Fantastic Team client focused, especially the front desk team ( Anita & Kristina )!

It was all perfect, except The shower of cool plunge.

Just returned from a 3 night stay between Christmas and New Year, as we wanted to visit the Christmas market. The hotel is perfectly placed for a stay in the old town as everything is a short walk away and one of the markets is on the hotel’s door step. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and all of the staff that we had contact with were polite,friendly and professional, they are a credit to the company. We spent a couple of hours in the wellness area which was brilliant, well worth visiting after a day walking the streets. We had a great experience in the hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The cocktail bar is a sight to see, it is over priced and just a little pretentious. When you eventually get your order ,it arrives with a little tree or a small piece of moss or shrub. Don’t know what they are marketing it as but it is nonsense,we only want to be served efficiently and pay a reasonable amount for a drink, some cocktails are 22 euros and compared with the price in the town it is way more.

Absolutely the best option in town, with fantastic facilities, great brand new wellness & gym area. The team as always has exceeded in all the aspects: Anita and her team at the reception desk just ran a show on how to exceed my expectations, including the maintenance team which solved in no time one request I had. The team in wellness & gym with attention to details. Kudos to Peter, Martina, Tym and Veronika. Food delicious. This team are made of hospitality professionals!

All perfect! Don’t waste time and money searching for a different option to stay in Bratislava! This is THE place to stay!

Great location just on the city center square. Our room was large and comfy, and it was facing the market square. The hotel building is just amazing.

For its hotel size, the wellness and spa are small. Then, there were naked people walking, couple of man and a women. I don't understand how that makes sense in a hotel when there are family people and especially during xmas / new year holiday. And what shocked me was as I went to the wellness and spa reception to ask the person if this is normal and he said no, but he said that he cannot really stop people being naked. I was thinking to my myself, come on you are responsible for the spa and welness, you could say to people they shouldn't walk there naked. Even in the jacuzzi there were 2 guys completely naked.

The hotel was immaculately clean with traditional decor in keeping with the Old Town atmosphere. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we have had in Europe and nothing was too much trouble for staff. Food was replenished and really fresh with option for a la carts if we required but so much choice we didn’t need to. The hotel bar is ‘The Mirror Bar’ which is one of best bars in the world. You can tell. Service was impeccable and cocktails were wonderful with a story behind each one. Prices were suitable for such a beautiful bar. Christmas decor was still up and I think Christmas here must be magical.

We liked everything about the property. The reception staff were wonderful on check in and we were left a lovely cake for our anniversary. Thankyou.

Large, lovely hotel in centre of city. Easy check in. Receptionist was lovely and spoke great English which was very helpful. Big, clean modern rooms. Both rooms we booked overlooked the Christmas markets in the street below. Great view during the day and night. Hotel was in easy walking distance to the castle, old town, river and restaurants. We had a lovely time visiting in December with the trees and ground covered in snow. Large buffet breakfast was the best selection we have had in Europe. We only stayed for 1 night but would definitely stay again if in Bratislava.

Only comment is the room was not dark enough at night for some of our party. If the curtains could be a bit closer to the window panes, it would help with the gaps on the sides which let in light at night.

Beautiful hotel, great location, exquisite breakfast and guest care at a high level. We were welcomed by a lovely receptionist Bianka. Even though we arrived at the busiest time, check-in went smoothly and we received all necessary information. Also receptionist Dominika and Anita were so friendly and helpful, answering all our additional questions. Check-out went smoothly as well, thanks to the nice receptionists Natalia and Karin. Breakfast in this hotel is definitely highly recommended, large and beautifully served selection of breakfast foods, friendly staff. We would like to thank the hotel staff for a wonderful stay, definitely coming back soon!

Location is fantastic, easy to walk around and easy access to restaurants. Room was spacious. Very nice bathroom supplies and very comfortable beds. Appreciated the converter on bathroom plug so we could charge phone with a different plug standard.

More consistent housekeeping. Didn't receive re-supplies in the same fashion on a daily basis. Directions to ice maker were missing and no ice bucket is in the room. Offer rooms with 2 double beds so that a family of 4 can fit.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable and softest we had experienced while on our European vacation. The front-desk staff were very helpful and informative and went beyond to make our stay fantastic. The mirror bar (one of the top cocktail bars in the world) was beautiful, and the drinks were delicious, truly a remarkable and memorable experience. The location was great, and it was easy to take Bolt/Ubers to and from the hotel.

The only thing I can fault the hotel was that the spa was a bit confusing, although this is probably largely due to a language barrier. I didn't get a good idea of what the spa offered when making my appointment, and the checking-in process left a lot to be desired. I wish I were given hard/rubber sandals and a robe when checking in for my treatment. Only giving those who book a service 10 minutes in the "wellness" (hot tub, steam, sauna) area before and after a treatment was a bit disappointing. If you book a service, you should have at least 1-hour before and after treatments, space permitting.

The location couldn't have been better, right on the edge of the old town. The hotel is in a lovely building, too. The room was spacious and well-appointed. Good coffee and tea-making facilities. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient.

Personally, the beds and pillows were too soft. Of course, this is a personal preference, but in many years of travelling often, these were the softest we have experienced. The availability of a few extra pillows would have been helpful. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
