fresh ingedients, wide variety of options regardelss of your diet type (vegan or non-vegan). You will not leave hungry! Other positives: - very good internet connection - private underground parking - for a fee 25 Euro/24h; it's a good deal versus the public parking options. Elevator access directly from the underground parking. - very (!) good value for the price

This hotel is outstanding throughout and I can see why it is currently ranked number one for hotels in Bratislava. It’s clean, modern, well furnished and the beer pub / restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The staff are attentive and professional, and offered us excellent service at reception and in the bar. The location of the hotel is ideal and within close walking distance of the Old Town and other main attractions. Our room was well sized and well equipped with everything we required and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It’s a superb hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, especially in the Fabrika Pub and restaurant. Highly recommended.

This is a very modern hotel, designed in a slightly quirky way, that provides a high level of comfort, service, security and value for money. We didn’t eat in the hotel’s restaurant during the evening but it provided an excellent breakfast.

The only slight less than perfect aspect of the hotel is that it is located about half way between Bratislava’s main railway station and the historic city centre. It’s possible to walk between them and the hotel but it isn’t the most attractive route along a busy main road. That said, the hotel ordered an inexpensive taxi back to the station for us on our departure day.
