Good quiet location, tram near enough (5 mins walk), bus near enough (6 mins walk, albeit in the other direction), both go directly to center of Bratislava. Good breakfast, good coffee. Small stock at buffet, but being restocked it all the time, nothing was lacking (we liked this as always fresh). We arrived early at start of check-in time, plenty of parking, but parking got full later in the day. Room (facing the parking in the back) were actually very nice and clean, we slept surprisingly well (we prefer having an open window during summer night, did not notice any noise)

Take great care of the pedestrians while driving out of the parking lot to the street. On the right side the sidewalk is obscured by high fence and trees and a pedestrian can step right in front of you. A street mirror might help make it safer (especially for silent cars). It didn't happen to me, but I saw someone got a bit of a scare.

I chose the hotel when almost all the hotels in the center were booked and there were very few options. This hotel is not in the center, but there is a tram stop nearby and you can quickly get to the old town. And Bolt cost only 5 euros from the station or the old town. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, despite the fact that the style of the hotel is outdated, it is not old at all. Everything is clean and very comfortable pillows and mattress. Special thanks for the small pillows!! I was also very pleased with the breakfast, it had a variety of local cheeses, pastries

It would be great if there were disposable slippers in the rooms

The hotel definitely deserves a 10/10 rating! The rooms are modern and new, clean, spacious, with excellent bathrooms and included services such as an extra small face towel, hygiene essentials, makeup hygiene products for women, etc. The breakfast is high-quality, abundant, and offers options for every taste. The hotel has truly exceeded our expectations and is worth every euro spent. The Spa & Wellness facilities are also available for an additional charge, which I personally find a bit pricey. In short: I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Parking is quite expensive, as the hotel charges €14 per day for a parking spot. Additionally, the Spa & Wellness services are a bit pricier than expected. However, the fact that these amenities are available should also be seen as a positive—these are optional services that you can choose to use, but they are not mandatory. The second parking option is on the street with an hourly fee. At the end of the street, there is a sign where you can easily pay for parking via the app using a credit card. Price: €1.50/hour.

The facility offers a spacious outdoor parking area, including two dedicated charging spots for electric vehicles. The breakfast selection is quite varied with plenty of options. However, in my opinion, the quality could be improved a bit to match the overall positive experience. Bathtub is a selection criteria for me in general, and this was nice.

As someone taller than 1.80m, I found the shower head mounted at around 1.60m to be a bit inconvenient, especially with the fixed hose length over the bathtub. It required me to duck while showering, which wasn't very comfortable. A simple improvement, like a longer hose, could make the experience more enjoyable for taller guests.

It was spacious and clean . Breakfast was awesome compared to european standards. Some of the hot items were also there so we as an Indian were happy. Good and firm bed. Daily room cleaning. Location was good, 300 meters to the tram and bus stop to go to city center.

One of the receptionist was not that welcoming. She was not rude but not happy as well and was replying very limited . It might be due to language barrier. But other than that everything qas good.

The hotel is on the outskirts, so it's wise to plan for transportation costs when visiting tourist attractions in the city. Taxi service is readily available and not expensive. The hotel staff is very friendly and the best part of the offer, starting from the reception, to the restaurant, and the housekeeping. The hotel is very clean. It's a smaller hotel, almost like a family-type hotel, with a modest selection but at an affordable price. The breakfast will meet all needs, and the staff is very attentive. There is an on-site restaurant available to guests, with staff always ready to assist. The parking lot next to the hotel is offered at a reasonable price.

There are no particular complaints.

Breakfast was fabulous indeed, the waiter from the restaurant very helpful and proactive. Room was very spacious, above my expectations. Parking is not provided free of charge, so we didn't use the service. The city provides cheaper parking just outside the hotel, but the receptionist helped with information regarding this and this was precious. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I'll travel again in Bratislava. 5 stars from me.

I would have appreciated to have free of charge parking, but I also understand that some services are included some are not. It's okay because they did not promised free parking, I did not feel lied to or anything ...

The Hotel has its own private Parking lot behind it for about 14€ per booked night. The Staff at the reception was very nice, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the TV had the Golf channel, which was a nice surprise for us! The room was quiet during the week when we stayed. The Hotel has a private Spa that you can book for 2 hours for 2 people. We were on a romantic trip in Bratislava, so we were very exited to book the Spa. It was wonderful! In the private Spa you have a Whirlpool with LED lights and different bubbles intensities, a Finnish Sauna (hot and dry), a steam sauna, two long chairs and a relaxing bed. At the time of the booking it costs 39,5€ for two people for 2 hours and was worth every cent! The Breakfast was amazing! From 7:30 to 9:30 you have a coffee machine with espresso, cappuccino... You can also ask at the bar for your coffee speciality, that will be prepared by a member of staff. The breakfast offer is varied and plentiful: pancakes, cakes, juices,fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, musli, porridge, bread, jams, mapple Sirup, eggs, fried rice, hot sausages... I might forget things, there was so much choice. The lobby is nice and inviting, with a tasteful decoration and a big aquarium with beautiful fishes. The location is really good near the business district: on foot about 5 min to the next Billa super market, 5 min from the tram to the city centre, 8 min from a fitness park with a small lake and a mini golf, 15 min from the business district and around 30 min from the fresh market! To get to the city centre on foot it's about 45 min, but you can also take the tram which comes often and is very affordable. My husband and I really enjoyed this stay: we felt safe, relaxed and will come again, when we are back in Bratislava.

The shower is very new and the design is modern and open, so I tried not to splash water everywhere in the bathroom but it is very difficult not to have water on the floor after showering.

I stayed at PREMIUM Business Hotel in Bratislava and I was very satisfied. The hotel is clean, modern, and perfect for business trips. My room was spacious, quiet, and had a comfortable bed and a good desk for working. Wi-Fi was fast and stable. The hotel has a nice restaurant with good food, and breakfast offered many choices. The staff was very friendly and professional

everything was perfectly. Very cleen hotel with beautiful vibes. Staff is kind. we are vegan family and we are happy that also many food options are for us on breakfast. we appreciate it alot. Hotel is modern with good smell inside. amazing positive energy feels everywhere in the hotel. we will all the always to visit this hotel when we will stay in Bratislava.
