Hotel nicely placed next to a tram line to city centre.

The pool facility - this is a gym attached to the mall, attached to the hotel. Access is a mission unless you sweet talk the staff into giving you an access bracelet and padlock - they say these are for "corporate guests" only, but at the third time of asking got them to provide them for 14 Euro each. If you don't get the bracelet, good luck, you will need first to take your passports to preregister, you'll then need to get their app on your phone and a padlock too - you would then need to keep your phone on you to access the multi-tier access gates (its like a prison entry system with plexiglass and turnstiles), more security before the pool and again between the pool and sauna ... just get those bracelets !

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which felt warm and welcoming. The staff clearly cares about making guests happy. The service was excellent and friendly, and I want to give a special shoutout to Darius at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, and went out of his way to help with any questions. He even gave us a room with a beautiful view, which made our stay extra special. His excellent English and wonderful personality left us speechless. Every hotel should have an employee like Darius! The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices—fresh fruits and veggies for juicing, lots of breads, and plenty of options for vegetarians and even for vegans. The hotel isn’t right in the city center or old town, but it’s only about two kilometers away. You can take a Bolt for €4.5 or hop on tram lines 4 or 9. Plus, there’s a big shopping mall right below the hotel, which is super convenient. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!

At night, during certain hours, there was a faint, muffled noise from some kind of machine.

Very clean, great breakfast, very friendly staff.

The price was a little too high, the room contains a bathroom with 2 doors so its possible to use the toilet while someone is in the shower, the problem is that the shower door is also the bathroom door and its semi transparent so when someone is in the shower its possible to see what is going on inside which can be a problem when you travel with family, also the location is nice from the perspective of public transportation but its a little too far from the city center to simply take a walk.

Great localization, delicious breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, incredible view from the outlook lounge.

The terrace gets closed after breakfast hours, there is no place to spend time and relax outside of your room between the time when the breakfast ends and outlook lounge opens.

there is a super bar lounge with a great view in the 13th floor...saturday evening was closed (?!)....in general the young waiters at breakfast were not really professional...anything you ask..was a mess...late night we asked the receptionist for a bottle of water ...no way they told us to drink the water from the tap...hotel underground parking that was also like a labyrinth...i was lucky i was with mi motorcycle, the ticket was not working, the call was not working...if i was with the car i couldn t get out...last thing...as in many hotel, the so much light in the early morning, curtains could not guarantee the darkness...the first early morning we woke up because at 7 am two guys were out of the windows for cleaning...making a lot of noise and looking inside

For the first time I chose the Linder hotel group and I must write that their services met my expectations. The hotel is comfortable, clean, the rooms are reasonably large, with all the necessary equipment that the guest needs in the accommodation. On the higher floors there is a wonderful view of Bratislava, also from the Outlook Bar on the 13th floor. If you arrive by car, there is a parking garage within the hotel, for a fee. I recommend ordering breakfast as it offers a lot of choice and is freshly prepared. I would especially like to praise the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness. The hotel is located in the Central shopping center, where there are many shops for everyone. You can also visit the fitness and swimming pool inside the shopping center.

This is my go to hotel whenever I'm in Bratislava. This time I have to give big thumbs up to the reception as the check in and check out process was a breeze, done in a minute or less. As always the room was clean and had all the necessities, I enjoyed the view over Bratislava from the 10th floor and the breakfast was amazing, with plenty to choose from.

Breakfast terace, location, room size...

Swimming pool is not operated by the hotel and its virtually impossible to use it. You have to make an e aplication, no one is ever there for the instuctions, hotel staff dont know because its not the hotel's pool etc. I tried 2 times upon realising i didnt have hours to waste to go for a swimm or the gym.

- I booked a room with three beds but the third bed was not prepared. In the end I had to change the room. They fixed it quickly but that is something that should not happen in this type of hotel.
