Fantastic Team client focused, especially the front desk team ( Anita & Kristina )!

It was all perfect, except The shower of cool plunge.

Just returned from a 3 night stay between Christmas and New Year, as we wanted to visit the Christmas market. The hotel is perfectly placed for a stay in the old town as everything is a short walk away and one of the markets is on the hotel’s door step. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and all of the staff that we had contact with were polite,friendly and professional, they are a credit to the company. We spent a couple of hours in the wellness area which was brilliant, well worth visiting after a day walking the streets. We had a great experience in the hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The cocktail bar is a sight to see, it is over priced and just a little pretentious. When you eventually get your order ,it arrives with a little tree or a small piece of moss or shrub. Don’t know what they are marketing it as but it is nonsense,we only want to be served efficiently and pay a reasonable amount for a drink, some cocktails are 22 euros and compared with the price in the town it is way more.

We had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu Carlton, Bratislava. It's centrally located in the Old Town, within walking distinace to shops, restaurants and near the Danube. We experienced great hospitality from the hotel staff here, who were all friendly and happy to accommodate our requests. A highlight for our trip was a visit to the Mirror Bar - this is by far the best bar experience we've ever had and we would highly recommend. Similarly, we spent a relaxing afternoon at the hotel Spa and Wellness, which you can visit for a discounted rate as a hotel guest. It's a beautiful and modern space with a jacuzzi, plunge pool, steam room, sauna and lounge area. We had a wonderful time all in all.

The rooms are a little dated, but very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Absolutely the best option in town, with fantastic facilities, great brand new wellness & gym area. The team as always has exceeded in all the aspects: Anita and her team at the reception desk just ran a show on how to exceed my expectations, including the maintenance team which solved in no time one request I had. The team in wellness & gym with attention to details. Kudos to Peter, Martina, Tym and Veronika. Food delicious. This team are made of hospitality professionals!

All perfect! Don’t waste time and money searching for a different option to stay in Bratislava! This is THE place to stay!

Cool potential! He makes sure the wellness area is super clean for use! The restaurant team made to service my friends from abroad exceptionally great! They love it and will probably come back next time.

Prices in the Mirror Bar are still overpriced…

Great Stay in a Hotel with Character We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the center, and there is convenient parking available. The bed was very comfortable with high-quality bedding, which made for a great night's sleep. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The decor of the hotel has a retro style, which adds charm and character — it really feels like stepping back in time, in a good way! Our room was quiet and well soundproofed, with a lovely view of the city center. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The only downside was the entrance being frequently blocked by cars whose drivers were neither checking in nor unloading luggage. Some of these vehicles were parked for hours, which caused issues for guests — especially during check-out. Taxis also had trouble leaving the drop-off area, and we had to move our car several times just to manage our luggage. This was quite frustrating and something the hotel should address.

After many years we visited this hotel again and the welcome by the staff at check-in was overwhelming. We received an upgrade of the room, a complimentary welcome drink and some great cookies too which we decided to order and take home with us. A special and big compliment for Anita, her personal and empathic approach was very much appreciated. When you are looking for a place in middle of the center with great services, book the Carlton!

Classy hotel in the historic old town; staff all dressed in professional attire; nice lounge; Well furnished, comfy bedroom with views to the open mall; Superb buffet breakfast with excellent variety; A nice touch was any type of coffee made to order.

For a hotel of this level, it would be great if the bathroom had face towels (15cm x 15cm) in addition to the hand towels and bath towels. Face towels are useful as a body scrub. If face towels cannot be provided a hygienic body scrub should be included in the bath room.

As always the team gave a show in terms of professionalism! Thanks again the reception desk team for all the kindness. The wellness area is absolutely great! Great kudos to the restaurant team: friendly & ready to serve! Special congrats to the Chef: the corn feed chicken with gnocchi Al dente were fantastic delicious! A Wow!

All perfect! Congrats to General Manager for keeping such a team together for that long. I am in Bratislava 6 to 7 times a year and do waste time searching for any other there! This is best you can have!

Great location just on the city center square. Our room was large and comfy, and it was facing the market square. The hotel building is just amazing.

For its hotel size, the wellness and spa are small. Then, there were naked people walking, couple of man and a women. I don't understand how that makes sense in a hotel when there are family people and especially during xmas / new year holiday. And what shocked me was as I went to the wellness and spa reception to ask the person if this is normal and he said no, but he said that he cannot really stop people being naked. I was thinking to my myself, come on you are responsible for the spa and welness, you could say to people they shouldn't walk there naked. Even in the jacuzzi there were 2 guys completely naked.
