The receptionist was very kind and explained many things regarding traffic and parking. He also offered free breakfast because they were not able to give us 2 separate beds as we had requested (2 friends travelling). Location of the otel was very close to the city (10 min walk) and breakfast was very nice and big choice.

The reception would explian that there is a paid parking around the corner for 21 eur per day. This information would have helped, instead of offering the 36 eur parking in the hotel ;)

We arrived early in the morning with my partner, who has some mobility issues, expecting just to leave our luggage and explore the city until check-in time. To our surprise, the receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodating — not only did they allow us to check in early, but they also upgraded us to a complimentary suite! The suite included access to the lounge, which not only offered breathtaking views of the city and castle, but also provided a lovely selection of snacks and drinks throughout the day — a perfect place to relax and recharge. Throughout our stay, the entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. We felt truly looked after and are so grateful for their hospitality. Beautiful place, beautiful people — we’ll definitely return and stay here again. Highly recommended!

The receptionists was very friendly and polite. Also, the cleaning ladies were very polite and hard working. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping, the room was quiet and great for relaxing. It was always easy to access everywhere with 2 elevators. One of the benefits from this hotel is that the under walk is in front of the hotel so it is very easy to reach the center. There are great facilities in the room so you can have a smooth stay.

It was very strange to have glass between the bathroom and the bed. That was a bit creepy. The price (although it seems the cheapest compared to other hotels from that range) of the breakfast was too high. Also, the lunch, more concrete the pizza from the bar was one of the worst I have ever tried. If you serve some lunch option, please make it nice like everything other in the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff and reasonably priced.

The bed was a little hard but that’s maybe a personal preference.

The hotel is incredibly well situated- we got the bus from Bratislava-Petrzalka and crossed the road- there it was! At the foot of the castle (and near some delicious restaurants) and across the road from the old town. Amazing. We were in a top floor room and had access to the lounge which was fantastic, and the view from our room was of the castle. The room was spacious with the most massive bathroom! The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. We didn’t try the downstairs bar as we had access to the lounge but it was always occupied and the bartenders seemed very friendly!

Really nice as well as for a one night stay or longer. The Old Town is just five minutes walking. The room’s size is good, but the half of it takes up the spacious bathroom providing a bath and nice small supplies. The breakfast is great, everything you need for a nice meal — the guy, who cooks u a variety of eggs u d like was extremely nice and all the waitresses too. The rooms price is justified completely. We couldn’t have heard the road(4th floor) so it’s fine for sleeping quite well + it wasn’t really loud

The parking garage is good with a straight access to the hotel with an elevator. but the price of 32€… i mean is it unreasonably expensive

Breakfast was awesome with plenty of choices and made to order omelettes. Another coffee machine would be useful as there were often queues for the two that were present. Room was clean and serviced daily but pillow quality was poor and firmer options needed.

Pillows on bed and a rule that some form of shorts or bikini bottom should be worn in sauna - not everyone wants to sit next to someone completely naked. I think it also needs to be made clear at time of booking that the sauna area is adult only.

Location excellent out the front door through the underpass and 5min walk into the historic city, bedrooms spotless, bath robes luxurious and fitted both my husband and I, breakfast was excellent, coffee to die for The girls who cleaned the room where so helpful and pleasant

Staff rude when at omelette station chef on phone texting finished his conversation before he cooked for me even though he made eye contact when I arrived Dishes left on our table piling up, so we started to sit at a table for four rather than two as it was cramped or we placed our dishes on a clean table Reception staff again left us standing at the reception desk A suggestion instructions on how to operate the coffee machine in the bedroom I know I’m a dinosaur

They were so generous with a room upgrade as we were celebrating a birthday! This also gave us access to the rooftop lounge although the weather wasn't good enough to sit out. Bathroom is well equipped, bedroom (in a suite) was an odd layout but beds were comfy and we had a good view of the castle. The sauna and steam room were very good. Breakfast buffet was superb and we loved that it was available until 11am at the weekend with check out being at noon. About 10 minutes by foot from old town.

These are minor details but the room layout was a bit odd - a large empty space, a sofa that wasn't super comfortable for lounging. There was no kettle in the room although they provide teabags. And the tv wasn't a smart tv so you can't play Netflix etc. But these are small details. Overall our stay was excellent.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the old town, with convenient bus connection outside the door to the railway station. Comfortable and spacious room, with tea and coffee facilities. Excellent choice of hot and cold breakfast. Rooftop lounge and terrace was a lovely bonus, a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy a drink or snack in the evening.

The curtains in the room were very light. In the morning, with my room facing east and the entire wall made of glass, I was woken at 6am by sunlight streaming in, even with the curtains closed.
