All good, center of city, warm, personal, communication, cleaning👍🏻 I stayed at this hotel for 11days with intervals . Overall, the stay was pleasant,

but I had an unfortunate experience. I needed to use the washing machine, but it turned out to be broken. I paid for the laundry with my card six times because the machine wouldn’t start. Only after I went to the reception, I was told that the machine was out of order. They assured me that the money would be refunded soon, but it has already been 10 days, and I still haven’t received the refund. This experience was very disappointing, especially since no one warned guests about the issue in advance. I hope the hotel will improve its service and inform guests better about such problems in the future.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the historical areas. Everything you could need is on your doorstep, shops, restaurants, pubs, trams, buses, and all in close proximity to the Centre of Bratislava. The Tourist Office is just a 3 minute walk from here. Staff at the reception were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They are an asset to this facility. I thoroughly recommend this apartment as a base to visit Bratislava.

No cooking facility in the apartment, there was a small plug in hot plate but it didn't work. There is a communal kitchen on the 3rd floor which is good, so all not lost but would prefer to have this available in the apartment. Nothing to do with this apartment, but be wary of the Taxi's at Bratislava Airport. We were charged €35 by a Taxi at the Airport building for the journey to the apartment. For the return journey, I downloaded the Bolt app. With Bolt we paid €9 for a Comfort level cab, €26 less than the Airport Taxi. A smaller car was available with Bolt for €6.50. Do not use the Taxi's at Bratislava Airport

There is nothing to say about this; their reviews say it all. I was on an 8-day trip with my family, including two children, to Vienna, Budapest, and lastly Bratislava. But after reaching Bratislava, I came across the most heartbreaking incident. I had booked the apartment in advance on Booking.com, but until I reached, they were not sending any check-in details, and their mobile was also switched off. Later, when I contacted Booking.com's hotline, they also got the truth of the incident and asked me to book another hotel. Then I immediately booked City Center Best Place Apartments through Booking.com. Their reception is open 24 hours. So you can check in whenever you want. All the tourist places are almost within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

- The property is central to the old town and from there everything is easily reachable. - The room was a good size for 4 and had an AC and a small kitchen to use. - The building offers also a laundry self-service.

- The building is a maze of corridors and it is accommodating few of these apartments. A bit weird for a guest use. - The TV was not working. I had two remote controls but none of them can turn on some weird brand TV. - The staff could be more professional. Understand this as you want… but the reception needs improvement. I will say that at this level of accommodations you do not need staff and you can go staff-less for what you get. Maybe a keyless door with code can do the job of handing over a key to the guest on their arrival.

The room was nice and clean, with white sheets and overlooking the back which I appreciated. The night was really quiet and we had no trouble sleeping through it. Everything met our expectations for the price point. The location was absolutely perfect. This is our second time in the city and we were really happy with the location.

The front desk clerk was quite rude, both towards us but particularly towards our 7 year old daughter. She did not seem to enjoy her work, be equipped to fulfill it properly or have any sense of hospitality. I would've liked if the room came with cotton pads.

Location, safeness, super cleanness and having a clean fridge. You can trust these four in the room A301.

Our bed was too small (between the size of single and double beds). This can be acceptable for sure. But the pillows were very uncomfortable, their filling was not holding together anymore so it doesn’t support your head at all. You have to fold and reshape it everytime. The remote was not working properly. The shower cabin was leaking from the sides. For 80€ for one night price we expected better :)

Great value and location central in Bratislava, just 10-15 walk to center, clean with small kitchen, tv, wifi, etc and was easy to check in and out as has reception. Also elevator facility too, which is great when you have lots of luggage. Overall recommend

Only issue is that we checked in 3 persons ( family+ child) and was mentioned clearly in booking, but only main bed was done with 2 bedding sets. Although there was another set of pillow with duvet in sofa bed, had no covers and were stained. Not hygenic at all, anyway when we came back from walk after 10 pm, we were told only day staff can provide us with a bedding set. Well we had to improvise and for 1 night wasn’t a big deal… Also NO free parking available, and cost of parking in Bratislava center is expensive (2-3€/hour and in some areas in weekends too) not great if you spend several days there. We eventually found free parking approx 20-25 min walk.

The location is excellent. Everything is accessible, old town attractions, supermarkets, and restaurants. The staff are very helpful and nice. The apartment was clean and had air conditioning, which was a life saver in the summer with a heat wave. The beds were comfortable.

Actram line was right under our window, and with the windows open at night, the noise was huge and woke me up in the morning. With close windows, it was alright. Also, I expected lower prices for Bratislava, but I guess excellent location and cleanliness somewhat justified the price.

Clean and comfortable, easy self check-in, nice new building, good location 16min walk to the bus station. We stayed only for 4/5 hours so can't say too much but it was quiet which is what we needed.

We checked out at 5 a.m., and according to the previous appatmant instructions, we left the key on the room table. Once we went down to the reception, the receptionist said we needed to put the key to the key box. Even though we showed him this is how we were instructed by the apartment owner he insisted we need to get the keys. We were in the rush to the bus, but we went upstairs and then panicked because the door was of course locked and we couldn't get the keys out. We sent the screenshot of their instruction to the apartment owner, and they just liked the message so assuming all is good. This stress and frustration could be avoided if the receptionist was aware of the apartment rules.

Location was central and perfect for exploring the old city by foot. Convenient for public transportation to airport/bus station. Apartment was spacious and well equipped, check in and check out was easy and we could also leave our bags at reception luggage for a few more hours since checkout is by 10am. If I am back to Bratislava would love to stay here again.

Not giving a 10 since only because the pillows were not convenient and you can hear noise from neighbouring rooms (walls are thin I guess). Overall it was clean with exception of the windows.
