All good, center of city, warm, personal, communication, cleaning👍🏻 I stayed at this hotel for 11days with intervals . Overall, the stay was pleasant,

but I had an unfortunate experience. I needed to use the washing machine, but it turned out to be broken. I paid for the laundry with my card six times because the machine wouldn’t start. Only after I went to the reception, I was told that the machine was out of order. They assured me that the money would be refunded soon, but it has already been 10 days, and I still haven’t received the refund. This experience was very disappointing, especially since no one warned guests about the issue in advance. I hope the hotel will improve its service and inform guests better about such problems in the future.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the historical areas. Everything you could need is on your doorstep, shops, restaurants, pubs, trams, buses, and all in close proximity to the Centre of Bratislava. The Tourist Office is just a 3 minute walk from here. Staff at the reception were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They are an asset to this facility. I thoroughly recommend this apartment as a base to visit Bratislava.

No cooking facility in the apartment, there was a small plug in hot plate but it didn't work. There is a communal kitchen on the 3rd floor which is good, so all not lost but would prefer to have this available in the apartment. Nothing to do with this apartment, but be wary of the Taxi's at Bratislava Airport. We were charged €35 by a Taxi at the Airport building for the journey to the apartment. For the return journey, I downloaded the Bolt app. With Bolt we paid €9 for a Comfort level cab, €26 less than the Airport Taxi. A smaller car was available with Bolt for €6.50. Do not use the Taxi's at Bratislava Airport

Location, safeness, super cleanness and having a clean fridge. You can trust these four in the room A301.

Our bed was too small (between the size of single and double beds). This can be acceptable for sure. But the pillows were very uncomfortable, their filling was not holding together anymore so it doesn’t support your head at all. You have to fold and reshape it everytime. The remote was not working properly. The shower cabin was leaking from the sides. For 80€ for one night price we expected better :)

Great value and location central in Bratislava, just 10-15 walk to center, clean with small kitchen, tv, wifi, etc and was easy to check in and out as has reception. Also elevator facility too, which is great when you have lots of luggage. Overall recommend

Only issue is that we checked in 3 persons ( family+ child) and was mentioned clearly in booking, but only main bed was done with 2 bedding sets. Although there was another set of pillow with duvet in sofa bed, had no covers and were stained. Not hygenic at all, anyway when we came back from walk after 10 pm, we were told only day staff can provide us with a bedding set. Well we had to improvise and for 1 night wasn’t a big deal… Also NO free parking available, and cost of parking in Bratislava center is expensive (2-3€/hour and in some areas in weekends too) not great if you spend several days there. We eventually found free parking approx 20-25 min walk.

location is good. If you go early, you can keep your luggage in a locked room. There is a relax room. Well thought out. There is a large market right next to it. It's the same in front of you. There are also plenty of small shopping points and restaurants & bars around. Close to the heart of the city, 10 minutes walking distance. If you check in late, they leave your room key in a safe, locked box outside on the street. So you can get in yourself. However, for this you must first fill in the information of all guests from an application. Still, it's safe and a great solution for those arriving late. I would also like to thank the management and Mr. for their support even though our luggage was locked in the room. Thank you so much Emil. He literally saved a life! The room was very large and comfortable. It was one of the largest rooms I have ever seen. We stayed for 4 people, but there was still a huge space. Also, the view of the room is nice. However, we should not forget that the street is noisy until late hours. Therefore, it is difficult to sleep with the windows open. Fortunately, our air conditioner was working without any problems. There are large closets, a kitchen area, a table, a chair, and a beanbag in the room. The only thing I don't understand is that they built a tiny bathroom in a huge room. However, there was an area that was huge and big enough to have a bathtub. Everything was fine, thank you.

Clean and comfortable, easy self check-in, nice new building, good location 16min walk to the bus station. We stayed only for 4/5 hours so can't say too much but it was quiet which is what we needed.

We checked out at 5 a.m., and according to the previous appatmant instructions, we left the key on the room table. Once we went down to the reception, the receptionist said we needed to put the key to the key box. Even though we showed him this is how we were instructed by the apartment owner he insisted we need to get the keys. We were in the rush to the bus, but we went upstairs and then panicked because the door was of course locked and we couldn't get the keys out. We sent the screenshot of their instruction to the apartment owner, and they just liked the message so assuming all is good. This stress and frustration could be avoided if the receptionist was aware of the apartment rules.

The location, the option to store our luggage, the staff speaks English, the apartment has everything we needed, the wifi was great, there’s a relax room with a coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen, additionally to a well equipped kitchenette in the room, everything is quite new and modern, and the rooms are very bright and quite spacious

The pillows were quite bad, the bed frame and mattress weren’t great, and there is poor internal soundproofing inside the building. To illustrate this: The family next door were very noisy at 6 am and we heard every word and felt every door slamming. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The best thing about this place is definitely the location, right on the edge of old town. The place is quite clean and convenient for a short stay.

There is a reception desk on the ground level and the place might as well have done without one and provide instructions for self check-in. There is absolutely no added value to the receptionist except handing over of the keys and a bored hello when you pass by. The room was quite small and although it was quite clean, it was not exactly spotless. We found a used up shampoo tester in the shower that hadn’t been removed during the cleaning. The bed was also on the softer side, we would prefer a firmer matress. Otherwise everything was ok and considering the price it cannot be expected to be spectacular.

Excellent value for money. Stayed 3 nights On edge of historic area. Easy walk to castle. 10 min walk to number 80 bus to train station. Several supermarkets minutes away Property a bit tired but spacious modernised clean room with comfy bed pillows and bed linen. Sound isolation from trams in main square reasonable. No worries for me. I loved having a good outlook Wifi fast and stable

Very dysfunctional use of space. No power socket by bed or lighting switch or light for that matter near bed which was jammed in a narrow dark space against wall so you were up close and personal with the guest next door snoring all night.

The location was great very close to old town and right next to it there is also a lidl (supermarket) the view was also quite nice you can see the ufo tower besides that the apartment has more than enough space for two, I really liked the bean bag and it's nice to have a balcony to be able to smoke.. there was also a fridge at the kitchenette and it was clean besides that we could leave our luggage in the luggage room which is behind two locked doors even after checkout and the reception was always nice to us so long story short it was really nice
