Very very friendly and welcoming staff at the reception and in the restaurant. All staff 10/10. washed our laundry and didnt want any money, but of course we paid. Food was very good and breakfast. Very good safe parking for motorcycles. Room was very clean also has ac. Price was cheap. Highly recommended, stayed for two nights.

It's a bit of an older and well established hotel in the center of town but they have renomated the rooms very recently. We had a room towards the inner courtyard which was very quiet and comfortable. We also got a free upgrade to a higher room category. Room was very clean also and there ar eplenty of food options within walking distanc eof the hotel. For us only staying one night this was a great place.

We were upgraded for free to a room that can host 4 people and the additional Bed was basically set right in the middle of the room, right in front of the main bed which made for a rather peculiar room setup. It's basically 2 very big double beds right behind each other. I think in this case I would have preferred the smaller room with only 1 bed since we only booked for 2 persons...

The food was the best. we tried local food and it was great. The room was clean, private parking. Mr.waiter was kind and he smiled all the time and he speaks very well English. I can say after 7 days spent in Albania that the food was the best one. Congruatulation to the owner!

Good value for price, beds are comfy and the airco does cool down the rooms. Location is perfect, since it's a five minute walk from the busstation. Balcony is nice as well during late evenings on summer days. The bathroom is to Albanian standards top notch.

Just a few staff members know English, on the other hand if you take in mind that Albanian is a unique language on its own, why bother? Google translate works out fine and people are willing to help

I was there in 2023, the hotel was renovated now, and it is much better. In the evening there was a live music in the lounge. We organized a big regional conference and the hotel provided amazing service.Traditional food was amazing.

Great breakfast. Central location near most transport options. Good cleanliness. The bathroom was surprising, comprising two showers and some kind of jacuzzi, though the latter seemed to only partially work.

The price was slightly high for what you can find in the Balkans (it would have been cheaper if I had booked directly at reception), but still acceptable. Two of the electrical sockets were not working properly. Another one was.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Definitely recommend this hotel for single travelers, couples, families or group activities. Comfy and newly renovated rooms. Great view towards the mountain. Has a nice restaurant/bar attached next to it as well.

The smell from the kitchencan be smelled in the whole hotel, also there were many need for interventions in the room as some things like the bathroom window or door handles had to be repaired.

The owner was very attentive and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. the room and bathroom was clean. the breakfast was good and the tea they provided for us was excellent. the restaurant serves good food.
