Location. Room clean and tidy.Very helpful young lady on reception (asset to the hotel)Breakfast was spot on with plentiful selection. Facilities as described and close to the charming town.Parking was easy and free.Short walk to the train station and very cheap trains to Bratislava. Very good value considering you get breakfast and parking.

Air-conditioning is erm,,,,,,,,,not Air-conditioning. It is at best coolish air pumped through the hotel heating system. We should have asked for a fan,we didn't,our own fault.

Breakfast was great and the rooms were comfortable. It was very hot outside when we stayed there and the room temperature felt fine due to the air conditioner. The location is right next door to a supermarket and plenty of restaurants.

The late checkout fee was changed on us from the quoted price which we didn't like. Please state the final price including tax next time and don't offer a price without tax to make it seem cheaper.

Very good location, parking in front of the hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Modern bathroom.

There was no air-condition in the room, though at the booking it was advertised. Also no mosquito net on the window, so we had to fight with moquitos at night as needed to leave the window open.

A quite good hotel close to the airport. A quiet area with lots of shops around. There's a parking outside the hotel. The room was quite big and quite clean. The internet was ok.

The staff was not very polite, they didn't smile at all and seemed to be bored with what they were doing. Breakfast was basic.

We stayed for one night as we were attending a wedding nearby and used this hotel for our overnight stay. It was all good, staff was nice, rooms clean and comfortable.

I would appreciate quieter mattresses and better breakfast buffet.

Location excellent, next to the city centre. Breakfast really offers everything...friendly staff.

The breakfast was excellent.

The only problem was the pillow on one of the beds smelled dirty. I told the front desk the next morning and it was promptly replaced with a very clean smelling pillow.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel in center of Pezinok. Room was clean and well equipped with water heater, coffee and tea, hairdryer, large tv, mini bar. Breakfast was very simple but nice. There were no pastries but we ate best pancakes ever with great choice of jam and chocolate cream. Coffee and juice were great! Next to hotel entrance is wonderful restaurant where we ate very nice dinner. We will definitely come back!!

Nice hotel right in de middle of town with good parking. Excellent and cozy restaurant beside the hotel the hotel. Breakfast fantastic!
