The receptionist was very kind and explained many things regarding traffic and parking. He also offered free breakfast because they were not able to give us 2 separate beds as we had requested (2 friends travelling). Location of the otel was very close to the city (10 min walk) and breakfast was very nice and big choice.

The reception would explian that there is a paid parking around the corner for 21 eur per day. This information would have helped, instead of offering the 36 eur parking in the hotel ;)

The receptionists was very friendly and polite. Also, the cleaning ladies were very polite and hard working. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping, the room was quiet and great for relaxing. It was always easy to access everywhere with 2 elevators. One of the benefits from this hotel is that the under walk is in front of the hotel so it is very easy to reach the center. There are great facilities in the room so you can have a smooth stay.

It was very strange to have glass between the bathroom and the bed. That was a bit creepy. The price (although it seems the cheapest compared to other hotels from that range) of the breakfast was too high. Also, the lunch, more concrete the pizza from the bar was one of the worst I have ever tried. If you serve some lunch option, please make it nice like everything other in the hotel.

Breakfast was awesome with plenty of choices and made to order omelettes. Another coffee machine would be useful as there were often queues for the two that were present. Room was clean and serviced daily but pillow quality was poor and firmer options needed.

Pillows on bed and a rule that some form of shorts or bikini bottom should be worn in sauna - not everyone wants to sit next to someone completely naked. I think it also needs to be made clear at time of booking that the sauna area is adult only.

Charging €30 parking / day EXTRA is EXCESSIVE. After having a good and pleasant experience at the Falkensteiner, when it came to finalising the account, an additional payment of €90 euros was added which was a surprise and is excessive. We come to Bratislava on a regular basis and are returning for another 4 days in June 2024, but due to the excessive cost of parking we have chosen another hotel which has a more friendly parking. So, for a few Euros of greediness in charging excessive parking rates, Falkensteiner has lost out on a few hundred Euros and lost our support as there are a few hundred other hotels in Bratislava who have a more reasonable marketing perspective.

Our first choice in Bratislava. We have stayed here many times and always find the hotel to be excellent, well managed, clean, convenient location and terrific staff. The spa (steam and sauna) is open late and always works well. That is a primary attraction and better than similar amenities in other hotels. Breakfast is also abundant, well prepared, nice large dining room, and the waitresses and chefs are quite good and helpful. We highly recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel was excellent. There was a good atmosphere in the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, and out of the 4 hotels we stayed in during our trip, it was the best breakfast. Our room was huge. Our room came with great facilities - access to rooftop lounge, with drinks included, a large bathroom with separate bath and shower, plenty of space for luggage. The staff done everything they could to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The reception staff gave us advice on things to do each day

There was a little bit of a mix up when we arrived but the staff went above and beyond to sort the situation. The air conditioning in the room could have worked a bit better

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, nice and central to Bratislava, with easy access to the old town and to the castle, along with this the rooms are very nice, spacious and comfy with a very nice bathroom. The staff as well were very helpful and friendly, the reception staff were great at helping me find my way about and answering questions, further to this the staff at the bar were a joy to talk to, polite and fun to interact with, and the food as well at the hotel was top notch.

I dont think the Air condition was working in my room, the room itself was a bit too hot but it didn't impact my stay. the bed while comfy had very soft pillows, purely personal prefrece I do like a harder pillow! but again none of this impacted me getting a goodnights rest.
